It's even stranger then before! Renegade Fenrir

Actively looking for the strange shop was harder than finding it randomly. It's like when you lose something at home and try to find it but come up blank. Half a day later you find it while looking for something completely unrelated to it. I've checked like 7 alleys with Kestrel trailing behind me and each wrong alley earns me a smile from her. Sweating inwardly I'm sure my day isn't gonna end on a good note.

On the 8th alley, I finally spot the store with the wolf armor in front of it. Like the first time, I was here the wolf armor is on the right side of the door. "This is the place." I pointed out to Kestrel. When she laid eyes on the place her face scrunched up. Walking towards it she observed the wolf armor for a few minutes, it looked like she wanted to touch it and break it apart. Yet, it seems she was hesitant to do so, after another few minutes. She just walked into the store leaving me alone with the creepy armor. Seeing nothing happened I take a wide path around the armor to the door. As soon as I was passing the door frame I suddenly feel as if someone was staring at me intently. Turning my head to the armor, although it hadn't moved an inch, I'm one-hundred percent sure that it is watching me. Sweating profusely I slowly walk into the shop. Although I can still feel its gaze, inside the store Kestrel was in front of the 100 gold pile showing interest in it. I mean if 30 silver can get you Fenrirs' Howl then what could 100 gold be?

Looking Around the store once again it was still the same as before, only missing Fenrirs' Howl. It seems this place doesn't get much business. When my eyes sweep past the empty shelf I notice another shelf inside it. Maybe because I was in a hurry to leave I didn't see it before when I pulled out the outfit. The price for it says four silver. Pulling out the book, I read its title, Path of a Fenrir. It seems you need the soul of a Fenrir to use this book. You can transform into a full-blown Fenrir and fight, you also get a new skill page when you transform. The more that you use this skill the faster you connect to the wolf soul. This book is a godly book! But it also feels like a trap.

Wanting to continue to look around and not just jump into it, I go to put the book back. As soon as the book touches the shelf, I feel a burning gaze on my back causing me to freeze up. I quite literally feel that someone is burning a hole in my back. Picking up the book the gaze fades, putting it down again the gaze returns bit it feels sharper this time. I try just letting the book go but this time the number of gazes I feel increases by one! Shocked I turn to where I feel the second gaze and to find that it's the one-hundred gold pile that Kestrel was still looking over. Something in that pile is giving me a heavy stare, I feel like I might die if I really drop the book, so I tighten my grip onto the book. Both the gaze gives me a once over before going away, the gaze from the pile stares at one spot below my belt for a little too long almost send me into tears.

Kestrel, on the other hand, can see anything of interest about the pile and decided to look around. It seems that a lot of the stuff in the gold area caught her attention. Since I'm being forced to buy this book I might as well look around to see if I spot anything else. Looking around I found one more book that makes my imagination spike. Big as a mountain, small as a house cat. Like the title say I can be as big as a mountain or very small. But the main point is that it increases bone and muscle density. If you can get as big as a mountain then shrink down to cat size, the density of your muscles will be absurd. Another godly book if I've seen any and it only cost 5 silver. When I pick up this book I get two weird gazes from the armor and the pile, after lingering for a bit they turn away. Ignoring them I head over to Kestrel and wait for her. She seems happy, looks like she found something that interested her. After picking out a few items, the most expensive of which was 20 gold, she walks over to the slot booth and pulls out a hand full of gold coins. Seeing the glittery coins I swallow a mouthful of saliva. I don't know why but I feel like taking those coins and clinking them together next to my ears. Watching her put them into the slot almost feels like a waste. After the last coin, she gets the bell sound. Once she was down I go about putting in my last 9 silver. After the last coin I was expecting a bell noise but nothing happened. Kestrel looks at me with a strange face.

"Did you pick up something you couldn't afford?" Before I could answer a bunch of coins suddenly started to fall from empty space in front of me into the slot. Shocked to find out that they were all gold coins, after the 30th coin a bell noise happened and 9 silver popped back out of the slot. Before I could even think I suddenly fell two threatening gazes, no murderous gazes would be more appropriate. I don't know why but the gaze from the pile seems to have a grudge against my lower half, if it could hide inside my body I might have become a woman at this instant. I think I heard a snort and the gazes fade away. Feeling like I just been let off from death row, I almost fall to my knees. Legs feeling like jelly I wobble out of the store, even if you kill me I won't come to this place willingly ever again. Kestrel seeing the way I walk, stops looking at the area where the gold magically appeared and starts giggling. Paying her no mind I just wobble faster, as soon as I passed the doorway, I get the shock of my life when I find the armor outside was inches away from my face. I almost fainted from shock and accidentally used combat mode and frenzy at the same time. As soon as the two were active, I bolted down the alley on all fours, leaving behind a shocked Kestrel. Before I left the alley I definitely heard a snort with my enchanted ears, it was loud and clear. Pushing out my chakra cloak my speed increase again and I turn into a green flash. Running off with my tail between my legs. I don't know-how but in the 5 minutes that the frenzy was active, I made it back to Kestrels' house and into my room before collapsing.

