The Kyūbi
[AN: In this chapter, I would like you to play two OST's of Naruto - my dear readers, you can find them by copying the name, that I will give in a notice, into the search engine of YT. It's not necessary to play it, but it adds a nice feel to the story :-P]
"Kana-chan! It's time, come with me!" Minato was completely freaked out when he materialized himself next to Kaname.
"I understand, let's go!" She caught his arm, and they both teleported away in a flash of yellow light.
"Hello, Biwako-sama. Good to see you." Kaname nodded towards the old, grey-haired kunoichi.
"Hello, Kaname-chan. Kushina-san's waters broke thirty seconds ago, we will prepare everything in a minute, get ready." Biwako greeted her back with a smile on her face.
"Let me talk with Minato-san and Kushina-san, I will be back in forty seconds!"
"Graaaah! It huuuuuurts~!" yelled out the future mother.
"Hi! I hear everything is alright. Entire Konoha heard your screams."
"I don't care! Just make him pop out! He will tear my-"
"Don't worry, it will all go swiftly with Biwako-sama here. Just keep breathing, remember big deep breaths."
"*Wheeze* GRAAH! IT DOESN'T HELP!" Kushina screamed out.
"Minato-san, is everything ready? We start on your mark." Kaname asked, rubbing off tears of pain from Kushina's face.
"I will just activate the barrier, and we're ready to go. Anbu's are on the watch around the cave."
"Just a question, why me? My mother would do a much better job with delivery than me."
"I trust in your abilities. Maybe your mother would be better, but believe me, there is nobody else in Konoha that we trust more than you. Okay, let's start, I will keep the seal on the Kyūbi active. Help Biwako-sama." Minato exclaimed. The Hokage put his hands above Kushina's round belly, making dozens of candles lit up around the place.
"Thank you, let's do it!"
"AAAAH!!"
"Push!" Kaname shouted out to her aunt.
"Um… I've never seen her cry out in pain like this before. Do you really think she will be okay?" Minato asked worriedly.
"Just keep an eye on the Kyūbi's seal! This much pain would kill a man! Kushina-san is strong, don't worry about her!" Biwako roared back at him.
"Guuu~, he is trying to go out!"
"Shit! You're stronger than the fox! You can do it, Kushi-chan!" Minato put more power in the seals.
"AAAAAAAH!" Kushina screamed in pain.
"There is the head, just a little more!" Sandaime's wife reported.
"You're doing great! Now push with everything you got!" Kaname said.
"AAAAAAAAA!"
*Baby cry*
"Hot water!" Biwako ordered.
"Here!"
Kushina was panting on the bed, her eyes full of tears. Minato's face was bewildered.
"He's here, I'm a father…" he stated.
"It's a healthy baby boy, congratulations!" Kaname reported, covering the crying baby in a white towel.
"Hahaha… I'm a father, Hahaha!" Minato had tears raining from his eyes and a big grin on his face.
Kaname put the baby near his panting mother.
"Hello Naruto, my baby, I finally get to see you…" Kushina smiled beautifully, delicately hugging the boy with her face.
"I love you Kushina, I know you're worn out, but now you need to take full control over the Kyūbi!"
Kaname was returning to the side of tired Biwako when the old kunoichi chest exploded from being impaled by a root of a white tree. Behind Biwako, she saw a silhouette of a man in a dark cloak and a porcelain mask with an opening for the right eye.
"Graah~!" Kaname charged at him, in her hand, she materialized a white orb with a light-red swirling core.
"Kan-? *Tsk*" the intruder clicked his tongue.
On his right eye, Kaname saw a rotating and evolved Sharingan. When she reached the killer, her hand with the Rasengan went through him like through air, the speed she gained allowed her to stop - only after she went through his body. From the intruders back shot out a chaotic twist of roots, instantly tearing into the back of her spine. She heard the distinctive sound of her bones breaking.
"Urgh!" Kaname was down on the ground, she couldn't feel her feet, nor the right side of her upper body.
