The Sun

When Zena woke, she grimaced in agony while inwardly cursing the angel to die a horrible death.

She planted her only Demonic Seed inside Jack when she came across him, and unless it was destroyed , she couldn't create another one, and every Demonic Seed was tied to the life force of it's host.

'Besides, he has the purest soul I've seen in this reincarnation besides my child.'

Zena pushed herself higher feet and looked around, as smoke assaulted her nose.

That along with the stinging pains of her arms and legs let her know she didn't escape the angel unscathed.

She looked down at her body, and saw several spears sticking out of her body, while black blood dribbled down handles.

She sighed and yanked out the spears, one by one and looked around, trying to gauge her location.

The wounds steamed as flames shot out the entrance and edit holes as the skin morphed and pulled together.

Fully healed, Zena brought up her map and looked at the Demonic Seed's location but found it was being obscured.

"Damn angel, I should be went all out last night!" She looked down at her body and realized a problem, she was naked…

Conjuring up dark clothes formed from her demonic energy, she walked out of the alleyway she woke up in and covered her eyes as the sun rays hit her.

A hissing sound rang out and Zena felt like she was covered in weights, super heavy weights!

'I can easily throw several thousands of pounds into space yet I can barely withstand this? What is this!?'

"So how much strength do I have now?" Zena asked out loud while inwardly cursing the Sun.

'Huh why did I get this title? '

"The fuck? Why, I just spoke out loud and asked a …. Oh I see."

The System asked curiously.

'By chance, can only I hear you?' Zena asked with a sinking feeling in her gut.

"Fucking hell, your only tell me this now!?" Zena screeched as the surrounding mortals looked at her in awe then shock as they saw something they could hardly process.

Black wings that stood out and horns that crowned her head made her stand out even more.

"And I take it that humans have no knowledge of demons?"

Zena sighed and retracted her wings while her horns disappeared, leaving and emerald haired beauty standing where a demon once stood, and the nearby human eyes glazed over as lights flashed in their mind, wiping the memories from their minds.

"At least I got a good system…" She looked up at the Sun and murmured to herself while sighing.

Zena frowned and then ran, her figure vanishing into the shadows as a whooshing sound was heard over head.
