They arrive in a capital city called Sgety City, and after getting inside, they go to a luxurious hotel.

"Not everything can be solved using brute force," Shadow helplessly explained.
Mira kept nodding her head; it seems that she hated using her strength to solve her problem.
"Arian, bring Peach with you and find a good location for building the conqueror gang," Shadow ordered.
Arian nodded and brought Peach with her, searching for a great location.
"Scarlet, bring Mira and establish prestige for us. I will go to the city lord mansion and observe any movement of the city lord." After saying that, he left Mira and Scarlet.
He arrived at the city lord mansion. He sneakily entered the mansion and entered the city lord room.
When he got inside, he saw that the city lord was bringing a couple of young maids into his room.
Thumping and moans were heard inside, and he thought that the city lord was a little too energetic for his age.
He then started to read the files on the desk, mostly information about the finances and any movements from the military.
He then kept searching for other documents until he finally found the library of the city lord behind the painting inside a vault.
When he read the words in the diary, his expression changed. The city lord was actually a disciple of a demon sect in the higher realm, and their cultivation technique was one of the sex techniques in which they harvested the vital energy of other sexes.
He then sneaks inside the room and sees many dried-up corpses of some of the maids. He then carefully observes the maids and finds out that their eyes seem very dull.
Shadow then deduced they were hypnotised, and knowing this, he directly killed the city lord and obtained the city orb.
He then started to search for a suitable person to secretly control and manage Sgety City.
After searching for a while, he finally saw a suitable candidate and dragged him into the city lord mansion, where he changed his appearance to the exact appearance of the city lord.
He then had him swear loyalty to him and give him the city orb.
After finishing up, he returns to the hotel, waiting for the girls.
A couple of hours came by before Scarlet and Mira finally returned.
"So how was the fighter in Sgety City?" Shadow asks while smiling.
"It was too easy; it barely even called a challenge." Scarlet then snorted that the Xiantian lords of Sgety City were too weak for her standard.
"Yes, master, they were truly weak. Are we really going to build a branch of the conqueror gang here?" Mira bewilderedly asks.
"Yes, I just came from the City Lord case and found out that he was actually a disciple of a demon sect from the higher realm," Shadow explained.
Hearing that there was actually a sect in the higher realm that also managed to go to the lower realm
"Master," Mira worryingly asks.
"Don't be scared; after all, we also trained in the higher realm." Shadow saw Mira worry and started to reassure her.
"Now let's just wait for Arian and Peach to return." Even though Mira was still worried about the sect in the higher realm, she still nodded at Shadow.
After a couple of minutes, Arian and Peach return.
They then shared three great locations they found in the city.
"So, master, which of the three spots should we buy?" After introducing the spots, Arian asks Shadow.
"Buy them all; the spot that is the farthest will be the conqueror gang spot; the most nearest to the centre of the city shall be the Eligan Pill Store; and the last spot should be for the Exotic Beast Store." Shadow then told them what to do.
Arian nodded but did not immediately buy the lots; it was already late, so they decided to have dinner.
After having a merry dinner, Shadow and the others sleep.
The next day, Arian immediately followed Shadow's orders and left to procure the spots.
He then had the artisan build the store with the same design as the one in Eligan Empire.
He then left the rest to Arian, and he also told her to build an assassin guild in the city.
