Chapter 149: Beast Hero Alduin vs Ghoul Queen Hepta
[Mountainous Pathway]
A fight broke out in the next day right outside the Mountainous pathway as two sides engage in battle, due to high morale of the demon army during the previous display of strength, they decided to push further as to directly attacked the campsite of the Beastman army
Luckily due to the huge variety of Beastman inside the army, particularly the far sighted birdmen, they manage to discover the incoming huge army from afar and prepare to counter it
As soon as two armies met is others silhoutte, both charged against each other and started the war
Due to the knowledge of beastman race having strange weapon called flintlock, they have figured out it's range, power, and reloading speed according to the report of Hepta who fought face to face against such weapon
With that they putted huge aired ogre's and golems to the front that serve as a shield due to their high defense and followed by the cover fire coming from demon mages, sorcerer's, and necromancer's
As soon the demon army manage to reach certain distance by sacrificing a lot of meat shields, they broke into a run as the fastest ghoul, chimera, scourge, demon, hobgoblins, orcs, succubus, minotor's, demonic beast, kijin, and many more broke through the ranks of the beastman army and engage combat among it's forces
Unluckily Hepta didn't reserve herself and joined the battle as she led the lead into charging it's ranks and broke through deeper into their blockade
As Hepta rampages around and didn't let any Beastman touches her, the Wolf race Beast Hero was actually watching her from atop
Apparently the hero has taken a notice of her strength which made him desire her even more, since in the demon world custom that the girls in that race wanted strong offsprings, he decided to atleast infatuate the demon and make her his own
Not only would he be able to have his way with her when he succeeded in charming her, he would also be able to check on her and use her on battle cause of her prowess in fighting
As he thought of this the wolf Hero gets even more excited to show his strength to her that he plans to catch her attention
Walking through the army outpost and ignoring Xyrus reminder of reserving his strength, he pushed aside the soldier that was stationed at the tip of the cliff and replaced its place with himself
Due to his skill variety he can conjure Mana to form to any weapon he thinks as long as it enters the category of the weapon, throughout the first months he practiced on quick shift and changes of weapon during combat as it not only improves his Mana reserves but also enables him to have his own unique fighting way that would be advantageous during the war
After all in war adaptability is a must
With that as his sole quote to himself and also a reminder, he started conjuring in a high speed as the weapon he imagines become reality through his Mana conjuring
As the Mana finally formed his desired shape, it soon revealed the weapon that he thought and showed a elongated gun much longer than a flintlock and has much more complex not only in design but also on mechanism
With a trudge he quickly pulled out two standing point below it and the Hero quickly probed unto the ground and aimed below
With a high powered kar98k one shot sniper gun and Mana conjured fantasy x science bullet, he can create results far beyond what any scope that related with the gun in other non-fantasy world
As he breathes in, pulled the cartridge and aimed while scoping for it's target while swaying away his gray hair aside, soon he finally found its sole target that he is currently aiming
Soon Mana started converging at it's muzzle and it's density started amassing to a high degree that even surprised Xyrus who particularly knows how high density Mana could produce such Destructive results upon collision
With a pull of the trigger Alduin let out the raw power of combined forces of science with fantasy for the first time in a long while towards the Demon's king vassal Hepta
As for its target after he hacks away three soldiers in front of her and punched the burly panther race beastman causing it to propel away and crash through the edge of the rift, she soon felt the dread of death looming over her as Mana started focusing unto her as if she was being targeted
Due to her acute sensitivity with Mana, she in turn reflexively rolled to its side and witnessed as a ray of light engulfed the place where she once standing
Apparently the Ray of light was thin as a bullet that almost looks like a railgun when it passed through, since it missed it's target it resulted through hitting the ogre right below it and exploded while dragging along two Beastman soldier with it during the explosion
Looking at the source of the attack, Hepta finally saw the perpetrator was actually the Hero, since she wanted to fight the Hero personally she soon licked her lips and madly dashed forward ignoring the blockade made by its army troops
With her strength she can easily pass through their ranks without any backup and leave as she will, since she is a vassal she must have an adequate strength much more comparable to the olden times since she represents the demon king himself
Of course inspite of this the hero Alduin didn't let her go her way as he quickly conjured the bullet again, pulled the cartridge and aimed, he repeated this steps again in again as the demon king's vassal easily dodges it's trajectory
Wielding it's harbinger axe on her left arm Hepta easily kills the huge elephant race beastman and it's partner a panther race soldier on its side
With a swipe of her weapon that disregarded all types of defense and easily kills them with one strike coupled up with her strength, as she did this some centour's attacked at the front followed by lizard men and sirens that dare to travel on land and joined the war
However due to her fighting style she quickly hacks them away to pieces as she trudge on forward and kills the on the spot with her harbinger
As she got closer and closer the effectiveness of Alduin's sniper gun deminishes over time
Disregarding the distance already Alduin scrapped the sniper gun aside and conjured another weapon and formed a broad sword on his right while a handgun on his left