"Yondaime Hokage Minato… Step away from the host. If you don't, this child won't live a second longer." the mysterious intruder had somehow teleported the young baby into his hands.
'I will kill him! But first, I need to mend the backbone and give some anesthesia to the broken bones!' Kaname put her hand near her back and started working.
"Get away from the host. Or do you not care what happens to the brat?" assailant's hoarse voice demanded.
"Wait! Calm down!" Minato negotiated, still powering the seal holding down the Kyūbi.
"You're the one who needs to calm down, Minato. I myself am perfectly calm." the robed figure spoke, he threw Naruto up and readied his other hand to stab him with a kunai.
"Naruto!" Kushina yelled out.
Kaname saw a flash of yellow light, Minato with Naruto in his hands landed on the wall.
"I expected nothing less of the famous yellow flash, what about the next one?"
After another flash, Kaname saw a fireball of an explosion heading her and Kushina's way.
"Hmph, not bad," the rough voice announced, somehow sucking the explosion into a small black point of his mask.
"Now, do I do about you?" He said, looking at the lying form of Kaname.
"Leave her alone! You dick, you have got me, I'm your objective!" Kushina yelled at him.
"I will kill you if you touch her!" Kaname shrieked.
"Hmph, whatever I will deal with her later, she is a sitting duck now…" he harumphed, disappearing with Kushina in a swirl of space.
"Mother fucker! I need to help them!" Kaname put all her power to mend her broken vertebras.
Minato appeared near her half a minute later with his baby in his arms, "Are you okay, Kana-chan?"
"This fucker broke my spine, I can't feel my legs..."
"I need to go, I will teleport you to my safe house, protect Naruto, for me, I will go bring back Kushi-chan."
"I understand, good luck."
A minute later, Kushina, lying in the arms of Minato, came back.
"It's fine, you're with Kana-chan and Naruto," Minato said to his fading wife.
"*Pant* Thank you, Minato, go now. I believe in you." The red-haired woman replied, hugging her newborn baby with tears in her eyes.
"I will be back soon!" It was the first time Kaname saw him so sure of himself, garbing his Hokage's Outfit, the Yondaime Hokage disappeared.
"Aunty, I'm sorry, I will go help him, just give me a little more time!" Kaname pleaded, still working on her spine.
"Hehe, you are as mad as they come, Kana-chan. No one expects you to do anything, I see you can't even stand up. Sometimes we are never strong enough, don't worry." Kushina laughed through tears.
"What has happened?"
"He called himself Madara, he took the Kyūbi out of my body…"
"No…" Kaname whispered.
"Yes, I'm dying. Only my clan's life force is still keeping me alive. He wants to use the Kyūbi to destroy Konoha. Unfortunately, he will most likely succeed."
"*Growl* Like hell, I will let you die! I will seal the Kyūbi back into you even if it's the last thing I do!"
"It doesn't *Cough* work that way, Kana-chan…"
"GRAAAH!" Kaname put everything she could to stand up. With audible cracks, her two feet propped her back up.
"Hahaha, you're amazing, Kana-chan ~ttebane. The broken spine should put you in the hospital for a long time. Now that you can move, please come here. " Kushina murmured weakly.
Every step was torture, but soon Kaname came close to the red-head.
"*Pant* Closer Kana-chan, I can barely speak," the woman requested in a whisper.
Kaname crouched near her with great pain in her back. The next moment the weak Kushina instantly caught Kaname in a hug, "Stay with me for a moment. I need to tell you something."
Kaname hugged her back.
"Yes?"
"When I die, will you take care of Naruto?"
"No. Because I will not let you die."
"Heh, you know what? I always wanted to have a daughter, but for the last six years, I forgot about that ~ttebane. *Cough* Just let me say this once, thank you for helping me deal with my last dream, my daughter. Now, Sleep!" Kushina used the seal and kissed Kaname's forehead.
"No?! Wh-…" Kaname fought to remain awake.
