Backing away in fear the nobles are now glaring in bloodshot eyes as their gaze moved between the sight of their own dead comrade and the person responsible for it's death, while a smile plaster on his face

"You... . . You get back!!! I warn you" roared the leader of the group and the person who mocked Kaido

"Ehehehehahaha! Ehehehehahaha! What's this are you afraid? Where's all your haughtiness ran off to? Ehahahaha!" Laughed Kaido as he took another step forward

Being laughed upon by a person that has a lower status than himself, the noble snapped in rage as he shouted

"YOU DAMN PIECE OF COMMO-- heok!!!"

"Gaaaahhhh!!!"

Before he could finish his words spikes protruded out beneath them and struck their foot, implanting them to their places unable to move

As the crouched down in pain, one of the nobles tried to heal them but was immediately dealt with as spikes skewered him on all sides

"Hiiiihhh!!!" They shrieked

"Another one goes down the drain, looks like four nobles are left" pointed out Kaido

Upon hearing that the leader of the group shouted to one of the noble

"Silence him!!! Anything!!!" He roared

But unfortunately the noble retorted

"It's impossible!!! I didn't see him chant or utter another word!"

Upon hearing that the leader begun to broke down as cold sweat trickled down his face

"Impossible!!! A wordless spell?"

With each step Kaido takes, took a lot of toll on the survivors as the dread of death looms on them

Out of nowhere Melfina sprung up behind Kaido as she helped Elly off her feet and called out to him

"Kaido-sama! Let me"

But in return Kaido shrugged his head as he said

"No need! No need! It's good that I might release some steam once in a while... . . Don't you agree?" He shrugged

After that Kaido returned his gaze back at the shivering noble as he stared blankly at them with his red eyes

Without any hesitation by the least, spikes assualted the surviving nobles as they skewered them all over until they are left with holes all over they're body

Due to that blood pooled out across the floor that terrified Elly to the brink as she shifted her eyes between Kaido and the corpse

She couldn't muster any kind of words as she looked at Kaido in a different light, when the latter turned around and gazed at her, she couldn't help but shiver in terror as she imagined how he would dealt with her

Following that Alda sprung up not far from the as he covered his nose as the scent of dead Bodies littered the floor and blood pouring out from it

"Kaido! You didn't have too go that far, what will we say to the nobles back home?" He shouted in anger

In reply to that Kaido slapped him with reality

"So you want me to be timid and humble as they ravaged someone who is defenceless? We have our own reasons for killing... . . And those guys just chose the wrong choice of opposing me"

Hearing that Alda stood still as he couldn't refute any words from what the former said

"If anyone ask, just tell them that they were killed by some monster or something, if they found out eventually then I'll take all the blame since I'm already expecting something from them" replied Kaido while looking straight ahead and brushing past Alda without any remorse

Far from them a silhouette of a person stated wide eyed as it was shocked by the sudden development and shifted it's eyes between Kaido and the corpses

Following that Melfina explained to Mike and the others in Kaido's stead on what had transpired, this was further supported by Elly's own claim that mad the soldiers to detest the no less even more so except for Marquez Lucio

After that they immediately gathered in front of Kaido and thanked him with all their hearts, one of them in particular had thanked him so much by saving his wife from her demise and pledge that since he saved his loved ones, he'll do the same to the people that the former had cared about

As Alda was about to signal to move along, a woman who has a bright brown hair and in ragged clothes stood from the side as he called out to Kaido to catch his attention

"My apologies my name is Marrielle, the former princess of the kingdom that was destroyed by the Empire"
