"BECAUSE I NEED ONE"

When Jennifer thought that he wouldn't speak and was going to repeat what she said, she heard him speak, "Okay."

Jennifer felt happy that he was cooperating. She contemplated how to ask him.

But before she opened her mouth to speak, the man beat her, "But I have a condition."

Jennifer wanted to speak, 'What the hell! Aren't we making a deal then why are you putting forward a condition.'

But she kept mum and decided to listen to him.

"You will have to...," he stopped for a moment and then again continued, "..be my girlfriend for three months."

The sentence 'Be my girlfriend for three months' rang inside Jennifer's ears.

Was she hearing wrong. She blinked multiple times.

Emmett looked at the girl who was trying hard to get the meaning behind his words.

His lips turned up for a second, then he regained back his usual aloof look.

'Shouldn't he ask a man to be his boyfriend. Then again maybe he had to keep his affair with men secret so he just wanted something to hide his sexual orientation.'

Many thoughts came into her mind in that minute, but she mostly believed the one that he must have said to hide his sexual orientation.

"Why do you want me to become your girlfriend?" Jennifer almost asked in a whisper.

"Because I need one."

'Huh, because he needed one??' Shouldn't he had said, 'Because I want to hide my non-manly side.'

"And what if I deny your request?"

There was no sight of Natalie. She was missing since three hours. Broth had searched everywhere but he still couldn't find her.

He had asked someone about Jennifer, whom he thought was the one inside the room and the person told him that she was missing since before the terrace accident.

Broth learnt from the person about the terrace fire and he thought himself to be the lucky one as he had not encountered the same.

But he didn't knew that he would soon be doomed and regret for staging such a thing for Jennifer.

He was soon going to loose his love along with his high status, because he had not only offended Black Panther but also the big boss Lucifer.

He was going to get punished for thinking of sending the big boss woman to some cheap men.

Emmett had already asked Travis to make sure that the Donald group is out of the picture in one night.

Broth who was continuously trying to call Natalie despite her not picking up his phone since two hours was feeling helpless.

Just when he thought that the call would not connect this time too, he heard his phone making a sound which meant that someone had answered the phone.

He soon bombarded the person on other side of the phone with many questions, as soon the call was connected.

"Where the hell are you Natalie? Do you know how madly I was searching for you everywhere? Why weren't you picking up your phone?"

"Hello sir. I am sorry to interrupt, but I found this phone lying inside a flower pot near the waiter's room. If it's of someone you know can you please come and take it back? Actually a lot of people have gathered outside this room so now I would be unable to come and give it to you back."

He was shocked when he found that a different voice, which was nowhere like his girlfriend. And he got worried when he heard that a lot of people had gathered near the waiter's room.

He ran towards the elevator and went straight towards the waiter's quarter.

Hi guys as you see that I have reached at 110 chapter, so I want to give you guys mass release.

As this is my first time writing, I didn't really expected many readers to go through this book. But the response was great.

I know that I am not updating on time and I am sorry for that. My schedule nowadays is very pack and so it is hard for me to write.

But like many others I also wish to that my book gets recognised and for that of course I will have to work hard.

But I hope that you guys would also help me a little. I would be writing two chapters daily and I will keep a goal for the mass release.

For this week I have set a goal of 175 power stones. That is 25 powerstones daily.
