Attacked

Diya's POV

" If you're done staring, get lost or come in" the guard who had been patiently waiting for the past half an hour, expecting some reaction from me finally snapped losing his cool as I still stood there like a dumbo, staring at the closed iron gate in front of me.

I flinched hearing his voice. He gave me a disapproving look and strode inside, eventually giving up on me. I facepalmed and sighed loudly. I still don't understand what was I thinking when I decided to come here. I think it's time I realise why people call me a hopeless case.

" Central Prison" I whispered under my breath as I gazed at the Victorian styled words. My hands trembled on their own accord and my thoughts seemed jumbled up. I was contemplating on the step that I was about to take.
