Chapter 0006 Teach You Two Moves

"I have finally mastered the third level of the Tiger Roar Fist!"

Luo Feng smiled at the sight of the overlapping fist marks on the ground.

As expected of an intermediate yellow level Martial Art, the Tiger Roar Fist was ten times harder to practice than the Leopard Fist. Even with Luo Feng's understanding, it took nearly six days to reach the third level of the Tiger Roar Fist, and he was still a long way from reaching the Great Achievement Realm of the fourth level.

Luo Feng was very satisfied with this result, believing no other student in his class could keep up with him.

The Yuan Qi within his body seemed to be boiling as a result of the Tiger Roar Fist, incessantly churning. Luo Feng took a deep breath, reined in his aura and only felt a slight swelling and warmth in his spleen, his eyes widening in surprise and delight.

"I'm about to break through to the intermediate stage of the Cultivation Power Realm. How could this happen so quickly?"

Luo Feng was a little astonished.

Ordinarily, it would take a martial artist nearly a month to progress from the early stage of the Cultivation Power Realm to the intermediate stage. Yet, it had only taken him six days in total; truly a rapid progression!

"Let's see how strong I am now!"

Coming back to his senses, Luo Feng took a deep breath, stirred the Yuan Qi in his body, and stomped hard on the ground.

Boom!

The cliff trembled, and Luo Feng's right foot sank half a foot into the rock, large cracks spreading like a spider's web, covering a ten-meter radius.

"This... this kick probably exceeds two thousand catties in force!" Luo Feng looked at his handiwork, his eyes filled with shock.

The force of this strike was already close to that of a martial artist in the late stage of the Cultivation Power Realm!

Coming to his senses, Luo Feng's eyes immediately filled with ecstasy.

With two more days left, he should be able to break through to the middle stage of the Cultivation Power Realm. By then, his strength could take another step forward! He might be able to reach a force of over two thousand five hundred catties!

"Lin Hui, you humiliated me that day, this time I will defeat you in front of everyone in class!"

Luo Feng clenched his fists, remembering the contempt in the eyes of Lin XiaoXiao and Lin Hui a few days before. He could not help but quicken his breath, his gaze firm.

Recovering from the excitement, Luo Feng looked around as the cliff, damaged by his punches, was now unrecognizable.

"I was planning to use these two days to pick a Light Martial Art from the Martial Arts Hall, and to further practice the Tiger Roar Fist to the Great Achievement Realm. However, it seems I must postpone this plan and focus on breaking through to the intermediate stage of the Cultivation Power Realm," Luo Feng mumbled to himself.

Over these few days as he practiced the Tiger Roar Fist, he gradually noticed the differences between this and ordinary intermediate yellow level Martial Arts.

Although the Tiger Roar Fist seemed simple, it incorporated the momentum into the moves, expressing the aggression of an enraged dragon or tiger, exuding a domineering aura of supremacy.

Luo Feng spent six days reaching the third level of the Tiger Roar Fist. He initially wanted to directly achieve complete mastery, but realised that the fourth level of the Tiger Roar Fist was not that simple.

Something seemed to be missing in the fourth level of the Tiger Roar Fist, and its true force was not able to show itself.

Recounting the scene of Ji Wuyue performing the Tiger Roar Fist that day, Luo Feng used his exceptional comprehension to reflect and ponder, only to realise that to master the fourth level of the Tiger Roar Fist, it must be complemented with Light Martial Arts techniques. There was obviously not enough time left for that in the remaining two days.

"It's getting late, I will stop here for today and continue the practice tomorrow." Luo Feng looked up at the sky and prepared to descend the mountain.

On his way down, Luo Feng contemplated the different variations of the Tiger Roar Fist. As he passed through a dense forest, he suddenly pricked up his ears.

He heard faint echoes of a tiger's roar coming from afar, interspersed with soft admonishing sounds.

"This is the sound of someone practicing the Tiger Roar Fist."

Luo Feng, who had practiced the Tiger Roar Fist day and night, had heard this sound hundreds of times and recognised it after just one listen.

"Indeed, there is someone practicing the Tiger Roar Fist, this voice is somewhat familiar, I wonder who it is..." Luo Feng hesitated for a moment, but he couldn't resist his curiosity and followed the sound.

Passing through the dense forest, the view suddenly cleared. Ahead was a pool formed by a mountain spring, surrounded by thin fog, filled with abundant Yuan Qi.

"This is an excellent place for practicing."

Luo Feng admired the beautiful scenery in front of him, carefully approached, and peeked over from behind a large tree towards the pool.

Next to the pool, a girl in a light blue dress was practicing her punches. The roars of a tiger echoed with each movement. She was practicing the Tiger Roar Fist!

"Bing Ruolan..."

Luo Feng looked at the blue figure, his eyes trembling slightly.

The figure by the pool was a blue-haired girl, thin but spirited, with deep blue eyes that shimmered like sapphires. Her legs were long and strong, making her look neat and clean. She was the class leader of the Silver Moon class, Bing Ruolan.

"This girl is really beautiful, her pupils are actually blue. I've heard she has the blood of the North Sea Xi Tribe in her, I wonder if this is true."

Luo Feng watched Bing Ruolan's figure, especially her slender and firm legs, and couldn't help exclaiming.

Bing Ruolan's beauty was well-known throughout the Purple Sun School, she was one of the three greatest beauties in the outer court, and was privately known as the Jade Legs Fairy.

Bing Ruolan stood by the water, her short pale-blue hair slightly fluttering. Although her fists seemed weak, each one she threw brought sharp, wind-breaking noises, her domineering yet calm presence could stir up waves on the tranquil lake surface.

