Seraph Jay is someone with a complicated history but a rather normal life overall.So when everything suddenly crumbles and everyone around her suddenly dies, she’s left helpless.In the middle of the disaster Seraph too, dies.

But she wakes up in an almost empty void, except for the countless panels in front of her which she finds out are all the different realities and endings of her world.Except in each reality and ending of her world, there’s only one conclusion:

Destruction.

Seraph is told that if she goes and eliminates the variable that causes this, all her her regrets will be fulfilled.She agrees, but then finds out that each alternate reality might be a bit different than she’s used to…

Every Ending Should Be Different

Leah not expecting this answer, says"Well.."She paused, as if hesitant.


"I just know that you were sick recently, and you took yesterday off..."She left her words hanging to imply something.The multiple people in the lobby looked at Seraph strangely.


"I-If you need, I can fill for you today.I know that the work you do is tiring."Her words got increasingly quieter and her face got more anxious.


Seraph just stared at her confusedly.The people around them couldn't help but make assumptions.They wondered if it was a case of the legitimate daughter bullying the adopted daughter, it wasn't a rare thing to see.


But even if they thought so, they didn't dare go up and interject.After all, the Gray family was one they could not afford to touch.


Meanwhile, Seraph, who was suffering from a severe case of naivety, just thought,'This Leah is really timid.'


Seraph walked forward to Leah elegantly and revealed a beautiful smile."Don't worry about me.Take care of yourself, okay?"


Leah looked at Seraph more deeply, and wondered 'Is this a veiled threat?'. Leah couldn't help but think that Seraph had changed.Before she always had a small but serene smile on her face and usually didn't talk to her much.But the Seraph before her completely contradicted that.She was wearing a brilliant smile on her face, and while she still exuded a sense of elegance she had a feel of innocence to her.


Leah, whose thoughts only lasted a quick second, resumed her play.She flinched as if burned, and quietly uttered out a sentence.


"Okay, sister.If it's what you want, then I'll go home."Leah's words turned Seraph's benevolence into  the born daughter forcing the adopted daughter out of the family company.


"Uh...Okay.I guess I'll see you later then."Seraph walked into the elevator and contemplated.She acted how she thought all sisters acted with each other.Oblivious, Seraph just thought, 'This seems to work.Can I just defeat the target this way?"


Scott met his daughter at the door to his office.


"Your mother is out with a few of her friends, so you'll be stuck with me today."He joked as he sat down in his chair while Seraph sat at a adjacent one.


"Great."She started working according to the original's memories and spent the whole day like that.


Just when she was getting ready to leave, her phone rang.


A Severe Case Of Naivety
