Chapter 1

I was on my way from my college like any day else the different today is that I don't have my phone on me since I forgot it at my apartment I sighed looking at the sign in front of me that is saying that I can't move right now as the cars continued to move right and left until the sign changed and all the people started to move I too went with them I saw a kid running after his ball I looked at the road as I saw a truck coming toward him without any intention of stopping I looked at this situation as a smile appeared on my face and I started to run caught the boy and the truck hit my body as I fell down I left the boy looked at my body with angry eyes not because I was hit by the truck but because it hit my leg and it didn't even break (the hell with that I wanted to die here) of course I didn't say that out loud I'm not an idiot but an otaku so as an otaku my dream was being hit by truck-kun and go to another world with me being the main character of that world but when the actual truck appear in front of me I have to be this fast goddamn it all I looked at the boy who is crying now I got up hit my leg at the ground few times it's not even broken so I can't force him to give me some money I sighed (well at least let's be cool in front of this boy here his sister might be my age and gorgeous I won't mind it at that time) as I patted the boy's head {it's dangerous to run at the road always look at both sides okay} he looked at me and nodded someone came and hugged the boy it was a woman but from her age she look like his mother as she thanked me I nodded to her and started to move even with me seeing the truck driver running toward us I didn't stop it will be useless anyway I prefer going home and read some novels than going with the flow there but then something hit my head it started to hurt like hell and something started to come down from my head it was cold I touched it and I saw blood at my fingertips I looked beside me I saw a broken rock at the side of the road as I lost my balance and fell down I could see the one who hit me using this rock it was a middle age man who was angry that his blood vessels started to appear as he shouted at me {you bastard you got lucky to be able to face Truck-kun and you dodged it with that you deserve to die} I looked at him and the people who came running toward me (you are right I should have died at that place you are absolutely right) as I blanked down I got up again at the hospital as they were about to get me into the surgery room I blanked again and when I got up I was at a dark place with nothing in any direction even though there aren't any light here I could clearly see my hands and body without any problem {look like I died at the end after all} I looked around me but there aren't any thing different wherever I look at all I can see is pure darkness I smiled {okay then shall we} I started to move as I moved I thought do I have anyone who might be sad with my death and the answer was a big fat No I'm not someone who get too close to friends so the most of them being sad would be from few hours to a day or two no relatives that would be sad about it I don't really have other than my aunt to begin with and I think she will actually rejoice when she hear of my death since whenever I see her she would ask me to not take the rent since she is a family and all but I know her too well so I take it anyway we aren't that close so I don't really care how much I hear her curses about me I'm used to it I sighed as I moved (look like I wasn't loved at my world) I smiled as I moved forward once again that wasn't a problem when I was alive so it won't be when I'm dead {well then shouldn't there be something appearing already} and as I talked about that I saw light coming from my right side I went toward it (oh that's more like it) as I got faster on my way there and when I reached there I found two identical doors there aren't anything at the other side (well that's also the charm of magic and those things) I looked around me {shouldn't there be someone coming right now like a guide or at least a written message} but there aren't anything that appear to come (maybe they are busy or I got an odd ball who doesn't know his direction) I hope so at least so I took a deep breath {IS THERE ANYONE HERE} but still no one appeared I looked at the doors {well okay I will choose between the two of them but does my choice actually change anything} at some games I played whatever your choices you will most likely reach the same ending so it's useless but at others it might be essential to be careful for these things I looked at the door at the left and it's radiating one a golden aura coming from within it (at all the games that I played the left road is always the right one to continue the story it's very rare to see the other way around) so I started to move toward the left door but then I stopped and looked at the right door {but wasn't the right road always have the strongest weapon even if there are some restrictions it still remain the strongest} so I moved toward the one on the right I touched the door and it rumbled with the golden aura changing into a dark one with the door falling down with a small door appearing from within it this one is smaller but it's still way taller than me with skull head at it's center I looked at it then I looked at the other door which changed it's appearance as well now with a goddess face appearing at it's center as well (so I was right after all hmm so should I choose the easy route or the rough one) most people won't think twice before choosing the easy one but I'm different I know that being weak isn't a good choice at these kinds of worlds but being too powerful is too troublesome as well with all the nobles and that shit I'm not smart enough to get what they want from thin air so I have to be a normal citizen with enough strength to run away if they blundered their territory