How we met our beta

After the getting the book of alpha's, the twins realized that they didn't have a pack, and the information for their objectives, so even with the immense power they hold they don't have people who could cover their backs.

it was simple actually they are only two people so they can't be everywhere at the same time, so they divided their time to three places, one be training times, which was during the year, special training which was when went through harsh conditions to improve, and finally their hunting trips.

the hunting trips where exactly how they sounded, they hunted supernatural beings in this world like two brothers they watched, just without demons, the first they hunted was vampires for their qualities namely compulsion and speed ( if you don't know vampires are faster than werewolves, but werewolves are stronger physically).

so it was a year after they got the BOA( ps: I am to call the book of alpha's ' the BOA' from now on) and the night walker incident last winter, but now it was summer and they had been hunting vampires around and trying to add to their pack.

this time they went to westerville, Ohio, for a trail of a vampire, they went to a restaurant to eat when they saw something, the waitress had a band aid on her neck, " miss thank you but I couldn't help but notice that you got a injury on your neck" tom says to get Information about the vampire, " oh this" the waitress says touching her neck and continues looking a little frighten"me and boyfriend like to get rough sometimes".

now in this case she could not answered them and it would be ok meaning they was not a huge problem that she needed to cover up or it was and didn't want to talk about it, second the only time people answer to strangers is to cover up something, and lastly the fact she said her boyfriend instead of an injury ment she was his blood bag ( p.s: this kind of thing is used by hunters to understand the general situation).

nodding they looked at each other and came to an agreement to follow her after she gets out from work, what they did fail to notice was some listening in on them.

when they left they noticed someone was following them, and curious why the twins turned and went to the alley to bait their follower, not surprising the person followed them, but when the man got there he did not see anyone, but he suddenly he felt a hand griping him from the back of his neck.

"why are you following us" a voice came from the back, raising his hands he said " I heard what you asked that lady you are hunters aren't you", hearing him tom realised him from his grip and said" I am tom and this jase my brother", the man then the man turned and looked at them, he was shocked as he was looking at two teenagers but he felt like they could beat him one on one in a fight.

shaking the feeling of he then raised his hands for a shake and introduced himself " my name his Brandon", looking at the hand tom shook it and then said "so Brandon what are you doing here?", Brandon on the other hand looked at tom like his was stupid, but jase seeing his expression said" he meant why are you hunting everyone as a reason, so what yours?", and again Brandon looked at them like they where stupid why would you ask someone that question.

seeing he wasn't going to answer the twins gave up on him and started to walk away they had thought that they found their beta, but it seemed that he wasn't open, or at least that what others would see, because for the longest time their uncle tought them never to trust anyone except themselves so they would ask normal hunters they just met their story, the which hunters answered without question of who they where.

so it seemed like Brandon was going to be their beta if he excepted it, but that was for another time as they where going to watch the waitress for anything suspicious.

Brandon on the other hand looked as the twins left thinking they where naive or stupid, but that didn't ring with him, from is observation these boys ask questions to know someone's character or situation, like in the restaurant with the waitress, them seem to know everything about the vampire.

it definitely felt like they where testing him or at least seeing what kind of person his, looking back at their interaction it felt like they where leading him to the direction they wanted the conversation to go, he then finally sighed and decided that those twins where dangerous.

shaking his head he went to go and look for his lead by checking all the death's that had happened, and the people that was around them.

while checking the records it seemed that the victims disappeared for a while and came up dead, the police was definitely perplexed about what was happening and would not be able to, but him on the other hand noticed a pattern.

everytime someone turns up dead another person goes missing, now that was not the weird thing, the weird thing is that only five people get missing at a time and was last seen at different locations, but what no one saw was that when a dead body showed up the next location was the location the victim was last seen.

making his way through a alley, ' seriously why those it have to have to a alley' as he was walking through he suddenly vision went black.

finally the waitress left work and started to walk home, it had been a few hours but tom and jase looked as if they had been there for a minute, they followed the woman to her apartment, and climbed through to window to get in.

the first thing they did was smell how many people where there, which was like 5 humans and 3 vampires, but as they were about to enter they smelt a familiar scent among the humans, yes it was Brandon.

shaking their heads they sneakily went inside and got to the hostages only to find out that they where already realised and Brandon was with a wooden shake, and what smelled like a vervain coated blade, so they got ready to face the vampires but before they could go Brandon ask" where are your weapons", and the twins hearing this did not answer but flicked their fingers to make claws and Brandon was shocked and said" you are not human huh", and tom just said " let's just says that we are the natural counter to them".

nodding Brandon and the twins made their way to common area where the vampires are, but before they could go any further, the leader of the vampires said " what would two werewolves want with little old me", but the twins didn't answer, instead they took of their shoes and cracked their necks, their teeth grew Caine's, hair grew on their face and their claws came out of their hands and feet.

the leader seeing them was scared because you can't have partial transforming werewolf without an alpha close, so he decided to run but before he could, his friends rushed at them without knowing they could die, and he wouldn't because he hadn't seen one of them for centuries, but his friends weren't born at that time so he knew he had to save them.

looking around for what to use to distract or stop them he saw a human to their side holding a stake, he then got an idea, smiling he saw his friends where already clawed up and was about to be killed, so he panicked and ran to the human to kill him and hope his death would shock them and then he could kill them along with the human.

but unfortunately it didn't work out that way as he tried to drain the human instead of snapping is neck immediately, and so he drank the human blood but not without cost as coughed it out because it was filled with vervain, he then fell and watched his friends being killed, and then him.

on the other hand tom and jase looked at a dying Brandon and asked the system" hey system can we save him if we use the bite" tom asked as he saw Brandon as a man that he could respect as he saved people today and found his own way to track the vampires on his own.

nodding tom looked at jase and saw him nod, tom walked over to Brandon and said " do you want to live?" and even in his injured state he looked at tom like he was stupid, and tom seeing this smiled and said" do you want to be like us?", this time Brandon went into dip tought and after a while he weakly nodded, tom didn't take any time and immediately bit Brandon's hand, and making Brandon their first beta.

And that kids his how I met your mother... jk
