1st spirit ring
Finishing writing a *growl* was listened, made by Pao's stomach. Xiaogang look at him "I'm also angry, let's try if you eat" "Woof!". Both boy and pup, run to the dining room. When the arrived, inside there were Xiaogang's parents.
"Good morning!" "Woof!" They greeted before charging toward the food. They both have a big breakfast, Xiaogang eating more than ever and Pao also eating a lot, under the shocked expression of his parents.
Tianhe laughed "It seems that you have energy. Can your spirit also eat?"
Xiaogang nodded "Yep. My spirit is named Pao, and he becomes angry so he must eat. It's like if it was a spirit beast"
Finishing breakfast Tianhe informed his son "As you're now rank 10, I prepared someone to help you find some spirit ring for you. You will go to the Blue Forest tomorrow"
I spent all day inspecting Pao and my Pen.

The next day Pao and I had breakfast and left the mansion. Outside was waiting for us Yu Luomian.
(Shit! From all the people to be him) though Xiaogang.
Yu Luomian was the little brother of Xiaogang's father, so Xiaogang's uncle. From all his uncles, Luomian was the one that he detested the most. Luomian was always focused on strength and in the clan's spirit, looking down to whoever not possessed the spirit.
Luomian seeing his nephew he didn't try to hide his pissed face looking down at him "Why I need to look after this child"
"Uncle, at least try to hide it a little" Xiaogang put hit fingers and pushed his own lips forming a smile "Smile a little" That joke only gained a look of contempt from Luomian.
"Let's go. Sooner we finish, sooner that I don't need to care from you" Luomian coldly said.
"Yes," Xiaogang said shaking his head sighing.
The three of them went toward the Blue Forest. The Blue Forest was 2 km away from the headquarters and was considered a sacred land from the clan, only having permission to enter members of it. The Forest wasn't very big, especially if we compare it with a huge one like Star Duo Forest. But this Forest was very precious for the clan. This was because in this forest lived the Lightning Salamander and the Blue Cocodrile. Both spirits were weak spirits, never recorded any of them over 1000 years old. But in their group age, they were one of the strongest ones. This was due to both of them having dragon blood in them, boosting their strength.
The Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon spirit was the strongest beast spirit, but it had a big fault and it was that it was very difficult to cultivate, each ring must be from a Dragonoid beast, the strongest of their age. For an aged ring, there were a lot of dragon species, even if they were very strong, at least it was easy to locate them. But for young beast it was very difficult to find dragonic ones, so the lightning Salamancer and Blue Cocodrile were like treasures for the clan. Almost every Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon spirit with two yellow rings from each of them.
Entering the Blue Forest I could see the Lightning Trees. The Blue Forest was a forest formed by this kind of tree. They were 20 meters tall tree with a sea blue trunk and green-blue leaves that stood all year. The main property of this tree is that is immune to thunder. It usually attracted all the electricity around the zone, absorbing any lightning storm. The lightning is absorbed by its leaves and the trunk exuded lightning from time to time. Creating a very charged zone were lightning attacks were buffed. Truly a paradise for Lightning spirit masters. The only flaw is that it was too small, lacking powerful beast.
After walking around for 1 hour Luomian stopped "We are near the nesting area of the Lightning Salamander, wait here I will obtain one for you" Luomian ordered without even looking to Xiaogang quickly leaving him alone.
Xiaogang followed by Pao, decided to be a little adventurous and investigate the forest alone. He started walking observing each tree, pointing its difference. After little time he discovered that the shorter the Lightning Tree was the stronger aura exuded. Xiaogang was surprised by this thinking that being smaller the normal would be for it to absorb less energy and have a weaker aura.
Xiaogang was always aware, as a little aleatory discharge could injure him. Looking at Pao dancing around the trees playing with the Lightning created it seemed that Pao had a good lightning resistance.
Continue walking Pao stopped still, it looked forward with his tail straight up "Woof!" Pao barked and then run away. Xiaogang followed him, worried for a spirit beast attacking us. My fears seemed unfounded after running no more than 5 minutes, Pao slowed down, the surrounding changed greatly, the trees disappeared, changed for some bushed that resembled the trees and bluegrass. In this place there wasn't any sound, it was quiet, without any beast or insect being listened, only light cracks of lightning from time to time.