and run away {then the safe route is out of the question} I can train at that one but I don't really to be known as some muscle head I saw that people tend to befriend them most of the time though it's up to their personality to choose their friends but they are always flocked with people talking to them I'm not really someone who enjoy talking to people all the time there are days that I would like to just stay silent while looking at the scenery in front of me with a book at hand and a cup of tea beside me that's the ideal life I want to have with some changes here and there to let the life be still livable so I looked at the right door {if I remember correct my father told me that I won't find a real friends until I understand them and people won't understand the others unless they suffer the same tragedy or something at the same level} well that's of course an excuse for me not having anyone coming to meet me at our house but I always see people who are bullied tend to be together smart groups physical groups girl groups boys groups I was an outcast from them most of the time but I found my happiness at other things so I wont say that I was sad with things like that {well I had enough with me being silent most of the time so let's try this one and if I get my luck right I might actually get a girlfriend at this one} as I moved toward the right door I pushed it but it didn't budge an inch but then the skull started to laugh a creepy laugh I looked at it with a smile at my face {it's creepy but my resolve is stronger bring it on} as I pushed the door with stronger force this time with sweat starting to come down from my forehead the door started to move more and more with the skull head starting to get destroyed by the second as it was fully destroyed I fully opened the door I took my breath and smiled as I removed the sweat {new world here I come} as I jumped into the door I blanked a third time it happen a lot of times today I opened my eyes and I saw a face looking at me I looked at the face with tusks coming from this thing's mouth he talked with fluent English {is this really the one you summoned he is clearly a human and an ugly one at that even I'm more handsome that that} that's rude but I can clearly understand him English isn't my mother language but I'm not that bad at it since I have to understand English to read most of my novels I studied it carefully I didn't talk it much so I don't really know if I can do it right but I'm sure I can read, understand and write it with ease so I opened my mouth it seems to be the main language so I should train while I'm at it and he clearly said summon so that door was their summoning method and I chose this one I sighed got back as I saw the boar head looking at me {ah he is clearly afraid of me do you think someone like him is really the hero who will help us at this war} as the boar said that all the other beast kin looked at me with curious looks so I took a deep breath looked at the boar head {who is afraid of you I'm just not used to seeing a talking pig} my English isn't like theirs but I think they understood me and clearly the boar head understood from the blood vessels that appear in front of my eyes now {you damn human I will-}before he continued on a wolf like beast came toward me he don't have a top armor unlike the boar who was fully equipped with armor from head to toe well his head armor was at his hand so I saw his face as the wolf like beast came toward me {what do you mean by not used to see Clark's kind at your world} his English is like that Clark who was looking angry at me I waved at him with a smile at my face as he got more angry that two more beast kin stopped him from jumping at me I know too well that he can win against me in a fight just from his armor that fully armor need a very strong person to move at ease with but I'm not someone who will be afraid because a muscle head is in front of me I looked at the wolf kin who have curious eyes as he looked at me {well you see my world doesn't have talking boars no more like it doesn't have any beast people only humans your kind is there but they are more like wild animals} the wolf kin looked at me with disappointed eyes and all the others looked like him other than the tiger head who looked amused about that {you heard him it was useless after all let's kill him and tell the people that we failed the summoning} I hate this guy from now on for sure I don't want to have anything to do with him he moved toward me with his two axes one at each hand with a two handed axe at his back but then a person I didn't realize was behind me until now moved in front of the tiger kin this girl who have a noble like figure is very tired and is barely standing at her own place with pale face {w-wait please let's just try him h-he might be s-strong after all} oh is this is the heroine of my story I won't mind her at all she look like a corpse right now but I'm sure that if she get enough rest she will shine once again but the tiger kin didn't stop moving forward {stop the meaningless struggle you are my queen and I won't go against you for anything else but if this useless guy here appeared in font of the people they might surrender to the humans} (yeah I hate this guy a lot I might actually kill him later I know that I can't win a fair fight so I might use poison no that might kill him but my anger won't go that easily I will get him while he is sleeping yeah I will do that) but as I looked at the queen all of my anger disappeared yeah for sure she will shine later on I got in front of her {oh really then let's try it let's see who will win in a duel} as I said that he looked at me with a wide smile as he started to laugh {at least you aren't afraid of a fight okay then let's} as he threw his axe toward me it hit the ground with a loud thud this one is very heavy from it's appearance can I really hold it (well I should try I might have a