DEEDS?

... "KAMI - CHAN??".I asked after not getting a response from KAMI.

"First of all, I am the goddess of souls and seals, my name is Mania, Second of all I did not ask you to tell me about your entire life, Lastly do NOT ADDRESS ME WITH - CHAN!! and you are an English man why would you call me with a Japanese honorific?" KAMI.. No Mania-CHAN said.

"Did I forget to mention I was a hardcore Otaku?

Meh anyway I got a know what happens to souls after death? Could you please tell me?" I practically begged because it is an Otaku's dream to know that.

"Changing the topic won't make me forget what you just said and before you ask, yes I can read minds. Anyway to answer your questions, after death a soul would go to receive judgement depending on the Deeds in life." She paused which allowed me to ponder on this information.

"Deeds are the most fair thing in the entire multi omni-verses, it only affects the soul concerned so no matter how many people do good Deeds because of your inspiration, it would not increase your amount of good Deeds. Also Deeds are earned through actions like you've been thinking about, another thing to know is that even if a person is 'evil', killing them would still give you bad Deeds however if they have more bad Deeds than you, you would be able to receive good Deeds. For example if a person is called a demon because he killed a lot of people, you would think he would have a lot of bad Deeds but what if those people attacked first and tried to kill him, it would then be classified as self defense and even though he would still earn bad Deed, it would be considerably less than if he were to attack and kill them for no reason. The same works for good Deeds, let's say a lawyer is defending a criminal and won the case and let's say that if the criminal would have died if they went into prison, the lawyer would still receive good Deeds because he kept the man alive."Mania patiently explained to me.

It was honestly a lot to take in but due to my comprehensive and analytical ability I understand why things would be like this, it is all about perspective like a man killed another, by law he would be sent to jail for taking another life but what if the person he killed was a serial killer, even then he would still be sent to jail, I understand why she said it is the most fair thing.

"So what am I doing here because I know I killed a lot of people and while I also did save just as many if not more but I don't think it would make that much of a difference and another question, what happens to people who have a lot of bad Deeds?" Those 2 things bothered me as I knew I would have a lot of bad Deeds and what would happen if someone only has bad Deeds, I had quite a few theories but would rather just ask instead of guessing.

"To answer your 2nd question, people would go through a cleansing process, for example let's say a person has 500 bad Deeds he would go through the same thing the victims of their's went through multiplied by 500 times the pain and would go through the process 500 times afterwards they would be a clean soul with no Deeds and be sent into reincarnation. "

She paused once more and then said. "The reason you are here is a bit more complicated, I told you that I am the Goddess of souls and seals.... I sealed your soul when you were born on earth because of your overwhelming LUCK, you must understand that you were LUCKY to be born in a body that has muscle memory that has been perfected for battle and also have a mind that is capable of such precise comprehensive and analytical skills. To be totally honest even though I sealed your luck you still had so much that it leaked through. The reason I sealed your luck was because your soul and body would not have been able to withstand it because luck is something that affects your surroundings, your and others destiny, fate, etc. Also the world where you born would be affected as well, however this is only possible by someone who has such an overwhelming amount of luck like you because an ordinary person's luck can't have any affect on the world as it is too weak. BUT now your soul has now become strong enough to withstand your luck and I don't have to seal it. As compensation for sealing your luck we give you the choice of:

[1. Reincarnate back on earth free of all constraint

2. Reincarnate in another world and for a once- off chance, cleanse all your bad Deeds.]"

"First of all, thank you for sealing me, I will not be angry as I know it was necessary for me to live. I will choose option 2, and could you tell me something, all fantasy world like from cartoon, anime, movie, myth, etc. Does it exist because we 'Created' it?". I asked because it would be too much of an OP ability for Humans on Earth, too create such things for fun.

"I thank you for understanding and No, humanity does not have the ability to create things like realms, universe, etc. But what make 'you' humans special is that you have the ability to peek or watch the 'adventure' of the 'protagonist', you all do it unconsciously and then interpret it as an idea for a movie, book,animation, manga, myth and legend, etc. The protagonist of said universe is chosen by their respective universe in order to progress all life on the universe so it may get stronger and as for why 'they' want to get stronger, you do not have the right to know. " Mania said and I could not get angry at her for not telling me the secret of the universe because she has been extremely helpful.

"I thank you for giving me this opportunity and I would like to know if I can change my good Deeds to give myself certain skills like a wish from all those novels I read?" I asked with a lot of hope and even though I am just a ball of light I imagine myself giving her the *puppy eye look*.

"Normally all your good Deeds would be used to ensure your reincarnation is successful and would be used to give you a higher standing in life like if you had a lot of good Deeds, you would have a better chance to be born into a powerful, loving family." She explained

"Normally??". I ask with a bit of hope

"Yes, normally that's how it would go but since you have such an amazing amount of luck, it basically guarantees your reincarnation to be successful and at the very very least you would still be born in an upper-middle class of social and power standing." She says and I practically jump in joy but since I am a ball, I look like a basketball bouncing on it's own.   Mania sees me so happy and continues. "Well first, let's get rid of that seal and then you would get all your bad Deeds wiped out, it will be a bit painful but nothing unbearable".

She then snaps her fingers and I glow brightly for a second and then assaulted by a wave of pain that while doesn't hurt, it does make me feel uncomfortable.

After the pain subsides, she says. "Well after scanning your soul I see that your good Deeds can either give 100 low benefits, these basically affect the small things in your life and is a bit useless. 50 medium benefits that affect your life a bit like allowing you to change your hair color or improve memory, while it won't be large, it would not be negligible either. 10 large benefits that would allow you to get something like Gates of Babylon or a special bloodline. Or 5 God benefits, these basically give you any power you can imagine and you can even alter that ability to remove all weaknesses, however you can not wish for something like  'Make me a God' but the wish can give you something that gives you a God potential even if you use it for something silly like giving yourself the ability to cook, you could eventually become a Cooking God. So what do you choose?"
