"Ohh a last resort that's nice although not what I wanted, still very important" Liam says a little disappointed

'well then, that's not good well nothing I can do about it' Liam gets up and peeks through to see if the monsters are around, he sees none so he goes for a drink to quench his thirst and refill mana as well as wash his face.
'alright let's start to hunt' Liam quickly prepares himself and leaves through the far left where the racoon monster left too.
'If I can hunt it for its fur to use as a bed although I don't know how soft it is.' Liam confidently starts to sneak behind stalactites looking for any sort of monster to kill, except from wanting to kill the racoon the ground at that opening had an upward rise so it might lead to outside.
After 11 minutes~
'I smell something I think it's the racoon' Liam quickly takes out his knife and starts sneaking towards the smell.
4 minutes off very slow sneaking later~
'There it is, it's headed towards me probably to drink some water there' Liam hides behind a stalagmite and prepares a sneak attack for it.
But things don't always go how you wanted the racoon noticed him and jumped at him, Liam using the stalagmite as cover stepped back in surprise and fear missing his chance to attack, the racoon quickly slashes at Liam with its claws missing by a few centimetres.
Liam dashes in to stab the racoon he successfully stabs the racoon in its shoulders presumably, but the knife only barley went in drawing a single drop off blood. Liam got surprised by this the fear in him rising.
The racoon bites Liam's left arm crushing the bone, Liam barely holding in his scream only leaving a grunt, the racoon threw Liam to the left he was able to catch himself and get up leaning against the wall next to him and looking towards the racoon.
At this moment Liam notices two things, the first being the racoon's mocking like smile, the second is the fact that his escape root was cut off.
Desperation hitting his mind as the racoon rushes at him with immense speed. Liam barely dodges by rolling on the ground, getting up the racoon doesn't give him time as it pounces at him slashing his back heavily injuring him and leaving a deep wound on the side. Liam grunts turning around, as the racoon jumps on him pushing him to the floor Liam hits his head on the floor "Aghh!" Liam grunts as he starts to blackout.
The racoon closes his head in mockingly a towards Liam watching him blackout, at this moment Liam swings his knife straight towards the racoon's neck, The racoon ignores his desperate attack as it knows it won't do anything.
But! the knife out of nowhere starts glowing white and vibrating 'OVERCHARGE!!' Liam yells out in his mind steeling his will as the digs deep into the racoon's neck.
The racoon yelps out in pain stagering left and right losing its consciousness. It glares with endless madness at the one who stabbed it, the racoon thinking ME the one who rules these tunels was KILLED BY THIS SHINY MONKEY. UNACCEPTABLE.
The racoon stagers towards Liam raising its paw to kill him but it fails and falls over, breathing out its last breath filled with regret the bone knife in its neck turning to dust.
Liam almost losing his consciousness looks at the screen in front of him.

'I... I am alive!' Liam happily exclaims in his head' I am never being so stupidly confident again.
Right next to Liam the corpse of the racoon is laying down. 'Its still fresh so not much time has passed but my poor knife ;-;' Liam inspects his body next.
'Although it's quite dirty and bloody there aren't any wounds does evolving heal me? And... my arm isn't broken. Also those... abs? Well, not really but it's getting there.' Liam quickly cheks his stats.

Regenerator ??*- a special path gained by fighting an enemy that has 5x levels, surviving and killing the enemy. Allows your body to heal any injury and has high resistance against poison and diseases as well as furthering you'r life span, in the future it will make you almost unkillable.
^Allright I should it now but that's really op.' Liam starts to eat luckily nothing comes along. Although some monsters noticed Liam they didn't dare attack as they saw tbe racoons body and none of them were particularly starving so they went away.
30 minutes latter~

20 minutes later he once again resumes to eating the corpse while he waits at the pond the monsters haven't come yet so he was safe for now.
after 40 minutes he finished the rest

'ugh' Again Liam almost throws up but he was able to hold it in as he hides the bones in his home and uses the skin too sleep on.