passive strength oriented skill) as I tried to hold the axe but it didn't budge from it's place with the tiger kin laughing at me I got angry I looked at the queen's waist and I saw a rapier I would prefer a bigger sword since rapiers are easier to break but I don't really have anything else right now all of the other beast kin around me have giant weapons that I know very well I can't hold them so I got the rapier from her waist and looked at the tiger kin the rapier is heavier than I thought it would be but I didn't really hold any before so this might be the normal weight and I'm the one who is weak {here I come} as I rushed toward the tiger kin I tried to cut through his muscles I didn't really try to use a knife to cut a living creature before so I don't know the felling but it will surely feel the same as cutting anything else right but with more resistance from the muscles as I was about to reach him the rapier changed it's trajectory and hit the ground I looked at it as I tilted my head I looked at the queen and pointed at the sword {this is an ego sword right} she didn't answer but the wolf kin shook his head I looked at the rapier that is stuck at the ground and a +1 appeared above my head {what is that} as I said that the tiger started laughing as he went and got his axe from the ground {you even don't know how the miss system work you are a lost cause} I looked angry from that as he got his axe he wasn't looking at me I got the rapier from the ground and rushed toward him as I was about to cut him once again I missed again (I can tell now that my miss rate is very high that I won't be able to get him no matter what) he is right I won't win no matter what so I let the rapier down but I won't back down {hey you are saying that I'm a lost cause so how about a rematch after let's see three days but the next match let's make it a death match} the queen looked at me with terrified look as the tiger kin looked at me with amused face {why should I do that unlike you weakling I'm busy with the army} as he was about to get out of the room I laughed at him {ah so that's what you are saying you are afraid of someone who is far weaker as I can't really hold your axes you really are amazing general is every tiger like beast that weak and fearful like you or what} he looked at me with bloodshot eyes as he threw his axe from his hand it went above my head {okay then boy I will accept your challenge and I will give you a full weak how about that but when the match start you won't have anything to run away I will cut you to pieces right in front of every ones eyes} and he left the room with all the other people looking at me the queen came beside me with all the other saying they have something they need to do well other than that figure that hide at the darkness and after they left he came forward long ears angel like face that's an elf for sure I was at the ground at that second but I still gave him a thump up {are you crazy Liger is the strongest of the tiger troops he won't back down on his word he will really cut you down and we can't do anything with that challenge now}as the queen said that I laughed a bit {well I might get my own death anyway can you teach me those things about this miss system I'm clueless from these things} I said that and that elf looked at me with curious look {and if you don't have it how do you dodge an attack that come to your own body without moving} the elf said that {well we are at a peaceful era at our world and if that actually happen you just have to move from that spot well it's not actually that possible if they have a gun on them} I said that and the elf looked more curious he looked at the queen {your majesty can you leave teaching this human to me I want to know how his world works and what is this gun thing they have} she looked at him {but Clef don't you have your own faction to manage} as the queen said that I stood up {well from what I can understand that you are at a war and you needed a help to win it right so it look like I'm your only chance it's only one week anyway if I can't win then you can continue to fight the humans like every other time without them knowing my appearance in the first place} I don't really why the war started but I know that most of the time the humans are the one who are defending themselves from the demons it might not be like that here but I need more information right now the queen looked between me and Clef and nodded her head {okay but if I see you can't win you will run away} she said that and I smiled at her she care for me that much I got up and looked at Clef {well then Clef shall we start the lesson right away} he nodded and started moving I waved to the queen as the elf looked at me {hey why are you different from most of the humans around here I presume that you don't have elves at your world right} Clef said that I nodded to him {yes as I said we only have humans at our world} he put his hand at his chin {then why aren't you trying to hit on me I doubt there will be any other species that is more beautiful than mine} Clef said that and I moved few steps away from him {I don't know what you think of humans but I'm not a gay so if you have those desires I will look for someone else} he smiled at me {good then now I can make more effort with you since I know that you won't make me yours} I don't really know what does he think of me but as long as he get that right I don't care about anything else as we entered a room I found only one disk with small light at it with a bed at the side the usual scary research room but the elf Clef looked angry {they forgot to open the window again} as he opened it I saw the room is very much bigger than what I assumed he got another chair from the side and a big book with a demon like smile that I thought I won't see it at this world again the smile of a scholar who found his prey as he said with that smile still at his face {then shall we}
