Chapter 16: [Golden Mana]
[intersection, Grandora City]
Ever since the Chao Breakers started their assault at the chimera, they never once stopped attacking and defending at the same time because if they showed a slight opening for the mutated beast and chaos beast alike.... They would be done in and be killed until today
Its not like they stopped because they've given up, they stopped because someone just crushed down from one of the building and is currently looking down on the chimera
As they thought that the chimera would kill him.... They were wrong... They chimera itself is just standing in its place staring at the new guy that is looking down at it
"Kanzaki?" Muttered Richard
"Just what happened to him? What is that golden mana? I thought that the color of his Mana was blue?" Asked Jinwoo trying to look for answers
While Ryuuji himself was currently looking at the enormous Golden Mana that is enveloping Kanzaki
"Jessica what is that?" Asks Ryuuji while staring intently at the wild mana flow
(I don't know but the statistics for Kanzaki is going crazy! This is not the same when he has blue Mana circulating him) said Jessica as she tried to fix her PC that is going haywire because of the golden Mana
Hearing this Jinwoo asked Ai if what jessica said was true
(She's right! Its like Kanzaki has totally Become a different person) answered Ai
[Sub-Headquarters]
Meanwhile as the base was still being under attack Oliver saw a footage that the sergeant that is in the frontlines has sent to him
"Amazing! I've never seen such enormous aura before" said Oliver amazed
"Kanzaki never had this aura before..... Head Chief! Is this what I think it is?" Asks Sanaguchi as he tries to find confirmation
"I believe so.... This power must be what the chaos beings are being wary of and posed to them as a threat.... And now of all times were witnessing it power first hand" said Oliver as he stared at the screen projecting the current event in the battlefield
"Record the very footage now" ordered Oliver
"On it" replied one of the people inside the control room
[Intersection]
"(Whoa! Kanzaki I shining brightly than you ever did) teased Mike
"Oh shut up! I'm just happy that my rival has become stronger" said Richard
While everyone including the enemy is looking at Kanzaki, he himself exploded his Mana so big that it can tower down the surrounding buildings
Because of what he did all the enemy that is scattered all around the city are coming to his location
[Sub-Headquarters]
"Head Chief I just received a report that one unit of users have found a mysterious person lurking at a construction site" stated by one in charge of the comms
"Mysterious person? Tell them to apprehend him or her at all cost" ordered Oliver
"Yes sir" saluted by the person in charge of comms
[Near the construction]
"Alright we got our orders to apprehend it" said user 1
"Alright! looks like we got to fight a strong person" said user 2
"But we shouldn't underestimate it" said user 3
"I agree you got that guys?" Said user 1
(Yeah!) Simultaneously said by supporter 1,2,3
[Construction site]
"Hehe looks like there also strong guys at enemies side too" said the mysterious person
As he said this he also noticed three users entering the construction site
"Well looks like I got more business coming right guys?" He asks the pile of dead military soldiers body
"Right I need to exercise anyway" he said as he jumped down from the twelve floor
[Intersection]
As the chaos beast swarmed around Kanzaki he murmured
"Total 2349 enemies, enhance , slice"
As he said this he waved his sword Fafnir straight to the chimera and cause a fault opened up beneath it
But before kanzaki's attack reached it
That thing immediately put up it's hardest barrier to block that attack
Zzzzwwwiiiinnnggg....Boom..Boom..Boom.. Boom
Seeing the attack Jinwoo stated
"Hey that was my ability" said Jinwoo
"Mine too was there" said Ryuuji as he found out that Kanzaki can do what he can do too
[Sub-Headquarters]
At the same time that both Jinwoo and Ryuuji found out that Kanzaki can use their ability, Oliver was also seeing it with Sanaguchi in the screen
"He.... He split the ground in half!" Exclaimed Sanaguchi
"Impossible does that mean he can use the ability of other users if he somehow made contact with them?" Said Oliver astonished
"He's like all the Chaos Eye Users compound into one body" commented Sanaguchi
"Not just that.... He is also like a walking nuke" exaggerated Oliver
"So.... This is what the chaos beings are wary off" he added
[Intersection]
As the chimera successfully blocked his attack, Kanzaki quickly blinked right infront of it and hammered his sword Fafnir against the chimera's barrier
.....crash!!!.....
Seeing the barrier withstood his attack he raises up Fafnir with one hand and activated one of Fafnir skills
"Heh!" Smirked Kanzaki
Instantly Fafnir black Mana bursted out like there was no tomorrow
"Dimensional break!" Murmured Kanzaki
As he said this... He slammed Fafnir covered with black Mana against the chimera barrier
...BOOOM!!!... Kzzzztttt.....zzzttt....
Sparks fly as Fafnir made contact with the chimera's barrier
Thinking that the Barrie would hold the chimera begun to prepare its next attack when suddenly
Crack!....Crack!....Crack!...
The chimera's barrier was starting to shatter
Upon seeing this the chimera panicked and immediately cancelled it's attack to support his barrier
Sensing the danger looming over him the chimera called out to the chaos beings that he had summoned
As a reply to the chimera's call all the surrounding chaos beings charge at him simultaneously
"Rupture!" Murmured Kanzaki
Instantly a huge circular rupture explosion blows away all the chaos beings either dead or injured or even smashed into the buildings nearby
Boom!....Boom!....Boom!....
Not giving a single thought Kanzaki putted more pressure on his sword to break the barrier
...shatter!!!!....
Finally the Barrie was broken and followed by the descending sword
...huge explosion!!!...
