Alchemists and Magic beasts masters

"I'm currently a rank 9 magician. You see,the classes in imperial magic academy is divided into 4 based on the ability of the students. First one is the light star, where all the legendary students gather, they are not required to attend classes daily and in a disciplined manner. They basically have a lot of freedom and does things as they wishes.i heard they are very powerful and even professors don't dare to have conflicts with them because they are influential and have powerful background .Usually students from other classes rarely see them. The light star consists of students above rank 5.Below them is light one ,where students are on or above rank 7.These people are actual bullies in the academy who think highly of themselves and look down on everyone below their rank. Bright star is the class just above us, you could say they are lackeys of students from light one, consists of students on or above rank 8.The last one is the bright one, my class, students allocated are below rank 8.

This sofia brunnet was originally a student from bright star, but she and her friends offended someone from light one and got demoted to bright one. Since she came to our class ,there hasn't been a day which was peaceful. This academy was founded by a 1st rank magician. But as you know ,they are scarce. The professors of the academy range from having rank 2 magician to rank 6 magician. They were all formerly magicians from various magic institutions having a lot of experience. Usually our class is being taught by rank 5 or rank 6 magicians. There are privileges for classes from light one to bright one, if paid.

These includes classes from high rank magicians ,access to library, duel area, high nutrient foods, energy replenishing pills and potions etc. Even high ranked power stones are available. The price range various from class to class. As you know ranking up is very difficult even for a rank 10 magician to be a rank 9 magician, these potions and energy stones aids in ranking up so it's very expensive. Although you could say I'm from a noble family ,I'm no match for all these students in the academy cause my wallet is basically empty. If the academy doesn't provide free food ,I have no idea how I will survive. My expenses are being taken care of by Louis family, but madam rebecca Albert Louis always have one way or another for the money to not reach me, my father doesn't care much about us anyways, so she's getting bolder as time goes."

'what ?? This girl is so pitiful, wait!!I'm now in her body doesn't it mean I'm also pitiful now. Gosh ,what is this ?is this how fate treat me??once the richest among all is now the poorest among all. I never knew I will have such a day. Surely it's those bastards fault. Those people always bite their handkerchiefs and watch in envy how I spend my money like water.Tsk..how annoying, I feel like I'm a pauper now ,the poorest on top of that.But,Second wife huh? ..this girl sure had it hard. This is why humans are fickle creatures…they fear our existence, fear us, blame us, hate us when they don't even feed their own kids. The one point that is true for all demons including the low levels is that they value blood relations more than anything. Well, this is also one of the reasons why demon parents are against their sons or daughters getting married to a human. They fear that they are fickle, once they are done fancying their children, they will be cast away….' Wish drifted in her thoughts when Amania who has no idea how she is treated as the poorest person wish has ever seen continued,

"This academy doesn't lack students with wealth. But there are some ways to earn money here.Though it is difficult, there are some students who does that."

"Heh…what's the way, since you're basically poor than all ,let's hear it, maybe we could work things out"

"Are you sure? Didn't you just say you don't even how to survive if the academy doesn't provide free food?"

"Well back to the topic , one is being an alchemist, the other is being being a magic beast master, although they are students, there are people who trained under an alchemist or a magic beast master."

Alchemist is a respectable and rare profession in the imperial, they make pills and potions necessary to aid the magicians and swordmaters in ranking up.Since it is widely known how difficult it is to rank up, the alchemist earns a lot of money. They are one of the wealthiest professions in imperial.

A magic beast master is someone who tames the magic beasts. Magic beasts are found inside the magic forests in both the human and demon realm. There are several type of magic beasts that belong to the category of low level magic beasts ,mid level magic beasts, high level magic beasts ,king level magic beasts and legendary magic beasts. A magic beast forms a contract with a human or a demon ,once the contract is formed ,the abilities of the magic beast is shared with the person it contracted with .It also aids in battles ,coordination with the magic beast is a key to win a battle. But things are not easy ,for a magic beast to form a contract ,it should be defeated by the person who wants a contract with it, it's very dangerous. So people who defeat the magic beasts, tame them without forming a contract for themselves but help other people form a contract with such magic beasts is called a magic beast master.

"Being a magic beast master is out of option..Although it may obey me,it won't obey you unless you defeat it.Magic beasts are different from humans, it is very perceptive and sensitive, the moment you switch places with me in front of it,it will sense it.It is impossible to keep the fact that there are 2 souls inside this body because there are certain things only a human like you can proceed with in a human empire. So it is very dangerous as the magic beasts may go berserk in the worst case."

"That's understandable, what about alchemy? Do you have practice? "

"I'm a top master in alchemy though my methods are very different from humans so I'm not sure.I never needed a pill or a potion because the blood of the royals have high regenerative ability. It prevents us from getting sick, makes us healthy if we are hurt in an instant. I only insisted in studying alchemy because my master was very interested in it.Although royals didn't need to learn alchemy,I still did it because my master valued alchemists."

Amania:...

'What kind of monstrous ability is that?!! NO NEED FOR PILLS?POTIONS? REGENERATIVE ABILITY? No wonder the royals are called enmity magnets.With such a golden finger from birth , who will not be envious? But…why does she sound a little sad when she mentioned her master?'
