The New Enemy of <World Government>

Red Line. The Holy Land Mary Geoise.

The Holy Land Mary Geoise is the capital of the , where its highest rulers, namely Im, from behind the scenes, , and Commander-in-Chief Kong, reside and govern. It also hosts the Levely, a council of rulers of nations that occurs every four years.

Despite being officially proclaimed as the center of the world and not hospitable to any criminals that attempt to oppose or negotiate with the , there have been notorious individuals who have either deliberately chosen to ignore this policy or have been temporarily exempted from the law.

Mary Geoise resembles a Victorian-architectured city. It is also the home of the World Nobles, the descendants of the 19 kings who came to live there after founding the .

Since the World Nobles, the world's highest social class, live here, it is kept in pristine condition. It is located very high above sea level, so it is surrounded by clouds and fog. Around the city are artificially planted forests as well as rivers.

Pangaea Castle.

Pangaea Castle is a large castle located in Mary Geoise. It serves as the base of operations for the , where and Commander-in-Chief Kong work. This castle seems to have at least six floors, plus extra structures on top, including a number of towers.

The main entrance of the castle is guarded by a group of soldiers clad in armor. There is also a fortified wall surrounding the castle, with the symbol of the plastered above the front gate.

Deep in the dungeons of Pangaea Castle was a place unknown to the whole World… the Room of Flowers.

The Room of Flowers is a room filled with plant life, including grass, trees, and flowers, and where butterflies fly around as well. 

The plants are wild and do not appear to be maintained, with ivy growing on the walls.

In the middle of the clearing filled with plant life stood a tall humanoid figure. It wear a crown that has four sharp, incredibly tall spikes on the top and an extremely long robe that flows upon the ground a great distance behind them.

It held in its hands a wanted poster, on which was an image of a white-haired man with red eyes.

A humanoid figure threw this wanted poster on the ground and stuck a saber into it.

"This man is a little dangerous and poses a small threat to My World... He needs to be erased from My World and put his corpse in one of the sarcophagi in the underground tomb," the figure whispered, walking along the clearing.

"Five servants said that an incredibly talented child appeared among the Cipher Pol Agents... his name... Demiurge? What a strange name… I need to order him to capture or kill this Ray."

The figure went up to the wild flowers and plucked one of them.

"I need to find the source of yesterday's roar as quickly as possible. This unknown creature must die… Its roar carried a small amount of divine aura... Even if this aura was insignificant, this creature should not be allowed to grow and develop further. My World does not need Gods."

The eyes of a humanoid figure began to glow with a bright red light. The flower in its hand began to become covered with a layer of ice and turned into an ice flower.

The figure crushed an ice flower with its hand and headed for the exit from the Flower Room.

Grand Line. Marine Headquarters, Marineford.

Marineford is a crescent moon-shaped island that is composed completely of bricks and steel, with cannons on the edges.

On the center of the island is an execution scaffold, and around it is a small town with trees around the area. The front of the scaffold, which is a plain and empty area, is known as the Oris Plaza, where the Ox Bell stands at the front

At the back of the island, standing large, tall and proud is the Marine Headquarters building. The building is a large multistory ancient Japanese-stylized palace, with the base bearing the kanji for , with the Marines symbol in between. Around the building's four cardinal corners is a small mountain with a small building on top and a flag with the Marines' symbol placed on top of the roofs each.

Marines' meeting room.

At Headquarters, Marineford, there was a special room in which the highest ranks of the Marine gathered.

They gathered in this room to discuss new pirates with a high bounty that pose a threat to the civilian population and the .

In addition, they discussed and their influence on various Kingdoms. The Marines monitored all the actions of the and prevented them with all their forces.

By their actions, the were destroying confidence and faith in the and the Marines. This negatively affects the reputation of these two organizations.

They also were discussing the situation in the New World. It was impossible to lose sight of all the movements of Yonkos and their subordinates. Marines were very weak in the New World and their forces were very limited. But they were obliged to monitor the actions of the most dangerous pirates… Yonkos.

Most of the Marine officers gathered in the meeting room.

They all sat on the tatami and looked towards the tall, fair-skinned, and muscular man with a long, braided goatee and a mustache.

"This time it will be different from all the previously arranged Tea Parties. Our agents reported that the reason for this Tea Party was… a wedding," looking at the young woman, Sengoku answered.

"We don't know the details of this wedding. Everything is kept secret," he added.

Hearing the crunch again, Sengoku's eye began to twitch. He took a deep breath and exhaled in an attempt to calm down and relax.

The man left the room and slammed the door.

"Arara. Sengoku-san, we don't need to stop him?" looking at Sengoku, a man dressed in a white button down vest, a navy blue shirt, white trousers, shoes and a sleep mask on his forehead asked.

"This is not necessary. Akainu will not act without an order. He realizes and perfectly understands that the Admirals are the main power of the Marine and they cannot chase one pirate around the world," Sengoku answered with a shake of his head.

