The Darkness

Her and the wolf walked all day. Or started to get colder and the fire smoke still seemed be coming for a ways away so they stopped and set up camp for the night. She had used her powers to make a few small trees grow forming walls and a ruff over her and the wolf than she grew some vines having them grow up the tree and adding a second layer of protection from the outside world. Then she used her abilities to started a fire. They were both hungry but they only had a few fruits that were left from the cave that they had brought with them. As night fell the forest came to life. All the noises made it so they couldn't sleep, before they had the waterfall which covered most of the noises and those that could be heard were faint. Now they heard all the rustling of animals running around and howling from wolves and barks from the coyotes. The night seemed to stretch on forever as the two got closer and closer. They both stayed awake unable to sleep because of the possible threats of the creatures around lurking in the dark shadows. With her fear of we was around her she hadn't notice the fire she had started was growing. Then the vines and tree caught on fire they light up very quickly with the fire driven by her fear. The smoke fill the little area. She tried to stop the fire from spreading but she wasn't able to. It kept growing and started to spread. She was panicking and you could tell from the look on her face and in her eyes, so was the wolf. The fire was getting closer and closer as they were trapped in the place she had made. The wolf ran into the fire to break down a wall to create a path for the girl. He was successful in breaking down the wall and forming a small path for her to get out. She ran out out throw the path before the fire could engulf it again. Except as a result the wolf was burning, fire surrounded it but the wolf wasn't crying instead it was growling at its surroundings as a creature lurked close and close towards it and the girl. It was a mountain lion, it was very noticeable as it got closure to the fire but it was thin and hungry so it was will to risk getting close to the fire to fill its stomach. The cat jumped at wolf that was in between it and it's prey. The world fought back though protecting the girl as the too fought, you could hear both of the growls and cries echoing through the woods. The wolf dominated the cat as it was bigger than it and now on fire. It was able to use the fire to its advantage and control it which shocked the wolf and the cat. It jumped at the wolf thinking it would be an easy target but it was very mistaken. The wolf killed the mountain lion before day break and then put the fire out and returned to the girl. This time the girl saw differences, the wolf had marks and designs that were different color fur, and there was a little blood on him some that was from him and some from its attacker. The wolf laid down next the girl and she sat down and used her abilities to help heal him, it was dark since the fire went completely out but the Forrest around them seemed to finally be quiet as if the life had been drained out of it. She sat there unable to sleep and put in the cold until she saw a light. The figure was a horse and a women who was glowing. The horse was reflecting the light and a bird was flying in front of her it appeared to be guiding it, the bird was on fire though. The fire wasn't like what was around her that burned the shelter she made down though, this fire was white and blue. As the figure got closer she could make out it was a women on the horse that was made of ice. The forest didn't seem so dark anymore and appeared to be bright as they got closer.