Due to his wolf strength he can easily wield this two heavy type of weapon with one hand completely ignoring the law of physics
With a jump he raises his broad sword and slammed it against Hepta who saw the attack from afar and quickly held her harbinger in a horizontal position to block the attack
With the force comparable to an medium scale spell, with just one collision, the whole earth beneath them crumbled and resulted to both of them plunging down further and nearer to where the army is fighting
"Greetings! I presume you are Hepta the Ghoul Queen also one of the four vassals of the demon king" said Alduin as he quickly activated his charm ability
"I see you know my identity, now tell me and correct me if I'm wrong... . . Your the hero of this continent right?" Asked Hepta as she pulled herself up showing fully her body size and figure
"Yes your right! I'm the hero! My name is Alduin from a wolf race, you can easily recognize the gray color of my hair since it is the trait of the wolf race" answered Alduin as he is slightly mesmerized by Hepta's figure
"Yes your right, since that's the case it makes my job way more easier... . . I don't have to find you anymore since you openly attacked me, now... . . Show me the power of the hero that made the strongest vassal among the four of us to admire such people of your related race" she stated
With a push Hepta charged forward and slashed down her harbinger which is quickly countered with the Alduin's broadsword
After that collision Hepta spins below average point and aimed straight at its guts to the right, however due to experience Alduin formed an Armguard on his wrist and moved it horizontally confronting the low attack of Hepta
With a collision it sent Alduin sliding away for a few steps but this opening only led Hepta to quickly spins her weapon and made a huge swing coupled up with it's spinning momentum resulting to a huge difference on power than before
With that attack Alduin was sent crashing through a rock as he stumbled over for a few miles
Not relenting Hepta immediately eliminated the distance as she closes in towards him, seeing this Alduin himself pulled his hand gun up and started shooting at a close range
Tilting her head aside to avoid the bullets trajectory, soon both figureheads started engaging in a close quarter combat as every strike they make cause shockwaves
"You show great strength Hepta! Why not join my side?" Proposed Alduin while fighting in close combat
"Hahaha! I like your offer but I prefer siding with my race than joining your filthy group" rebuked Hepta as she smashed the rock in front of her and sends it's brittles straight to Alduin
"Filthy? How can you say that?" Asked Alduin while dodging her primary attack
"Don't take me for a fool hero! I already know that since you talked to me, you constantly trying to charm me with your abilities, but sorry to break it to you that I'm not ordinary woman so your cheap tricks won't work on me" exclaimed hepta as she blocks Alduin's rapid firing of his handgun
"I see... . . So you notices my attempt, now this even made me want you even more!!!" He exclaimed while rolling to the side and countering with a hack and shoot
"Your sick in the head!" Commented Hepta while dodging his attack
"Hahaha! thanks! you are the reason for it!" Claimed Alduin as he charged forth
"So it's true that the Beastman hero is a horny womanizer that even entices and charms married woman" deducted Hepta as she sent out a surprise attack
"It seems my reputation is known far and wide... . . I'm grateful!" Said Alduin blocking Hepta's attack
"But I needed you to concede" he added
Very quickly Alduin raises his gun at a close proximity and gathers the Mana at it's tip and shot out it's attack
"Proximity shot!!!"
With that Hepta was completely engulfed by the attack dragging along the force of it and shotting through the ranks of the enemy leaving a huge trench in it's wake
At it's end Hepta could be seen filled with wounds all over her body and little injuries actually bleeds her out
Due to the attack she needed enough strength to destroy and only completing it when she touchdown unto the lower level of the mountain, back from where she started climbing

"Hah! That's one hell of an attack" she commented
"And your one hell of a woman!!! You actually manage to destroy that!" Praised Alduin as he arch up a smile
After a silence Alduin loudly asked her
"Now Hepta! The woman who made me f
Become fully interested in you... . . Wouldn't you join me instead? In return I'll give you a strong and healthy offspring! Strong enough that nothing in the world can stand against him" offered Alduin assuming that the demons still follows it's tradition
Surprised by its offer Hepta broke into laughter as she replied
"Hahaha! Your one interesting being! Sorry but I'm not like the other woman of our race... . . Instead of having strong offspring as my joy... . . I found fighting in a bloody Battlefield much more enticing than having a family and an offspring"
Surprised by her reply Alduin shrugged it aside as he shook his head
"Is that so? Then it's my loss... . . But my offer still stands in case you change your mind" he shouted
"Your quite a stubborn guy!" Replied Hepta
"Always am!" Stated Alduin as he raises his handgun again and started shooting
"Split shot!!!"
With a pull of the trigger the shot immediately split at the middle of its shooting out and formed numerous bullets that rained down far below causing countless deaths in both side of the army
Luckily Hepta spins her harbinger at a rate that is fast enough to block the attack and completely shielding itself
Seeing that she is surviving from the attack, even Alduin was surprised and elated by how tough this woman is, but apparently that didn't last long as Hepta deflected it's last bullet that was aiming at her and quickly positioned his harbinger axe horizontally
As she gathers Mana on her right arm Hepta releases a huge magical attack coupled it with the momentum of it's spinning that will completely dominate any playing field
"Destructive swing!!!"
With a swing Hepta completely cuts off the base of the mountain causing everything from below up to its top to crumble and exploded into pieces completely eliminating everything in its path including the Beastman army campsite stationed at the top
"Don't let up hero! We are just getting started"
