Chapter 281: [The One Who Was Called A Diety III]

The moment the leviathan popped out of the water, every single one of the soldiers and agent on top of the wall and on the sea had one though in mind. Without any orders at all, everyone pointed their aim towards the leviathan and begun raining down attacks on it.

"Fire!!! Take that thing down!!!"

"We can't let that thing reach the walls!!!"

"Attack!!!"

In that moment the leviathan received non stop attacks on its body from all direction, causing multiple explosions to erupt all over its long body. Naturally despite its tough body armor, the shock from each explosion still pains him a lot, causing the leviathan to roar back at its attackers and begun its assault.

First off it dived down back to the ocean water in between two destroyers ships, causing the ships to sway violently. After that it roared as it charged towards a nearby submarine and easily bit it into two with its own mouth. Under one attack, the submarine was bite in half before its exploded which drew back the leviathan's head.

However it immediately snapped our of its surprised state, as it slither along the water and used its mana to create multiple whirlpools on the ocean water itself.

Due to this whirlpools some of the submarines under the water were easily swept in the tide causing some to crash unto the other submarines and explode upon heavy contact.

Naturally due to these whirlpools, the ocean surface were also heavily affected, as some ships were being dragged down by the water current.

Multiple screams can be heard, as people inside the ships were in panic as they tried to hold for dear life. However the next scene that unfolded, had greatly affected their morale, causing some people to lose some hope of ever living through this battle.

Ships were falling on top of each other, as some ships exploded from either crashing into each other or having their ship break in half due to the violent whirlpool.

Due to that many people died, as the casualty sky rocketed as fast as the eye can see.

While this incident made some of the soldiers in the frontline loose some morale, the enemy on the other hand manage to find a hole in their formation, as Uno immediately issued a decree to break through their formation and attack the wall.

With that multiple galapagus on the ocean surface moved forward at their fastest pace, causing some soldiers on both the sea and on the walls to realize the hole in their formation and immediately aimed back their attacks at the frontline of the enemy's army. However with their attacks being heavily reduced, some galapagus simply ignored the damages all over its body and grit their way towards the walls.

As if that wasn't enough leviathan the suddenly sprung up from under the water, as it bit down on one destroyer ship, before throwing it directly on the wall.

In that moment when the leviathan charged up its attack and shot its breath at the wall, Joana immediately activated his chaos eyes ability from inside the city walls and used it to block the leviathan's attack. With the sheer size of the leviathan, it was easy for anyone to notice that it was about to let out a powerful attack on the wall, causing Joana to make a hasty decision and create a shield from a distance away.

Just like that a gigantic golden shield appeared in between the wall and the leviathan as it blocked the attack from the leviathan itself.

For once Uno was once again surprised as he didn't expect that someone inside the city walls was capable enough to block such a powerful attack. In fact even the command room officers were surprised that Joana could handle such things and tank such a blow.

Alongside it, everyone clearly felt Joana's will to protect the city no matter the cost that will come to her. But for the survivors who survived the Britain's downfall, all they felt was regret. A regretful feeling from when she failed to protect her home country, with that resolve Joana refuses to let another place fall down on the enemy's clutches.

However even though blocking the attack from the leviathan was great feat, this was still somewhat too much for Joana as she soon begun bleeding on her nose, causing some of her concentration to falter.

Upon seeing this, the leviathan increased the pressure from its attack as itssoom noticed the cracks forming on the golden shield. Unfortunately for it, this was not a one on one battle but rather a war. So while the leviathan was focused on the shield that is right in front of it, Jinwoo immediately positioned himself and launched his own attack.

"Extend... Ruyi!!!"

The moment he said this his iron rod quickly extended itself towards Leviathan as fast as it could. But before his weapon could come into contact with the leviathan, Jinwoo issued another command which really put a strain to its weapon as a copy of the mythical weapon ruyi jingu bang.

"Expand... ruyi!!!"

In that single moment the iron rod expanded as big as half the body of the leviathan, as it slammed unto its face splat and get blown back straight at the backline while spilling out purple blood.

Thankfully with Jinwoo's chaos ability, he was able to wield his gigantic weapon with ease as if he was carrying it around like a luggage. But despite everyone's various remarks, it was still quite heavy even for him, causing him to quickly shrink it down to save stamina.

But despite him succesfully pushing back the leviathan, he still wasn't able to prevent some galapagis from getting closer as one of them crashed into the wall.

Without a second to waste, the galapagus released all the chaos being inside its body, which brings the situation on the wall into a dire situation.

"All arms! Prepare for battle!!! Protect the main cannon!!!"

As the commander Shouted thos words, everyone's on the wall quickly pulled out their weapon, as they faced the enemy while waiting for some units on the ground to quickly climb on the wall as reinforcements.

While the situation on the wall was not looking good, the situation inside the city had somewhat lighten as the units stationed inside manage to somewhat decrease the enemy's number as fast as they can. With Alice back on commission, none of the sky whales were able to make a landing before they get obliterated from Alice attacks.

With the situation on the wall not looking good, this somewhat feat alone from her gives some hope for the people inside the city's wall. Of course while she is freely handling the enemies on the sky, Cynubis is in a chaotic battle against Siete as both of them begun to get serious after realizing that their enemy can't be killed that easily.

With that each of their attacks causes shockwaves to erupt, causing their collisions to be as violent as one can imagine. Nevertheless while Siete showed an excited expression, Cynubis on the other hand stayed calm as he blocked some of Sies attack while counter attacking in between.

No matter what he can't let Siete disrupt Alice's momentum.
