I woke up the next day to my phone going off on the night stand. I was thankful for the fog outside of my window or else I would be cringing from the sunlight. I reached for my phone and answered it without looking at who it was.

"Hello." I answered it with a very groggy voice.

"Tsk. Tsk. Tsk, Tae. I thought I taught you to get up before ten. It is now one in the after noon. Such a naughty girl." my father's voice drifted through the phone making the blood freeze in my veins.

I sat up straight as all sleep left me. "How did you get this number? How do you know where I am?" I asked as I check the time on my phone.

I climbed out of bed as he replied, "Does that really matter?"

"Yes it does." I replied as I yanked the door open and rushed down the stairs. "You aren't even supposed to be talking to me."

"Ah but you are my beautiful daughter." he replied. "You looked very pretty last night in that red dress. Too revealing for my taste. But pretty none the less."

I froze at the bottom of the stairs as his words washed over me. "How do you know what I was wearing last night?"

"Oh I seen it on the internet. You were the maid of honor for some rich girl. It took me no time to find where exactly you were. It's such a shame that there were very limited photos of you and none of your mother. I would have loved to see her."

"Leave us alone." I spat as Leo walked out of the french doors. He looked like he was about to say something when I held up my finger to signal to him that he shouldn't talk. He stood to my side and leaned in to listen to who was on the other line.

"You dare to speak to me like that!! I will teach you a lesson when I find you! I promise you that, you filthy whore!!" my father roared into the phone.

It took everything in me to not no collapse right there. I took a deep breath as I ignored his onslaught of threats. I gathered up all my strength as I said, "Go to hell you fucking piece of shit." I ended the call as I heard my father yelling some more.

I took a beep breath and blocked the number my father called me from.

"Are you ok?" he asked as he looked me over.
