Chapter 1

Reiji Toujou is an average guy with an average life. From school to his social life, Everything about him is average. However, all of that changed on a fateful night where every single person in the entire world was teleported and separated in another world, similar to earth. Luckily, Reiji was still with his family, consisting of his single mother, little sister, little brother, baby brother, and grandfather. Together with them were the leaders of the major countries of their world. Concerned for our well beings, we all discussed what happened to us. Soon, the leader, confused, started to place blame on each other's country. Suddenly, A person, wearing golden clothing, walked in the room. He seemed like the king.

"People from another world. Welcome to the kingdom of Hyland. Sadly, I couldn't welcome you under better conditions.My people are in need of dire help. The demon king has revived and has threatened to destroy our way of life. If it isn't too much trouble, would you please lend us legendary power and knowledge." He said while bowing.

Almost instantly, the leaders agreed to the king's request, however, something about this request didn't feel right to Reiji. He wanted to consult with his family, but he started to hear an unfamiliar voice in his head.

"Don't trust the king. He's lying about everything. The demon king of this world has been dead for centuries, and he won't be reviving. He only wants to recruit soldiers to wipe out the Demons."

"I don't understand. What's going on?" He thought to himself.

"Don't think about it too much. All you need to know now is an entire race needs your help. Not only as a savior but as a leader."

"But, I'm only a human in an unknown world. I was useless in my old world. A good for nothi-

"Enough, You're not useless nor an average human. You're a demigod hybrid born from the union Reo and Lucie Amagiri(King and second queen of Jan-gu). You're more than enough to be their king."

"Alright, I'll try my best, but don't expect much from me."

"Good, Now go and make me proud, son." The voice said as it begins to fade.

"What?" Reiji said surprised.

"By the way, Whenever you want to get in touch with us, ask Sage." She said as she fades completely.

"Sage?" Reiji thought to himself.

"Hey, Reiji! Are you listening? We decided to agree to help. What do you think about that idea?" Reiji's little sister, Touka Toujou, asked.

"Oh, I decided not to help them. Goodbye, I guess." He said bluntly as he turned around towards the second door behind them.

"Wait! Why Reiji? These people need our help." Touka cried out.

"I have no obligation to help these people. Plus, I want to explore and see what this world has to offer. Besides, Something about the king doesn't sit well with me."

"Reiji, Are you su...

"Too bad you feel that way, my boy." The king said interrupting their mother. Reiji turned towards the king.

"It seems the demon king's influences have already gotten to him. His powers know no bounds. It pains me to say this. Guards, arrest the traitor to all humanity." The kings said dramatically.

Suddenly, guards rushed in the doors and surrounded Reiji.

"Otherworld, You're under arrest for treason against all humanity. Come quietly." A beautiful female warrior said.

"Just because I didn't want to fight for you, stupid king," Reiji said.

"Yes, Now come quietly. I won't say it again." She said as she released a killing intent.

"No, I did nothing wrong," Reiji yelled angrily releasing his own aura.

The guard instinctively charged at him out of fear and attacked him with a variety of attacks, ranging from slashes, stabbing the vital points, and magic. Reiji fell to his knees, covered in wounds and blood.

"Reiji!" Touka and their mother said as they attempted to run over to help Reiji, but their grandfather stopped the leaving.

"Move grandpa, Reiji needs our help," Touka said.

"Yeah, Dad, I know you hate him because he's adopted and doesn't share an ounce of our blood, but you can't treat him like this. He's still family." His mother said as she grips her youngest tightly.

"This isn't your fight. He deserves every little bit of this punishment coming to him. And I don't hate him because he's adopted. I hate him cause he's a freak." He said stubbornly as he refused to move.

"Huh?" Touka and her mother thought to themselves as they looked towards Reiji.

"Wish you would've surrendered peacefully." The female warrior thought as she walks up to Reiji.

"Ow! That really painful. You guys don't play around at all." he says as he raises up from his knees.

"Demon!" One of the guards said.

" You gave up your humanity so easily. You're nothing but a monster now." the female warrior said.

"I'm not a demon," Reiji said confused by accusations.

"Don't believe him. Those wounds are fatal to humans and only demons can survive them. We must destroy him quickly." The king said.

The female warrior launched herself at him to deliver the final blow. Luckily, Reiji jumped backward to avoid her, but she, instantly, appeared behind him and slashed his back. Luckily, the attack passed through his back. Reiji looked at a status bar, at the top right corner of his sight.

