Chapter 364: Battlefield In Tokyo IV

Clenching his fist Kaido slammed it towards the ground to cause an upward propulsion, thus letting him go from the gravity even if only for a few seconds

Using this slight delay of falling he then directed all the rocks and debris around the surroundings towards Kentaro who was usually pinning him down using his ability to shift gravity

Seeing his own effort Kentaro somehow smirked as such work as he lifted hand and somehow created a field barrier by putting pm a distinct line for the certain gravity like reverse gravity

Due to that instead of being pulled in, all the debris that was sent to him was immediately repelled back towards Kaido, thus shocking the latter

Crossing his arm Kaido created a psychic barrier around himself as he blocked all the repelled projectiles that he sent, following that he suddenly uplifted a warehouse with a flick of his mind and slam it down towards Kentaro

Unfortunately due to his field barrier, no such damage was inflicted unto him, much less he was totally unscathed

"Is that all you can do? I heard that you've killed some of our esper companions and much more that both subject no. 100 and 101 had a hard time dealing with you!"

"Are all of those just baseless rumors? Come on! At least show me that your somehow trying"

Hearing that Kaido suddenly constricted into a wry smile as he really wanted to punch the guy on the face

"Basically i can also shift the very gravitational pull of this planet causing it to separate from its orbit! That's how strong i am, don't you get it? Infront of me you subject no. 099 are nothing to me"

As Kentaro suddenly bragged of such thing infront of him Aaron and Haruka on the other hand glanced at him coldly

"Kentaro or subject no. 110, don't get in our way Kaido's is my target... I won't let anyone just steal my target away from me, even if its you" said Aaron coldly

"Whats this i hear? Is this a cry from a sore loser who couldn't even defeat such a simple opponent? Don't make me laugh!!! You subject no. 100 together with 101 can be mostly be said as inferior, in fact im more stronger than you so you don't have the right to order me around!" Said Kentaro as he clearly overestimated himself

Due to this Aaron clenched his fist as he said

"Dont cross the line 110! Or else you will regret it!"

"Cross the line? I think your misunderstanding something Aaron! Me crossing the line isn't a meant of disobeying the organization but rather to show my superiority! In fact I've watched how you dealt with subject no. 099 early on and saw how you lot failed on protecting even the navy themselves... now that i saw your incompetence and your inability to even protect them, isn't it natural for me to show what I can do?"

"The organization never stop any competition between espers, remember that subject no. 100, no matter what ill always will prove that I'm better than all of you!!!"

Hearing that Aaron further got agitated by Kentaro's words as he prepared himself to beat him to death, but before he could do such a thing his eyes suddenly constricted into a dot as he saw Kaido moving teleported above Kentaro in a flash

Of course the person named Kentaro also didn't expect for such a thing to happen so the moment he sensed Kaido's presence he was then caught off guard by such an attack as the latter took ahold of his head and smashed it to the ground

Planting Kentaro's face unto the ground, Kaido then sent a huge torrent of air wave towards Aaron and Haruka thus blowing them away

As for the said person Kentaro's rage then burned up once again as he suddenly applied anti-gravity to himself which shot him off the ground

Due to that Kaido was then brought along with him, thus causing him to be in midair together with Kentaro

Pulling Kaido's shirt he then clenched his fist as he applied a 2000kg gravity weight on it and glared at him

"You bastard you dare to touch me? Ill kill you!!!"

"Ahahahaha! What do you know I feel the same thing! I'll totally kill you too don't worry" said Kaido as he applied a psychic barrier on his fist before sending out a punch towards Kentaro

At the same time Kentaro together with his 2000kg gravity weight wa strength sent out towards Kaido, thus colliding g with his punch

In just a few seconds a huge shockwave then reverbrated in the air as both of them crashed on two different direction

After crashing down both of them then glared at each other once more as they charged in between

Somewhere still inside the city, on the exact place where a building crashed down Melfina luckily survived that fall as she pulled out an iron rod out from her stomach

After all such rod and pierced her during her fall, thus wounding her deeply, due to that she pushed away some of the rubble blocking her way and pulled the rod out

