Waking up by herself, Venusa Shen smiled with satisfaction when she inspected the bite marks all over her body. Thoroughly and vigorously, Damian Shen ate her without mercy.

Today, they would head up to the Emperor Mountain with all the Shen's soldiers and personal guards. In time, they would save Leah Shen and kill the evil Emperor.

Still naked, Venusa was looking at herself at the dresser mirror..., However, the woman looking back at her was like a stranger to her. Her eyes were sparkling with happiness and merrily she smiled like a kitten. Without any makeup, her cheeks were blushing like a plum flower blossoming in spring.

Her tousled sexy hair had grown below her shoulders and Damian had made her promise to keep it long.

He had made three horse carts, in order to carry more ammunition and to stock food for a month.

Willis Shenbi had recovered really well, however, the gentle giant was still sad for losing his best friend, Dane Shenbi.

But, he was really happy when Damian Shen giving him the last name 'Shenbi' which means that from now on, his family would be under the protection of Shen's clan.

After swallowing a mouthful of rice, he remarked," We need to hurry and continue our practice!!"

Maya was looking lovingly at the little boy sat next to him, who replicated his dad like a mirror image. Without any spill, he was eating by himself using a chopstick. Only, a week ago, he was walking toward her, now, he already running around practicing martial arts.

"Husband, can I go to Emperor city to check on Venn?!!"

"No!! I trust Alex will help her more!!"

"I just kind of worry..., I have a bad dream last night..."

David Lee was glancing at her worried look and to calm her down, he said softly," Don't worry! Let's visit when Dave turned one year old!!"

He won't let his wife leave him by himself, wherever she would go...., he would go.

- The training ground inside the palace -

Leah Shen was watching the little boy practicing martial arts with all the other new soldiers. She felt unexplainable familiarity toward him and subconsciously, she was standing right in front of him and said nonchalantly," I wanted to learn martial arts from you! Meet me at the pavilion yard after your lesson!!"

After 2 weeks of watching her around, she finally approaching him.., right at the moment that he needed to contact her for his plan to succeed.

Leah Shen was upset at her mother for neglecting her, the two personal guards had followed her around like a shadow. Her mother had forgotten about her or her daddy..., she had introduced her to a new daddy..., the man was the same man that had killed commander Luo. She was never intended for him to die..., even though he was trying to prevent her from leaving with her mother..., he didn't deserve to die. She was on a trance after his death, after careful investigation, she knew that her loveless grandfather wanted her here as a hostage. While her mother who always told her how much she loved her dad and her, had completely betrayed her dad's trust and within two days arriving at the palace, she married a man she just met. No wonder, her dad didn't love her back. Her mother's love was faked...

After she married the other man, the cold mom had ignored her like she did not exist..., faithfully, she wanted to go back to his daddy and leave her evil mother.

"I am here..., let's train!"

The familiar voice tone had stunned her with realization and she mumbled, "Alex Lee?!!"

"Ssstttt, keep it to yourself!", whispered Alex Lee when he saw her recognition through her innocent eyes.

For a long while, he trained her in silence. Alex Lee was using a simple technic that he just learn today to teach her.., so no one would suspect that his martial arts were higher than any of the men in the premise. After they were done, Alex Lee sat next to her, pretending to clean his shoes and whispered, " I'll see you later!!"

Without any word, he left Leah Lee that had watched him in a different light.

She had found out from her mother outrage burst of anger, that he was her half-brother, hence she no longer disliked him, her mother was the shameless woman, while from the beginning, his mother..., Venusa Shen..., had always been the rightful wife.

She was not a simpleton, she could understand the situation very clearly after she saw through her mother mask. It seemed that her mother had a dual personality, and that nice personality was gone like it never existed. It was just a facade to obtain her father's affection, but none was given to her, so when her love had turned into hate, the nice mother was gone.

She had forgiven her mother when she left her one-year-old self...and when her mother came back, she thought that this time her mother would love her forever, but she found out that her mother was too selfish to love anyone else besides herself.

She didn't need this kind of mother, with determination, she pledged inwardly, " From now on, my mother, Marilyn Shen..., was no longer exists..., only her loving dad, brother and maybe...., Venusa Shen would be willing to be her new mother..., after all, she always treats her very well".

She imagined her newly added family playing happily at the Shen's backyard and her smile blossomed with a reassurance that in the near future, she would be happier with her new loving family.
