High Demons need demonic energy to make sure that they can survive in other realms and yes your family are demon royalty in comparison, however, due to having magic you have been able to withstand living here and with the stone essence, barely makes the cut. Moving to the part where you have the weakness of demons that only encompass the holy attribute as for the sealing and banishment stuff the caster would need ancient artifacts or your approval.

So you are saying that if my family and I drink blood then we will be able to truly become Vampiric demons?

No the reason being that the demonic part of your blood is siphoning energy from the vampire side of you so even if you manage to drink blood it will do nothing. To make a difference you need to find a steady source of demonic energy, and you can only find that in the demon realm.

Guys, I can feel the water giving way to something a few hundred meters from here. What should we do?

After hearing Lexi's concern I came too and was now thinking of ways to solve the new problem in front of me when Ivy spoke from the front of the ship.

Ivy: Tom increase the speed of the ship three times over, Lexi make the front of the ship covered with an ice-layer to cut the water more thoroughly and Dav go to the other end of the ship and start channeling to change the weather into a more foggy and misty appearance I will also start at here at the front. Now go hurry the other party is almost visible.

We all said yes as we proceed to accomplish our task. I created a tornado just behind the sail while I went to the very end of the boat towards the opposite direction of our destination and pushed the winds towards the water giving us less resistance.

When I first started, I did not see any change then all of a sudden we blasted from our original spot and zoomed through the sea. We did this for hours until we were spent and needed some rest. Before my eyes gave in I could swear I heard an angelic voice coming from the distance and after that, I blacked out.

Waking up who knows when I open my eyes to see Ivy with a hand over her head glowing a bright purple lighting up her hazel brown hair and just above her head I could see the moon in its full glory shinning away. Before I knew it Ivy did not stop her hand and let it swing down slapping me right on the cheek leaving behind a palm print.

Violated I got up and was about to start a brawl when just above the horizon I notice land. I turn around to interrogate Dav as he had fed me misinformation on how far it was going to take only to see him still sleeping. I curl my lips into a vicious smile as I slowly move towards Dav to only get blocked by Ivy.

Ivy: Not now we need to get there as fast as possible I think we have been sleeping for more than just a few days.

Dropping the evil-ish smirk I face Ivy with a confused look questioning the reason for her doubt. Only to find an irritated face, disturbed I regain my focus on the air around and channel it towards the opposite direction of where we were heading and just like before we sped through the sea little less fast than before but still fast enough when compared to the other boat we had happen to come across earlier.

Coming as close as I could without alerting the locals I stopped accelerating around a thousand meters away and turned to face Ivy who had woken up the twins to my dismay.

Ivy: Listen up, we have been asleep for who knows how long but what I know is that it was for a very long time because when I woke up it was two weeks ago and when I tried to wake you up I got nowhere no matter what I did until today, so you can tell the reason for my concern. However, even though we don't know what happens I think we should get to that castle as quickly as possible because from what I remember our parents saying they said that even immortals aren't safe in the Old World.

Well, where do you think we are Ivy from what I know we are to go to Verna which is at the coast of the Adriatic Sea. From the coldness in the air, I can tell you this isn't that.

After arguing for a couple of minutes the siblings docked their boat near a ridge to avoid attention and found cloaks near the harbor from stalls that were riddled across the streets. Being in a hurry they didn't seem to notice that the villages here were way bigger than what they were used too. After traveling for quite some time they started to notice signs around them to find that they had entered into a county of Brittany, a port town of Leon.

==Tomas POV==

It seems we must collect information on our whereabouts before we wander into hostile territory unknowingly. As I was saying this I take off my hood and to my shock what I saw was splendid. I mean this place was leagues ahead of what the town was back across the sea, there where stone houses with fire in and around them with thick red blocks covering the top of these grey and old houses. After noticing this change I turn around and take in the breathtaking view of torches of fire hung up across the path which was paved by a small stone.

While I was taking the view, so were my siblings and then I noticed that Dav was starring at one spot for way too long, curious I tilt my head to the right and see a building towering over all the houses and at the top was a huge bronze bell.

Taking a couple of minutes I ask myself why I am so shocked as I came from another world that has way more advanced tech, but I didn't seem to find an answer that satisfied, so I chalked it up to getting caught up in the moment. Anyway, after that I turned to the rest of the group and said.

I say we fan out and collect as much information as we can and then meet at that place the very top around high noon tomorrow?

To my surprise, Ivy actually agreed and, so I blended into the shadows same as my siblings and ventured into one of the cardinal direction (north).