As the smoke rises the chimera immediately jumped out of the smoke and fired multiple small lasers at Kanzaki
Sensing the assault Kanzaki quickly slashed his sword Fafnir covered in Black Mana upwards to deflect the first laser
Swiiiiizzzzzznnnnnnggg!!!!!...Boom!!!...
Immediately Kanzaki jumped upwards to dodge the lasers but somehow after he dodged them the lasers curved straight to him
After seeing this he immediately find out that lasers are target lock..... So he quickly ran
"Longitude 40° up, latitude 30° down, 33,42,70, up, twist, below" murmured Kanzaki as he dodge, block, and evade the lasers
Zooom....Boom!.... Cling!..... Clang!... Swooop!.....crash!!!...swzziiing!!!..... Kabooomm!!...
As kanzaki cut apart the last laser he immediately blinked behind the chimera
As if to react to that the chimera's tail attacked Kanzaki
Incidentally Kanzaki tilted his head sidewards and catching the chimera's tail
Swwiiiinnggg!!!... Blood splatter....
As that happened Kanzaki cut down it's tail
Seeing that it's tail got cut off the chimera stared at Kanzaki to petrify him but Kanzaki immediately kicked it on the face crashing the chimera to the ground
Witnessing this bizarre outplays Richards jaw dropped upon seeing the chimera that the whole organization is having a hard time attacking while at the same time keeping people safe was now on the ground beaten up by just one person
"Hehehe this is a joke right?" Side comment Richard
But Richard wasn't only one surprised, actually everyone who saw it was surprised including Mike, Jinwoo, Ryuuji, Jessica, Ai, the users, the supporters, the military, the people at the camp with the sergeant, the people inside the control room including Sanaguchi and oliver
(That was insane!) Said Ai
(No way!) Commented Jessica
(What the?) Said Mike
"Ryuuji did you caught everything that happened?" Asked Jinwoo
"No everything was too fast" replied Ryuuji
"Sergeant!" Said the person in camp
"You don't have to tell me" replied by the sergeant
[Sub-Headquarters]
"Am I seeing things?" Asked Sanaguchi
"Not quite..... everything that we see are happening right now outside" answered Oliver
"Amazing! Just amazing!" Added Oliver
[Intersection]
As the smoke cleared out they saw the chimera limping on the ground injured as it growls at Kanzaki
But Kanzaki just readied his stance
At that moment the chimera pounced at Kanzaki while Kanzaki slashed his sword Fafnir Upwards slicing the chimera in two and fall to the ground
"We won!.... WE WON!!!!" shouted one of the soldiers
"OOOOUUUUHHHHHHH!!!" followed the other users and military
As they begun to relax Kanzaki himself approached the chimera
But the moment the Kanzaki got close to the chimera, the chimera itself called out for one last time before dying
RRRROOOOAAAAAARRRRRR!!!!!...
With that shout all the chaos being that from locations far away flooded the intersection
As kanzaki readied his stance a voice suddenly echoed I his head
(Times up)
At the same moment the voice in his head said this the golden Mana that surrounding him dispersed immediately like popping a balloon
Being released from the Golden Mana buff.... Kanzaki stumbled on the ground but quickly catched by Richard and followed by Jinwoo and Ryuuji arriving in his aid
"Dude what happened to you? What's with the golden Mana?" Asked Richard as he held up Kanzaki
"I don't know.... I don't remember!" Replied Kanzaki
"Well you can explain later after we finish this up here" said Jinwoo
"You did great!" Praised Ryuuji
Hearing Ryuuji's praise Kanzaki burst out a smile
"Thank you!" He said
With the sudden arrival of the chaos beings all the users and military soldiers started to be wary again and finish up the fight
It took them at least an hour and a half to kill every chaos being out there before they could call it a day
And add up by the time that the chimera's arrival it is estimated that its a total of two hours that they've been fighting it
[Construction site]
"Hoh?! They've killed it already?" Said the mysterious person
"Well nevermind this is just the beginning right my friend!" Said the mysterious person. To one of the three users
Currently the three users that entered the construction site was scattered on the floor one was impaled on a iron rod the other one was lying on the wall dead while the leader is currently glaring at the mysterious person
"You.... You won't get away with this" he threatened
"What I didn't hear you... I believe that first guy i killed was a muscle enhancer who the other one is Pyrokinesis and you my good sir is a telepathic user..... But somehow your kinda telepathetic right now.... Won't you agree?" Provoked by the mysterious person
"You.... Bastard!!!" Cursed the leader of the three as he crawled into yhe ground
"Well I did sever your limbs and all but the ends now"
As the mysterious person said that he injected a large nail in the guys head Killing him
As the mysterious person stood up a black bird approached him and said
"Why do you enjoy playing with your prey so much?" Asks the bird
"You know I can't get serious if you are in that form..... You have the ability to transform into any kind of animal..... So what did you call it again?" Wondered by the mysterious person
"Its metamorphosis" answered the bird
"Have you taken out these guys supporters?" The mysterious person asked
"Well yeah.... They are small fries after all" replied the bird
"So what do you want?" Asks the mysterious person
"Orders from boss you will head out to London this instant and when you arrived the next instructions will be given" the bird said
"Ah London i always want to go to the Buckingham palace" imagined by the mysterious person
"I don't care about your own sentiments just get there already" said the bird as it flew off
"*Sigh* well since I've already been noticed looks like I have to leave" said the mysterious person
"Alright London here i come"

Just a quick layout when kanzaki golden Mana dispersed his memory Disappears showing that there are two entity inside of him.... The reason for this will be revealed in the future chapters... that's all