"Immortality, huh. No wonder I didn't die from these swords in my chest. Oops." He said as he realized the swords in his chest. He rips out each one carefully.

"Oh wow, This is a lot more painful than I thought." He thought as he takes out the last sword.

Suddenly, the female attacks again, but Reiji parries it with a barrier, made by condensing the space around himself.

"Did I do that?" He asked himself.

"Well, yes and no. I intervened by activating one of your many abilities given to you since birth." A voice in his head said.

"What?"

"Oh, I forgot to introduce myself. I'm the multiversal knowledge being known as Sage. I'm here to guide you."

"Do you have to talk like that?"

"No, I don't have too but I thought it would be a good impression for me. Prince."

"Prince?" Reiji said with confusion releasing the warrior's sword and leaving him wide open.

The female warrior noticed and took advantage of the opportunity. She launched herself towards Reiji, with her sword pointed forward, as if she was a flying arrow.

"Sage, any way of getting out of this situation."

"Yes, there are multiple ways. You can create swords to fight her automatically. You could also use the knowledge of fighting downloaded into your head. YOu could call down black lightning to strike her down. However, seeing how weak your current body and power is I don't recommend using these suggestions."

"Okay, what do you recommend?"

"Give me a couple of minutes."

"But-" Reiji thought as the female warrior grazed the side of his stomach. Then, she repeatedly attacked the same spot. However, subconsciously, Reiji avoided every single attempt. Suddenly, she stops, smiles, and laughs.

"You're an interesting person. No one, in the entire world, can give me an enjoyable time like this. You certainly lasted a lot longer than my subordinates. And, to tell you the truth, It gets me excited." The female warrior said seductively( as if she was getting turned on.)

"Well, I'm glad I could get you excited," Reiji replies sarcastically, but truthfully he was afraid of what could happen.

"Oh really. If you don't mind, could my dance partner tell me his name?"

"Reiji Toujou."

"Reiji, huh. That sounds like the name of strong husband material. I going to remember that."

The room shocked by the female comment, and Touka was, especially, angry at her comment.

"So, What's your name?"

"Oh, I'm sorry. My name is Captain Raven Nightwing. Single."

"Okay, Ms. Nightwing. I'll remember that beautiful name too, but this is where I say goodbye to you and everybody I love." Reiji said.

"What are you talking about? We just got started."

Suddenly, a magic circle appears, shining brightly, under Reiji. Raven noticed the spell and rushed to apprehend Reiji before he got away. However, as soon as she touches Reiji, they both disappear into thin air. Confused by what just happened, The king ordered the capture of Reiji's family. The guards in the room surround Touka, their mother, baby brother, and grandfather slams each one of them(except the baby) and forces iron cuffs onto each of them. As this goes on, the baby starts to cry.

"Shut him up." The king ordered.

The guard hangs him upside down, and shake the baby as hard as he can, but the baby continued to cry out. One of the guards suggests kill him to shut him up.

"Don't you dare hurt my baby." the mother said angrily.

"What are you going to do about it? You're chained up. I might just do it just to spite you." The guard said without remorse.

"Don't you dare hurt that child." A mysterious girl s voice said as the doors opened. Suddenly, everybody got all stiff at the sight of the woman and the girls behind her.

"Your majesty, I didn't mean it. I was just joking with her." The guard, that threatened the baby's life, said.

"So, you think it funny to kill infants." The queen said seriously.

"No, y-y- your majesty. It's isn't funny. Please forgive me for my incompetent remarks."

"Okay, I forgive you. You're fired from your position as a royal guard. You are to be sent to the frontline immediately. And, I'll take that baby." The queen said.

The guard handed her the baby and left the room with his head down in shame. The queen looked at her husband with a discontent look.

"So, What's going on here?" she asked.

"Nothing, we were just about to take the three of them to the dungeon to ask them about the traitor." the king answered.

"What traitor?"

"Her son. After asking him to risk his life to save us from the upcoming doom of the Demon King, he refused and kidnapped Captain Nightwing."

"What! Big sister Raven would never allow herself to get kidnapped." One of the princesses said.

"Yeah, She's too strong."

"Usually, Yes, but this boy had the skills of a Demon." the king said.

"What! How is that possible?"

"You're wrong." The mother said under her voice.

"What was that?"

"I said. You're wrong. Reiji is not a demon. He is a human boy, and he did not kidnap that woman."

"Guards, Dungeon for the three of them, now."

"No, take them to my special room. I want to personally break this one." The queen said as she strokes the baby's head.

"Here, Val(the eldest princess), Take this baby with you. Freya, come with me." The queen said.

