When Xinm looks at the Guild Request he can easily see that this quest is not for a single-person quest, it's a group quest with the high difficulty of AA+.

Types of Quest
Quest varies in difficulty and are divided into different ranks. The current known ranks are Normal, A-Class, S-Class, SS-Class,, divided as such in order to have people distinguish them by the level of difficulty involved. This also helps people select a Job that is convenient for their capability.
Normal Jobs
These Jobs cater to people of different levels of strengths, and a person does not need to be exceptionally strong to undertake these assignments. Also, the reward is variable upon the task required to complete, so people may leverage amongst different available missions to the amount of reward offered when making their decision of what mission to participate in.

All people, who are in the Guild.
S-Class Quest
These missions are extremely dangerous, where even the smallest mistake may lead to the person's death. In order to undertake an S-Class Job, A person must be an S-Class. However, an exception to this rule is that a group of non-S-Class must be accompanied by an official S-Class. The reward for these Quest can be rather large, with some missions, such as Subjugation missions, spanning into hundreds of millions of Belli and other staff.
Eligible Participants
Only people, who gained S-Class status,
SS-Class Quest
These missions can be inferred to possess a much higher level of risk and difficulty than S-Class Quest. An experienced person must have acquired S-Class status to undertake these missions. The missions may also be given to an eligible candidate within the Guild that the Job is mediated through.

SSS-Class Quest
As the name suggests, SSS-Class Quest is a mission that has been available for over 5 or 3 years and has yet to be completed. They are incredibly dangerous in nature.

"Good, I will accept your conviction, but because the quest difficulty is too high for you guys, I will follow you throughout the quest."

"Idiot! Of course, he is, Xin is the Guild Leader, you don't know that?" Nami looked at Sanji like an idiot, he did not even know who Xin.
The cigarette from his lips drops to the floor, Sanji's face becomes red for some reason, he then kicks Xin but Xin blocks it easily.
