After that fateful night, everything changed for Jennifer. Gone was the girl who used to smile and laugh along with others, cry in their pain and help them in their need. What remained was only an emotionless vessel who just had one aim in her life: Revenge.

"No one can control me anymore!! I will live my life as per my wish." She said with hatred in her voice.

"Heh...Love is what? The best thing that happened to you?? Tsk..tsk..such a fool. Remember, love is just another name of destruction. The ones who believe in love are all fools. I was also one of them, but not now. I will never fall in love again. Also, don't come crying to me once you face a betrayal."

"What will it take for you to accept me?" 

Jennifer looked at the man as if he had grown two heads!!

"Mister I have told this earlier too, I don't want to get into a relationship, so why not stop chasing after me?"

"Please tell me what should I do to make you mine?" The man pleaded.

Annoyed by his questions about the same thing again and again, Jennifer finally replied, "If you can defeat me in a fight, I will think about it." 

She was quite confident that no one could defeat her.

"You lost...."

"No, this can't be true right," murmured Jennifer. She was totally confused and shocked. Never did she think that 'he' would be able to defeat her. 

"So what do you want?" She asked with confusion laced in her voice.

"Are you sure you will fulfil my wish?" He smiled much to her displeasure.

"Yes, I never back down on my words." She spoke back with gritted teeth, showing her displeasure, even though she knew this decision of hers might lead her into something complex.

"Marry Me," He demanded.

"Wait what?!! But you are gay right?" This was her immediate response to his demand. Who in their sane mind would want to marry a gay? That too with the man with whom she was previously in a fake relationship.

He chuckled and slowly bent down near her ear "You will know when you will marry me" he whispered.

"You..."

Torn between the battle of her brain and heart, Jennifer doesn't know what she should choose? 

Should she listen to her brain which was constantly signalling her of the alert or should she follow her heart, which would pound erratically for some handsome 'devil'?

Because of her traumatic past, Jennifer had sworn never to fall in love again. To never let her heart skip a beat again for someone. But she fails, terribly; when a certain dashing devil enters into her dark world.

The Secret Of The Beauty In Black

The man was drenched in sweat, his wrist joint had long been dislocated due to him hanging in the air, tied with chains.


Despite his desperate struggle to break free, he could only curse on his fate.


Of all, he had to meet Black Panther today.


Jennifer merely glanced at him, measuring him from head to toe.


"So let's start playing, shall we?" It was more of a statement than a question.


Jennifer pressed a button on her chair, making the man scream.


His body got stretched in all four directions. He looked like a doll in a puppet show.


Gritting his teeth he spoke, "What the hell do you want Black Panther?"


"Oh, so you recognised me, it now seems that you are a bad person. So speak, who send you?"


Even though Jennifer spoke in a very relaxed manner, fear crept within the man's bones.


The pain he was experiencing was unbearable, he soon began loosing consciousness. 


A cold bucket of salty water was splashed on him, which jolted him awake.


The calm voice of the girl was like that of the boiling hot magma, ready to erupt and swallow everything.


The expression on her face was like a Satan from hell.


"You know what I hate the most...r*pe..."


Pain flashed in her eyes when she spoke that. Fiery anger was visible in her blue eyes.


"The thing which I hate the most.....you people like to take pleasure from it. Haa! you cheap little thing, what are you planning huh? Today you were clearly trying to kidnap that small girl. Do you even know how it feels to go through that hellish thing. Probably not, how will you know? But I don't think it is late for you to experience it. What do you think?"


The man looked up surprised, he could not believe what she just said now.


Just as she finished her sentence, Alissa came in. 


The man thought that Jennifer was offering him a girl. 


'This chick is looks sexy.' His eyes lightened in joy.


"Don't have nonsensional thoughts, I am not gonna give you any girl to enjoy." Jennifer kept her nonchalant expression, but her eyes related some other story. There was pain in those eyes, one would sink deep into abyss just by looking in them.


Sure enough, she was not just Black Panther in name. She never does, what she says.


"I will never go back on my word, you will be treated the same way like those innocent children," Jennifer smirked.


"Brother please think it thoroughly. Alissa is a nice girl. You are already reaching your thirties soon. Why don't you have a girlfriend yet. I know you were previously a gay.." Sensing that she had upset her brother, Ava changed her sentence, "No, no you were not a gay, it was a misunderstanding on my part.....so where I was...um yes!..Why don't you just try dating Alissa. You see, if you date her then the rumors about you being gay will be cleared. What do you think?"


Emmett replied without any visible emotions on his face.


Ava could not suppress her joy, the moment she heard that Emmett was ready to date Alissa. Although she was suspicious as to why he agreed instantly, she neglected it in her joyous moment.


"You are not suppose to tell anyone about my decision. If I found by chance that you opened your mouth then you know what will happen...."


Afraid of his threat, Ava acted like zipping her mouth with her two fingers, probably conveying, 'This will be a secret until I die.'


It was true that Emmett had his own plans for agreeing to date Jennifer.


He was a little curious about her. He himself was surprised when he first started thinking about her.


TRULY TERRIFYING!!