Pao walked until a fence. It seemed a crystal fence, with a deep blue color. Stakes were forming it with some gaps in it, big enough for Pao to pass. Pao tried to cross the fence but even when it tried to pass a gap a seeming barrier was there that prevented him to continue.
Xiaogang approached at one of the stakes when his hand was near, the fence reacted surging lightning that cramped me. Xiaogang withdrew his hand quickly rubbing it with my other, it had made a little burning. Xiaogang didn't know why my somewhat he knew that even if this place was related to him it wasn't his place to stay. He took Pao away which had stopped scratching the barrier and returned from the same path that he had come.
After a little walking, he finally returned to the usual forest with trees. Suddenly something hit Xiagang's head "Auch!" Xiaogang said rubbing his head and looked up seeing Luomian with an angry face.
"This is why I hate kids, they can't follow a simple order. Walking around a dangerous place like this" Luomian signaled the place from what Xiaogan returned "If you continued a little more, you would have arrived at the sacred land, stepping there it means death. You're lucky that I found you before"
This caused Xiaogang to look strange, he had walked in that direction and without trying to pass the fence it didn't seem dangerous at all. Luomian then threw a blue reptile at the ground and gave a knife to Xiaogang "Kill it".
Xiaogang looked at the reptile, recognizing as a Lightning Salamander, it was completely immobile. As his spirit was a mutation of the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon, the clan already decided that the best shot will be following the absorption of a Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon. Without much information, Xiaogang recognized that it wasn't a bad idea.
Xiaogang looked at his uncle "How old it is?" asked.
"Kill it, it's not an old one if the ring is yellow absorb it" ordered Luomian.
Xiaogang, knowing that he couldn't obtain more information about his grumpy uncle took the knife while sighing, holding it with both hands and swung it down to the salamander's face, even with some resistance he could pierce it, killing it.
Once the salamander was killed, a yellow ring manifested hovering over its corpse. I took Pao and approached him to the ring. When Pao was in contact the ring started dispersing around Pao. Pao seemed to struggle not wanting to absorb the ring (Maybe this is not a correct ring for Pao) thought Xiaogang.
When Xiaogang tried to stop the absorption "Quickly, we don't have all the day!" shouted Luomian forcing Xiaogang to continue, Pao continue struggling a little more, after a minute it stopped and simple adsorbed the ring.
After an hour, the absorption finally finished. Pao stood there and shook his body, a yellow ring surrounding it. It underwent some changes, his golden color turned a little gray and his face became similar to that of a pig, it became uglier.
Xiaogang sensed something wrong with Pao, but he knew that the absorption was successful, he already sensed his body improving a little and his spirit power increasing, surely breakthrough the 11 rank. Pao had gained a spirit skill, but the truth was that it made me a little ashamed. It was a potent shock wave attack, the power wasn't the problem. The problem was that it was made by Pao farting.
"Finally you and your trash of spirit finish," said Luomian with contempt.
"Pao isn't trash!" Xiaogang shouted angrily.
"What spirit skill had you obtaining, surely it won't compare with the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon might" Luomian answered. At that Xiaogang looked to the ground ashamed "Kid, show it"
Xiaogang sighed in defeat, he concentrated in Pao and the yellow ring started shining "Break wind like striking thunder, rumble the heavens and split the earth Luo San Pao!" chanted Xiaogang, like food spirit or special spirits, Pao's skill required a chant from it master.
Pao jumped 1 meter and fall to the ground, farting. The fart created a powerful shock wave pushing everything around it. Xiaogang couldn't help to shook his head, not wanting this kind of attack.
"Hahaha. And you say this is not trash. You'll bring dishonor to the clan. It will be better for you to stop calling yourself as Yu" Luomian spatted and left walking in direction to the clan. Xiaogang quickly followed him returning to the clan.
Arriving at the clan, he was waited by his parents and brothers. He told what happened today causing a look of pity from his parents and teasing from his brother. Looking at his family reaction tears started falling from his eyes and he ran away to his room.
In his room, he took one paper and crossed out some words and started writing.

Xiagang laid on his bed with some tears in his eyes, Pao positioning in his usual place at his feet saying "Hoof!" more a sound with its nose rather than mouth. Xiaogang looked at the ceiling (Maybe I should focus on my other spirit. It would be impossible for a pen to make me so ashamed) thought before falling asleep.