I've never felt so weak before, even my chakra is almost emptied out. Exhausted I fell asleep without canceling my combat mode.

I woke up to a strange feeling. It was a feeling that sent shivers down my spine. I want it to stop but somewhere in the corner of my mind, I want it to keep going. The sensation slowly moves back and forth on my head then slowly down my spine. When it reaches the base of my spine a shock hits me so strongly my back arched and I rolled over falling off the floor with a thump, hitting my head awakening me from the feeling. Looking around the room to find Kestrel looking at me with an amused expression.

Looking at her face, to her outstretched hand and then to the tail on my back that keeps wagging for some reason, I almost cry out sexual harassment. Tail wagging even faster when I recall the sensation I want to cry but no tears would come. So I did the next best thing and cancel the combat mode, forcing the feeling to go away. I almost feel reluctant but I tossed it to the corner of my mind, once again feeling that door in my mind trying to open. Kestrel was reading over the Introduction of the path of a Fenrir book I got. Something in it must have caught her attention because she has that smile on her face again.

"Get the basic mastery of the two skills from these books, then we can start your training." She said as she tosses me the books, leaving the room afterward. When she said training the smile on her face was so brilliant I almost felt like rather than going for training, she was going to pull out all the stops to make me train to my limits.

Taking the two books I start with the path of a Fenrir first, but I notice that I can only open the first 2 pages that talk about what I need to do to gain the skill. This book feels different from the other books I've read. There are only the Introduction and the way to connect my soul with the wolf soul in the equipment. I just have to spill blood onto the symbol on the back of the jacket. Taking off the jacket I see a golden leaf symbol on the jacket, confused as I'm sure it wasn't there before I head out to the kitchen and grab one of Kestrels knives. Returning to my room I sit on the bed and run my thumb along the blade's edge. Its sharper then I thought and easily cuts my thumb, I didn't even feel the cut. Pushing my thumb against the symbol I feel my blood drain from my body. I don't know how much blood I lost but after about 30 seconds of draining, I'm feeling a bit woozy. Seconds later then golden leaf turned into a reddish-gold color. I suddenly feel a lot more connected to the symbol, then a flash of light shoots from it to the book and then into my head.

Before I could even think a pain similar to when I was creating my chakra assaults my body this time I can literally feel all of my bone being crushed to fragments. All the muscles of my body are pulverized and turned into mush. A drop of golden blood comes out of Fenrirs' Howl and at least a liter of my own blood from my own body and floats above my head and begins to fuse together, the true essence and my chakra are also pulled into the mix and they begin to shrink in size. Leaving only a drop of blood that was a mixture of red, green and gold. It was smaller than the first drop of blood but this one has chains circling it.

By this time my mashed up body has already shrunk in size, and small bones begin to reform in the mess. The drop of blood shoots to the bone and seeps into them. After a short minute, the muscles and skin began to reattach to the bones and fur sprouts from the skin. A few moments later a small green wolf was left in the middle of the room. Suddenly two pairs of shackles begin to form around the limbs of the small wolf. Falling onto the bed with a 'clink' and everything falls silent.

After my body was wracked with the pain I felt my soul leave my body and the next thing I know I was in the world of plants and trees again. This time however everything felt different, it all looked much bigger in my eyes and the colors were more vibrant, the smells were fresher and I could hear the winds flowing through the field. Looking down I realize I can see a green snout followed by a green-colored paw. Trying to stand up on my two legs and I fell over onto my back with four paws facing the sky. Suddenly two pairs of shackles abruptly appeared on those paws, as soon as the appeared I felt a hatred so deep that I just had to let it out and vent it.

"AAWWOOOOOOO....!" A rage-filled howl tore through the peace of the field. It was filled with hatred of being oppressed. All of this went straight to the shackles, which crumbled for a moment then instantly repaired itself no longer affected by the howl. Exhaustion flooded my body and just before my conscience went dark I felt a slight gaze fall onto my body from the large tree before instantly disappearing.