"I won't let his big sister die here today. I love you, bye-bye." Kushina lulled Kaname with tears in her eyes.

The giant orange fox landed in the middle of Konoha crushing the entire district, his nine tails angrily swished behind his ginormous body. The peacefulness of this night was broken by a loud howl, followed by alarm horns sound going through the entire village.
Hiruzen Sarutobi stood atop his tower, looking at the beast. Every roar of the fox leveled tens of houses, every swish of his tail killed his family members.
'Did all the fail-saves we put up failed? Was Kushina's seal broken? Where is Minato?' he had so many questions in his mind.
"Sarutobi-sama, what are the orders?" asked an Anbu captain.
"Call every ninja we have. We must push the Kyūbi out of Konoha, else our village will perish. Order the genins to protect the civilians!" Sandaime ordered.
"Hai!"
"ATTACK!" The old-man shouted out.
The Kyūbi was pelted with numerous projectiles from all sides. The elemental ninjutsus didn't do any damage to the beast, it only maddened the fox.
"GRAAAAWR!" the Kyūbi roared, slashing with his front claws and ending the lives of ten unfortunate shinobi.
A swish of his tail created a shockwave rupturing the organs of other tens of Konoha shinobi standing behind him. Than Kyūbi's eye looked straight into the Sandaime's.
'No... Is that a Sharingan in his eyes?!'
"EVERYONE DODGE!" Hokage ordered jumping away, the next instant a clawed paw landed on his previous spot, killing five ninjas that were too slow to listen to his advice.
"Not good, we need more firepower. Everyone on my mark, use any fire technique you can! Now!
"NOW! Use everything you have!"
The barrage of projectiles was unstoppable, after a minute of shooting everything at the beast the battlefield was covered in flames, when the ninja thought they somehow won, a loud growl destroyed their hope. From the dust cloud, a fox's maw shot out - catching five ninjas and crushing them between its razor-sharp teeth.
"The Kyūbi is heading towards the academy. We can't let him get there, the children are hidden underneath it in the bunker!" Hokage commanded, jumping in front of the beast, blocking his way with his tiny body.
The orange fox looking at the old man opened his maw and concentrated his chakra into a big black orb.
"Ugh, the Bijuudama, RETREAT!" Before they were able to jump away, the fox punched the ground sending powerful tremors through it. The Konoha shinobi were immediately stunned and lost their footing. The ball of doom was shot their way.

"It was an honor to be your Hokage, brace for impact!" Sandaime announced, "
But the expected explosion ending his life never came, on top of the earthen wall stood a black-haired man in red blood armor, his body was protected by flaming red-skeleton.
"Asato-san? No..."
In front of Ryuichi floated a black ball of concentrated chakra.
"Hello, Sandaime-sama. It seems you have some canine problems here." Ryuichi smirked.
"Thank you for the help Ryuichi-kun, for a moment I thought I saw your father. Good to have you here."
"I can stall for time, but I doubt I can stop another shot like this, let's wait for Minato-san to return. Make the fox stagger, don't let him stand on even ground and charge another of his shots."
"You heard him! Now we counterattack!" Hokage's voice was heard through the speechless and bewildered ninja looking at Ryuichi.
Through the entire battlefield as one, every single shinobi of the Leaf shouted out a war cry.
"Let's go!" Ryuichi's eyes spun, the ball of chakra started to slowly drift away from him.
*Growl*
"Haa!" Ryuichi screamed, as the ball shot back at the beast, the Konoha's counterattack started by creating a pit under Kyūbi's rear left paw staggering him. Ryuichi's shot hit the fox on his left side, the resulting explosion sent the fox tumbling through the ruins created before.
The first thing Ryuichi noticed was that Kyūbi's eyes lost their Sharingan.
"GRAWR! YOU… YOU'RE AN UCHIHA! I WILL KILL EVERYONE OF YOUR ACCURSED CLAN!" Kyūbi's voice thundered when he spoke to Ryuichi.
