As them went one Count Drake saw Sophia become some what a child again. At first she would not come anywhere near Ms. Marshall or even him. But after she figured out they would not hurt her. She came to first holding Ms.Marshall's hands when they were out for a walk to throwing her self into Ms.Marshall's arms. Sophia was becoming more happier by the day. It was almost six months since Drake brought her to the Castle. She was filling out in the checks and looking like a health child should.

"Sir there is a lady her claiming to be Sophias norther." Licks said hanging Drake his blood coffee. "I know Luke thank you send her in and done let Sophi out of her room today. It is going to be a lot of blood and she is still to young to see it understood." Drake was going to get to the Bolton of why her mother broke the law and why she treated Sophi the way she did. He did find out that her mother treated all her other siblings with care. And her father was alive but did not look like Sophia. Which was odd to him. Sophia said her mother told her he was dead. Which meant the women lied to her and knew more than what she was leading on.

"Hello Count Drake, I got a letter saying you wanted to talk to me about something." The women looked like she was well set up. New calories new hair. Even nice nails, not many humans could afford nails or even nice clothes anymore. Not after the king put a no new merchandise banned on them. That was one of the reason that the vampires took over was the humans were destroying the plant. Making in habitable to live one. Trash everywhere and not clean air. Vampires may be savage but they did care about things.

"Um yes , did you have a daughter sold to the green light district?" He asked at point blank. She took a step back her hand on her chest. Her heart rate was going up. He smile so it was true. Tell me how many kids do you have?" He waited for her to answer. "I—I", she could even answer. This women knew it was ok to sell human children. But halfing or any relationship to a vampire clan was not. It was against the law. Five years in prison for her and her husband. Which meant the child she loved so much would go to group homes or be rehired to suitable human families.

"I hear ur daughter I sold is a halfing. Is this true?" He asked getting calmly up from his desk. Walking her as she backed up into the wall. This lady thought she could lie to a vampire. Her heart rate jumped sky high. "Well what a little lier we have her. Do you know the law about halfing and breeding with vampires?" He asked getting so close to her ear he could feel her shaking. "Yes Count, I do." She answer in a trembling voice.

"To not breed with them, and if so death."

"I see and did you or did you not breed with one?"

"No, I did not the child was my sister child! She was in love with the despicable, gross, mongrel, irritating, frustrating, catty Wompus, man. When she died and left that child. I heated her and him. So I took it out on the child. It felt good selling her and I don't retreat it. Kill me if you wish." This women was nuts she spat in his face. Was proud of the fact that she hurt someone higher than her. And was proud of the fact that she sold Sophia as well. This mad him boiling mad. He took the women by the throat and bite into her neck. He felt no remorse like he usually did. When it came to the child in his care he would do anything and kill anyone that stood in his way.

"Luke!" Drake wanted the boy gone and the children in different homes. When Luke walked in he saw the boy and knew what Drake wanted right away. "Master should I have the children regimes and the father thrown in jail." Drake went to sit back at his desk. With a sigh,"do what you must." And he went back to work. Drake was not bothered by what he just done. It was law after all and what kind of mayor would he be if he did not obey the law. He had to find out who the child's father was. This would take some digging.