After several consecutive punches, Bing Ruolan's momentum peaked. She raised her eyebrows, and her body slightly leaned downwards like a trapped Jiao Dragon. Her 'Angry Tiger Coming Out of the Cave' punch was swiftly thrown forward.

Boom!

A surreal scene unfolded. The air in front of Bing Ruolan twisted like a shattered mirror, the sound of water gushing was heard, and white ripples appeared on the surface of the pond, stretching nearly ten meters before gradually dissipating.

"Hungry Tiger Turning Back!" Another soft yell came from Bing Ruolan, her voice echoed like the thunder in early spring. Using her right foot as a fulcrum, she rotated half a circle, her left fist leaving a faint arc trace before it solidly landed in front of her.

Woo woo...

The punch seemed to hit a large bell, sending out a dull, booming sound that could be heard miles away. Even Luo Feng could feel the air trembling violently.

"What terrifying power, this attack is more than ten times more powerful than mine! This is the strength of the fourth level of the Meridian Wheel Realm, the Rigid-Soft Realm!"

Feeling the terrifying power of Bing Ruolan's attacks, Luo Feng couldn't help licking his lips.

While being astonished, Luo Feng also had a trace of doubt in his eyes.

The 'Angry Tiger Coming Out of the Cave' and 'Hungry Tiger Turning Back' techniques Bing Ruolan had just used, although powerful, had two obvious errors that weakens her momentum significantly.

"Still not coming out!?" Bing Ruolan realized Luo Feng's presence early, collected her breath, and her sharp gaze turned towards the giant tree where Luo Feng was hiding.

Luo Feng also knew that he cannot hide from her any longer, and walked out from behind the tree.

"Luo Feng! What are you doing here?" Bing Ruolan was startled when she saw it was Luo Feng.

"I was just passing by and heard some noise, so I came to check it out. I didn't expect the class president to be practicing here." Luo Feng looked at Bing Ruolan, his gaze was somewhat hesitant, wondering whether or not to tell Bing Ruolan about the mistakes in her Tiger Roar Fist technique.

Seeing Luo Feng's troubled expression, Bing Ruolan thought Luo Feng was worried about his challenge with Lin Hui. She asked, "Luo Feng, how is your preparation for the martial arts practice lesson in two days?"

Luo Feng was taken aback but he quickly understood what Bing Ruolan was referring to. He laughed and replied, "It's almost done. Lin Hui is no match for me."

Bing Ruolan was stunned.

She thought Luo Feng would surrender, and then she could persuade Luo Feng to ask Ji Wuyue to intercede, then apologize to Lin Hui, and the matter would be settled. But she didn't expect Luo Feng's answer. For a moment, she didn't know what to say,

"Why be so stubborn? You are the one who will lose…" Bing Ruolan sighed in her heart, seeing Luo Feng's persistent gaze, knowing that there was no room for persuasion. A look of regret appeared in her eyes.

"Class president, were you practicing the Tiger Roar Fist just now?" Luo Feng was oblivious to Bing Ruolan's regretful gaze. Given Bing Ruolan's previous kindness to him, Luo Feng decided to tell her about her Tiger Roar Fist technique.

"Yes. I just reached the second level." Bing Ruolan nodded, her sparkling eyes showed a hint of pride.

Since she was a child, Bing Ruolan was tested as having relatively weak soul power but had an extraordinary understanding of martial arts. In a few days, she had reached the second realm of the intermediate-level Yellow Tiger Roar Fist, which was quite remarkable.

Bing Ruolan was confident that no one in the outer court could compare to her in terms of understanding martial arts.

Luo Feng paused, then said directly, "Class president, there are two places where you made mistakes in your Tiger Roar Fist practice."

"Hmm... What? Errors?"

Bing Ruolan nodded first, then her eyes narrowed and shot Luo Feng a questioning look. A trace of anger appeared on her face as she asked, "Where are the errors?"

She was always proud of her comprehension abilities, and now someone suddenly pointed out her wrong practice method. Moreover, the person who pointed it out was the bottom-ranked student in their class, hence Bing Ruolan couldn't help feeling annoyed.

Luo Feng ignored Bing Ruolan's slight anger, and calmly continued,

"Tiger Roar Fist emphasizes momentum. It seeks to unify fist and intention. When you were practicing, your punches and breaths were off sync. Furthermore, you deliberately subdued your momentum and lacked decisiveness, your punches were not direct enough, and you lost the dominant intent of the Tiger Roar Fist."

Holding her breath and looking at Luo Feng, Bing Ruolan asked in a annoyed tone, "How do you know!"

"I'm just pointing out the mistakes in your practice. Whether you believe it or not, is up to you." Having said his piece, Luo Feng didn't want to explained further. He casually said his part, and left without waiting for Bing Ruolan's response.

"Show-off!"

Seeing the fading figure of Luo Feng, Bing Ruolan grumbled with a frustrated face, treating Luo Feng's words as nonsense.

Bing Ruolan was the top martial artist of Silver Moon class, while Luo Feng's strength was always at the bottom of Silver Moon class.

No one would believe that Luo Feng could identify the shortcomings in Bing Ruolan's practice.

Originally, she wanted to treat Luo Feng's words as a joke and put it behind her. However, for some reason, the image of Luo Feng's confident gaze flashed in Bing Ruolan's mind causing her to hesitate. A sly glint appeared in her eyes. Looking at Luo Feng's retreating figure, she said in a huff,

"Hmph, since you're so confident, I'll practice the way you said. But, if it doesn't work, I'll be back to settle the score with you!"