"How scary," a middle-aged man dressed in a yellow striped suit with a Marine coat draped over his shoulders like a cape said slowly.

...*Cough* *Woof* *Cough* *Dog Loser* *Cough* *Woof* *Cough* *Woof* *Cough*...

Hearing this strange cough, Sengoku's eye began to twitch, and veins popped up on his forehead.

*Crunch*

Sengoku continued to stand with reached hand and look with an empty expression on his face at the hole appearing on the wall in a shape reminiscent of Garp's silhouette.

All officers covered their ears and waited for his furious scream.

"GAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRPPPPPP!!!"

The whole Marineford trembled with the furious scream of Fleet Admiral Sengoku.

But the Marines and their families living at Marineford simply ignored this scream. They are already used to all the furious screams of Fleet Admiral. These screams shake the whole Marineford at least once a day, this event really became regular and turned into a daily routine...

Grand Line. An unknown little island.

An unknown island was located between the Marine Headquarters and the Sabaody Archipelago.

This island was uninhabited and deserted, nothing grew on it and no one lived.

On the shore of a deserted and uninhabited island stood two people, a man, and a young woman.

The man was a muscular, white-haired and brown-eyed, he smokes two cigars at once. The man wears a large thick white and blue specialist marine jacket which he keeps open, with greenish fur lining the neck, wrists, and hem. The jacket bears the kanji for written on the back of it. Many cigars are strapped to the jacket. He also wears brown leather gloves, blue jeans with a brown belt, and large military-issue brown leather boots.

This man was the Marine Commodore, Smoker the .

A young woman stood next to him.

She has dark brown eyes and wears her black hair between chin and shoulder-length. The woman was wearing a short-sleeved shirt with floral patterns, over which she wears a white-trimmed, waist-length blue leather coat. She also wears blue jeans with black shoes and rectangular glasses with red frames.

That woman was the Marine Ensign, Tashigi… just Tashigi.

"Smoker-san, are you sure that he did not lie to you? Is it possible to believe the words of a pirate?" looking at Smoker, Tashigi asked.

"He will come. He has no reason to lie to me. Why does he need this at all?" looking at the waves in the sea, Smoker answered.

"Hahahahaha. Damn right. Ray never lies," a loud male voice was heard.

Smoker and Tashigi turned to the source of the voice and Smoker's eyes immediately widened.

"Zzzzeeeppphhyyr-sssensei. You are alive! But how? We were told that you and all the new recruits were killed by the Pirates from the New World," Smoker asked with a trembling voice.

He was shocked to the core. The man who taught and trained him in his youth was alive! Zephyr the is a living legend of the Marine. He literally raised most of the Marine officers with his own hands. Even the current Admirals were Zephyr's disciples.

"Hahaha. I and all my disciples really had to die. But as you can see, I'm alive and regained the power that I possessed at the peak of my youth. All this thanks to Ray, it was he who saved our lives, gave us a new home and a new life goal," Zephyr said with a smile on his face. 

Smoker and Tashigi looked at the white-haired man and bowed to him in gratitude for saving Zephyr and his disciples.

Ray just waved his hand.

"Don't need to thank me. Let's do what we have gathered here for," he replied.

"That's right, let's get down to business. Take your seats, now I'll tell you the bitter truth," looking at Smoker and Tashigi, Zephyr said.

Ray waved his hand again and four comfortable, cloud-made chairs appeared in front of them. He immediately sat on one of the cloud chairs.

Zephyr nodded and sat on the chair next to Ray.

Smoker and Tashigi were surprised at the sudden appearance of these chairs in front of them, but decided not to ask too many questions and simply took their seats.

Zephyr looked at two Marines and began to tell his story.

At the end of the story, Smoker and Tashigi sat with pale faces.

"I would never have thought that the used such dirty methods to keep you in the Marine as an Instructor..." Smoker said coldly.

"I can't believe it... I always thought that the acts for the benefit of ordinary people. Why did they do this? Why did they choose this method to achieve their goal," Tashigi whispered sadly.

Ray looked at Tashigi and began to say,

Why do you think Mary Geoise is on top of the Red Line? I will answer you this question. Red Line is the highest point in the World. Tashigi also looked at Ray with a questioning look.

"!? Have you created an organization similar to Marine?" Smoker and Tashigi shouted.

Ray got up from his seat and looked at Zephyr.

"Zephyr, I think my presence here is no longer required. I will return to the Alabasta Kingdom," he said.

Zephyr nodded and replied, "I will deal with this issue."

Ray nodded and disappeared in a flash of flame.

Smoker's and Tashigi's eyes widened again. Today, they are too often surprised and fall into a state of shock.

Zephyr saw their facial expressions and nodded, he understood the reason for their surprise and shock. Everyone who meets Ray goes through this test...