Due to that blood splurted out from her wound as she gritted her teeth in pain, for the first time in awhile since she arrived in this world, she had been totally injured by such a scale of battle, even she herself couldn't help but admit that the weaponry of this world was really formidable

By this time the retreating team must have been near to their fully escape of the radius, with that in mind she then pulled out a part of her shirt and wrapped it all around her wound while tightly knitting it together in a knot

After enduring that painful process she then stood up and started darting forward to try and intercept the retreating group with a hope to catch up to them

But as she ran through the streets she suddenly heard a buzzing sound above her as a squad of F-15j fighter jets flew pass above her, naturally the latter also noticed her presence below

Through that the squad of F-15j fighter jets then made a huge turn on one part of the sky as they try to circle around Melfina once more

Noticing that Melfina gritted her teeth as she started coming up of a plan by looking at the towering buildings around her, after awhile of thought she then darted forward as she started to apply mana unto the sole of her feet

With that since mana work as the same as other energy life-force such as Ki, Aura, Chakra, or Reiatsu she would then be able to do things the same as the other

At that in mind she then stepped unto the wall and started running through it while concentrating on focusing on the man in the sole of her feet

Seeing that many of the F-15j fighter jets pilots then missed their gunfire as they were struck dumb by such feat

"Holy crap! Are you seeing this?"

But nevertheless the squad then turned around once more as they sent some missiles towards that certain building in which Melfina was running through it

Facing this she herself kept her pace without slowing down at all, after a if she evers slows down her concentration would falter at that moment, with that she then dodged, slid, and dash as she never lose her speed even once

Due to that the F-15j fighter jets attacks were then proved useless towards her as Melfina took the chance to cast a spell and created three clones of herself

While having all three of them advance first and jump in the air, she then jumped following them the moment she reached the top of the building

Following that two of her clones took her hand and threw her upward where her other clone was waiting, lastly as she reached out her hand her last clone then took her hand as she spin and threw Melfina even further up ahead, thus accelerating her ascendance to the height of the F-15j fighter jets were currently flying above the city

Taken by surprise the pilot of a certain F-15j fighter jet then saw Melfina got thrown upward as she landed on the window cockpit of his plane

At first he panicked as he couldn't believe that this certain girl was able to reach the jet at all in a perfect timing, with that he hastily pulled his ejection seat and blast off from his jet

But just before he could fly off Melfina saw all the process it took as she quickly brandished her sword and slashed the pilot to death before he flew off to safety

With the pilot gone the jet was then left with no one to maneuver, thus crashing was certain for such vehicle, realizing that melfina turned her head toward another jet nearby as she started to run while the manless jet was still airborne

Of course since they were in a squad of 5 members, a group of jet would naturally be close to each other which is enough for her long jump

Stepping unto its wing she then dashed forward as she aimed her next plane target

Upon seeing this the other pilots then started to break off from the formation as they knew the danger of letting such a person unto their jet

As for Melfina she kept running towards her next target despite the sound and wind barrier that she was in

In fact the engine of the jet is quite loud which hurts her ear at some point, but since such fighter jets proved to be a nuisance for her, she naturally then planned to atleast destroy them anyway

With a jump she then flew towards another jet who was breaking off from the formation by turning sideways, due tobthat Melfina then thrusted her dagger forward as she punctured the gas engine before letting go cause of its smell

As she lets go she then crashed toward a water tank of some certain building before landing on it hard cement, on the other hand the jet which she pierced its gas engine then fastly losses uts momentum as it crashed to a nearby building and ligthing it up in flames

Upon seeing this only the feeling of exhilaration could describe her current experience, after all she even dared enough to confront a jet fighter on its top speed by just using a predicting move

As she saw the explosion she then pulled herself up from the ground as she could feel the pain from her crash and move away

Om the other hand the retreating group was then intercepted by a unfamiliar group of esper from the organization

In fact it wasn't ordinary at all as they naturally threw a bow towards the car they were on, thus crashing them through it

Everyone screamed inside ethe vehicle as the backlash from that crash whipped throughout their body

For a moment the rebels then realized how much effort the organization put through with this just to eliminate them

With that in mind they then glared at the four espers who were slowly approaching them
