Those pair of eyes seemed to have a deep meaning in them. Jennifer felt extremely familiar with them.
Confused as to why, she continued staring at them.
'Click'
"Oh my! Ahhhhh! My brother kissed someone!!"
Jennifer snapped her head at the voice and found Ava with a camera pointed in her direction.
Jennifer's heart loudly thumped on hearing Ava.
What kiss?
'Whom did I kiss? Emmett?'
Jennifer gulped at her thought.
She immediately got up and carefully looked at the man who laid half on the chair. By now he had his eyes closed.
Just as he opened them, the temperature suddenly seemed to have dropped by several degrees. Jennifer felt goosebumps on her skin not because she was afraid of him but because she herself felt as though her blood had turned cold, as she had lost her first kiss.
First Kiss!!
'My first kiss has been stolen and that too Infront of me?? How can that be possible?'
'Wait, what? I got kissed and I lost my first kiss to Emmett.'
Lost first kiss to Emmett.
Lost first kiss to Emmett.
'Oh no!! I was kissed by Emmett...he is a....he is a gay....No!! I was kissed by a gay!!'
Jennifer's mind went black when she found out that she had been kissed by a gay.
Images of him kissed by few boys again resurfaced her mind which she had tried hard to forget. She suddenly felt a little guilty.
She was shocked, helpless and felt at loss , not because of loosing her first kiss but because just now she had kissed a gay.
She remembered, when she was young; probably 15 years old...she had watched a Japanese drama in which the female lead had mistakenly kissed a gay. Next day she had gone to a temple from her home barefoot and had kotow thrice in front of the temple and asked for forgiveness.
'Will I have to do the same?'
'Shit! What am I thinking? I am now a boss of some association. Two years back I had decided not to flow away with romance and also not to get betrayed a second time. I have to overcome this.'
The stupid Jennifer who was now behaving like a naive girl, same like the one she was 2 years ago, suddenly changed back to the girl she had become now. Her aura changed back to the demon girl whom everyone feared.
She slowly shifted her gaze from the marble floor towards Emmett, who looked like a cold pillar standing without any emotion.
'Is he so shocked that he had been kissed by a straight human. Oh...I suddenly feel pity for this devil.'
Ava's cheerful voice brought her back to the state and place she was in.
"Brother.....my dear brother...how do you feel like...mmm....like when, you know...when her lips...I mean were they soft....did you enjoy your first kiss?"
Emmett looked like he was controlling something brewing inside him. Giving a deathly glare to Ava, he made his way out of the pub.
Jennifer walked towards Ava.
"Mmm Ava, I think I should go back home. It's late and mother is waiting for me."
"Hey, what's the hurry girl. Don't you feel anything...you just have been kissed by a handsome guy. Dude, I think my brother will finally take a straight path from now."
"But you said that it was his first kiss...Are you sure he is a gay?"
Jennifer was a little confused when she heard Ava saying that it was his first kiss. She thought that she had misunderstood him.
"I mean first kiss with a girl...hahaha." Ava chuckled.
"Anyways Ava I have to go now. Let's talk tomorrow, okay, please?"
"Ohh, It's a pity that you have to go...But I would like to suggest something."
"What is it?"
Ava brought her mouth near Jennifer's ear and spoke very softly but clearly, "What do you think about dating him? As you have just kissed him. Why don't you both try dating."
'Dating my a**. How can this girl be called a cousin? She is practically selling her brother.'
'But do I look that great in my makeup, for people to ask me to date someone, even with this horrible face.' Jennifer suddenly felt like her makeup had reached professional level. Someone was even asking her to date a very handsome guy.
"I don't like him Ava. And I don't think I can date him."
"Ah, why?...." Ava pondered for some time, then suddenly jerked up when she thought of something, "Don't tell me you are a lesbian."
She covered her chest in a protective stance.