"Yes, mother," they said as they followed their mother's orders.

"Your majesty, on the behalf of the other-worlders, I would like to extend my apologies for that rebel. We thought he would've been taught to help others whatever their backgrounds. We will prioritize his capture, along with defeating the demon king and punish him accordingly." One of the world leaders said.

"No worries. It's not like he has any places to hide. We'll catch him eventually. We only need to prioritize finding you comrades and defeating the demon king." the king said charismatically.

"Alright"

Meanwhile, in a forest far away from the castle, Reiji, and Raven appears out of bright light.

"Teleportation. That's convenient" Reiji said with a surprised tone.

"Reiji Toujou, What did you d-

Raven vomits.

"Hey, Are you alright?"

Raven continues to vomit large amounts.

"Okay, I'll take that as a 'No'." Reiji thought aloud.

"Shut up! It was you who made me like this. If you think you can take me out with this, YOu can think aga-

Raven struggles to finish her comment as she holds back her vomit.

Reiji sighs with guilt.

"I wonder if there's a way to help her."Reiji thought to himself.

"It seems Princess Raven (Lucifer) Nightwing is suffering from hypersonic motion sickness. This is caused by not properly securing herself as we teleported through the space between time. Luckily for her, you can easily cure it and the mind-control spell."

"What the heck? Princess? You mean to tell me I kidnapped the princess of Hyland!" Reiji said excitedly.

"What's wrong with y-

She vomits continuously as she on her knees like she's begging for relief. Reiji guilt grew as time went by. At that moment, he determined to help her no matter the cost.

"Sage, what do I have to help her?" Reiji asked.

"Well, since Princess Raven is your distant cousin, you should be able to create demonic or dimension energy for her to absorb. Doing that should release the mind control. However, since you're not used to magic, you're going to need me to cast a healing spell to get rid of the HSMS."

"Right, and exactly how am I suppose to create this energy?"

"Simple, Just touch her, and your body should absorb what little dimensional demonic energy she has, and return it back to her thousands of times more, which should destroy the mind control spell completely."

Reiji, trusting Sage, placed his hand on her head. Instantly, he felt a rush of power flow in and out of him repeatedly. Soon he felt weakened by the power itself and struggled to stay conscious.

"Good, Now if you allow it, let me take over for a few," Sage said.

"No, I can still help. Plus, I've seen movies like this. When you say for a few, it might be for years."

"First, That's not true. Secondly, I'm not some foolish Artificial Intelligence back on your earth. I know what it means to live for yourself. And lastly, I just control over your body to heal her HSMS. No need for your paranoia."

"Is there another way?"

"Yeah, But that involves us becoming one entity. And. The knowledge I hold would be too much for now."

"I don't care. Let's become one."

Sage sighed and agreed to become one with Reiji. Then, A body appeared before Reiji, reaching out their hand.

"Grab my hand." Sage's voice said out of the body.

Reiji grabbed the body's hand and a light began to shine from it, engulfing them both.

Meanwhile, at the castle of Hyland, The king and a soldier, from Raven's squad, walks to the queen's special room to see how the interrogation doing. On the way there, The king asked the soldier for a progress report. Sadly, the soldier couldn't report anything good. They completely lost Raven's power signature, along with Reiji. The king, upset by the news, froze in his tracks because he suddenly felt the mind-control magic, he and the queen placed on the soldiers of the kingdom, fading. As they reached the room, they heard screaming and crying.

"Stop, We don't know were Reiji is!" Their mother said.

"Wow, You'll really protect him even though he abandoned you all. You could say he betrayed your trust for him." The king said as he entered the room.

"Reiji would never betray his family," Touka said.

"That's right. I raised him better than that." Their mother said.

"Oh, Who are you to say that he didn't give up on your teachings. Um, Samantha?"

"Don't give me a name. Ask me for it?" She said annoyed.

"Okay, What is your peasant name?"

"Leaxia Toujou. (Seriously, What kind of king is this rude)"She said.

"Okay, Leaxia. You say you raised him better, but look at where you are. In my wife's special room, getting interrogated. Do you really believe that he did betray you."

"Yes, you're right, your majesty. He did betray us. He left us to avoid being captured. he deserves death next time you see him." The grandfather said.

"Aw, Grandpa, Is that how really feel? And, after I came back to save you all from the torture. You're mean." Reiji said as he walked in through the wall behind Touka and Leaxia.

"Reiji!" Touka and their mother yelled happily. The grandfather clicked his tongue with disgust.

