In a need of his sister's surgery Alan Joseph and his mother has moved to a city from their home town of Jaballa. As they try to fit in to the modernization the city has to offer and the mental stress they fight together as a family it is revealed that her sister's life is a sand clock which has sped up now, diagnosed with Aplastic Anemia, they struggle to put a sme.on her face and to maintain the same for themselves.