'It talks?! It seems Kyūbi is not a mindless monster. It's not the time to be holding anything back. I never tried this before...' Ryuichi thought, concentrating all his power into his Susanoo. Instantly he started to levitate above the ground, his skeleton first gained red-flaming muscles and got a lot bigger, then his Susanoo was outfitted by dark red plate armor. In his right hand materialized short sword, in his left a triangle-shaped shield.
In response, Kyūbi jumped away, crashing on top of Konoha's walls and started amassing his chakra.
"Hmph, as if I would let you!
The blood-colored massive warrior charged at the bijuu and clubbed the fox with his shield. The hit sent the fox flying out of Konoha boundaries.
"*Growl* NO MORE… I WILL NEVER BECOME HUMAN'S SLAVE AGAIN!" Kyūbi roared, slashing with his razor-like nails at Ryuichi.
"It's not a normal shield…" Ryuichi said blocking the claws, his shield started to flash with light.
"GRAAH!" Kyūbi was floored by a hit from an invisible force.
"...It reflects all physical attacks." Ryuichi said, aiming his sword to finish the job.
"NO! I WILL FLATTER THIS CURSED VILLAGE!" The fox's voice thundered. Bijuu slashed with all of his tails from Ryuichi's right.
Ryuichi wasn't protected from where the attack was coming, nine tails crashed into his armor. The hit left him on his knees with half of his Susanoo disintegrated, Ryuichi started to feel a mighty headache coming.
"NOW WATCH YOUR VILLAGE DISAPPEAR!" The fox jumped, entire Konoha heard the monster's words and observed the Kyūbi and his nine tails swishing behind him flying high above their heads.
The Tailed Beast Ball was released, it was bigger than before and headed into the center of the village covered in flames.
'Mom and Little Squirt will kill me for that, but one more time will not hurt…' Ryuichi saw the black falling star of chakra. He concentrated his sight on the ball and used every chakra he had left to stop it from destroying Konoha.
'Damn, I don't have enough chakra for stopping it…', instead, Ryuichi started slowing and changing the course of the projectile.
"AAAAAH!" he screamed pushing the last of his chakra into his eyes and sending the ball spiraling outside of Konoha.
"*GROWL* I HATE YOUR CLAN! TRY TO DO THIS AGAI-"
"No Kyūbi, it's time to go back home" Minato with a giant dusty-red toad landed on top of the fox's back.
"Bunta-san, hold back the Kyūbi for a little while!"
"Hmph, don't ask the impossible, even I can't hold him for long," Gamabunta replied.
"Good job Ryuichi-san, not everyone could stop the Nine-tails for so long. I'm proud of you." Minato said, landing on top of Kyūbi's downed body. The next second, the blonde Hokage disappeared, taking the fox with him.
"*Sigh* I survived…" Ryuichi sighed. As he deactivated the Sharingan, he saw something that filled him with anxiety Ryuichi couldn't see his hand, or his feet, everything around him was blurry, "Fuck…" he continued losing his consciousness from chakra depletion.

Kaname woke up with a jolt, she didn't find Kushina or Naruto in the bed. She ran outside, not stopping even to open the wooden doors, she heard the sound of a crying baby and bolted that way, her speed wouldn't shame even Minato-san. There she saw Naruto on the altar and his two parents hugging the baby.
"*Sigh* Good, so how did you save aunty, Minato-san?" her question was answered only by another round of crying baby. Kaname got closer to them - this time, she detected a lot of red paint on both of their outfits.
"I know you're most likely tired… *Sniff* Let's take Naru-chan home, okay?" Kaname continued with tears in her eyes. From the bottom of her heart, the young kunoichi didn't want to believe what her brain was telling her.
She hugged both unmoving bodies, the coldness of Kushina's cheek sent a shock through Kaname's body. With an insanely loud cry of sorrow and tears of blood coming from her eyes, Kaname activated her Mangekyō Sharingan for the first time and promptly fainted.