"Guard, Capture him quickly." the king ordered.

The soldier rushed at Reiji as fast as he could, but suddenly a wall rose up in front of him, knocking him out. Reiji turned around to his mother and saw something unexpected. Reverting his eyes, Reiji asks "Who done this to you, Mom? Where Yuusuke?".

"The queen did this to me and your sister. Yuusuke is safe I think. The queen gave him to her daughters." she replied.

"Okay, I'll take her with us," Reiji said as he hovers his hand over the cuffs, bounding his mother. Suddenly, The cuffs bent outward as Reiji pulled his hand back., freeing his mother. He repeated the same process with his sister and grandfather. Suddenly, a whipped cracked, and the wall broke down. On the other side was the queen hold a whip she called Basilisk. It was a gift from her late mother-in-law. She told her that basilisk has power over earth and could easily transform people into stone.

"Everyone, grab onto me," Reiji said. Leaxia and Touka grabbed on, however, his grandfather wasn't listening. Agitated by the stubbornness of his grandfather, Reiji held out his hand and pulled his grandfather towards him.

"Let go of me, Freak." his grandfather said.

"Sleep," Reiji said. His grandfather instantly fell into a deep sleep. Suddenly, a whip strikes Reiji.

"Awww... Son of a" Reiji cries out in pain.

"Where do you think you're going, Traitor trash." The queen said sadistically as she cracks her whip.

"What is wrong with this world? Queens aren't supposed to be sadistic like this. They're supposed to be elegant and kind." Reiji thought to himself.

"So, like your mothers," Sage said.

"Yeah, Wait... Mothers?"

Suddenly, Reiji felt piercing pain in his side. He looked down and saw a snake biting his side.

"How you like my whip? It has quite the bite to it." She said.

"Are you done playing around Reiji," Sage asked.

"Okay, let's get going," Reiji said as he grabbed the whip, and pulled the queen towards him.

"You're coming with us." He said as light gathered around everybody. Instantly, everyone was teleported to a different area of the castle.

"Alright, your Sadistic-Ness, where's my baby brother?" Reiji asked.

"Like I'll tell you anything... Just because you'd asked." the queen said as she spat in Reiji's face.

"Huh... I got it. The hard way." Reiji said.

Reiji teleported himself and the queen outside, twenty thousand feet above the castle, and drops out of the sky. The queen, full of heart-stopping fear, started to experience a new type of pleasure. As they have gotten closer to the ground, Reiji grabbed her, and teleported themselves back up, and repeated this for an hour. Afterward, they teleported back to the others.

"You ready to tell me where my baby brother is?" he said.

"Yes, anything you want, Master. I'm yours to command in mind, body, and soul." the queen said with a lustful face.

Shocked by her response, Reiji and his family were speechless. The queen led him to the princess' room. As she tried to enter the room, the door flung opened and soldiers came running out of the room, surrounding them.

"Mr. Traitor-to-humanity, I didn't expect to see you come back so soon." The king said as he walked out of the princess' room holding Yuusuke in his arms.

"Sorry, but I don't leave my family and friends behind," Reiji replied.

"But you do like stealing others' wives. Is this what you taught him, Leaxia? As expected from peasant's teachings." the king said.

Almost instantly, Reiji appeared in front of the king and knocked him in the back wall as he grabbed Yuusuke.

"Father!" Freya said as she rushed to the king's side.

"Don't you dare insult, my mother," Reiji said.

"He struck the king. Apprehend the bastard." One of the soldiers said.

"Time to go," Reiji thought as he ran to his family. As he grabbed them, Sage gave him a suggestion. Leave the queen with a way to communicate with you since she already gave her fidelity to Reiji. Reiji agreed immediately and came up with an idea of a communication device that she could easily use and hide. "A pair of earrings and a necklace," he thought. Suddenly a light shined in the Queens' hand. Knowing it was a present from her master, Reiji, she was overwhelmed with excitement but she chose to conceal it the best she can. However, Val noticed it. Once she looked back at Reiji, he disappeared into the shadows.

Three hours later, the king wakes up screaming. Soldiers ran into his room, worried about the king's safety.

"Your majesty! What's wrong!" they said excitedly.

" The demon king has been reawakened. I saw it in that boy. We have to hurry. Increased the personnel that guards the castle and the search for the other-worlders. Also, let the ones we have here know we've lost our hostages." the king ordered.

"Yes, Your majesty." Soldiers said as they left the room.

" Captain Nightwing, I hope you're okay." The king thought to himself.
