『Order, Disillusion, Dreams』

Dooku, a man with white hair and a short groomed beard, maneuvered expertly through the many corridors of the Jedi Temple on Coruscant. For years he had been disillusioned with the Jedi Order as it not only became politically involved with the Republic, but it also neglected its ideals, thus becoming corrupt.

For the time being, his mind was only on one thing, his former Apprentice Iridon Rhade had a son, and it had become evident that he had trained this son in the force!

For the first time in a long time, he was excited. Something not many saw on the skeptical Jedi Master's face. He passed by many other members of the Order along the way, including new inductees.

His eyes drifted over a young orange skinned Togruta which waddled on past him, walking along side Jedi Master Plo Koon. He then let his eyes snap forward as he was closing in on the hangar.

According to his former Master, Yoda, the boy would be arriving within the hour along with Qui Gon Jin's Padawan and a Handmaiden of the Queen's. Though he found it curious, why would a handmaiden of the Queen be accompanying the boy?

Could it actually be the Queen of Naboo herself? A small smile formed over his lips, thinking it to be a sly move on their part. Send in a fake Queen after an assassination attempt by a being that to him could only possibly be a minion of the Sith.

He himself had a former Padawan who had turned to the dark side and became a Dark Jedi. Compared to a Sith, a Dark Jedi was merely a being without a creed or religion.

However one thing troubled him, the boy could use powers that were considered little known, similar to Yaddle and the Dark Woman An'ya Kuro. These powers were familiar to him though, his student had been cast out for trying to prove a thesis. That the dark side of the force could be used without emotions, without personal or extra-personal corruption. He had become a member of the Potentium Sect by the time he became a Jedi Knight, a group of force users who wished to push the force to its absolute limits...

They had long since been expelled from the Jedi Order over seventy years ago. When his membership and practices were discovered, along with his romantic affairs, he was forced to leave the Jedi Order.

So when he thought on those powers, he shared the same thought as his friend Qui Gon Jin, this boy's father likely implanted these techniques into the boy whilst training him. He was sure his former apprentice would've done such a thing, but he was curious, where was he now?

"Iridon... What have you done to your boy... I wonder." Dooku walked through the sliding doors of the Jedi Temple's Hangar Bay. His dark eyes looked to the sky as he made his way to the center of the facilities.

He could hear a sound of a ship, but he saw nothing. Ambient in the force, he could feel one person, no, two people. Padawan Obiwan Kenobi and... A girl? Where was the boy?

Dooku narrowed his eyes as to where the ship could be, coming right for the hangar. Was the boy hiding himself in the force? If that was so, it was almost masterful, just like his former apprentice.

That's when he felt something, the moment the ship had entered the hangar and hovered over into an open spot. He still couldn't see the ship, but he could sense Obiwan.

In his earth colored robes, his saber at his side, the Jedi Master watched as the cloaked ship became visible the moment it had touched down. His eyes traced over the sleek hull of the Star Courier. It's design was intimidating in the form of armaments and visible capabilities.

As he heard the back of the ship's hull open and a ramp come out, he raised a brow. No longer hiding his presence the instant that door was open, Dooku could sense Ento apart from the ship.

The old man felt immediately drawn towards the young teen. Watching as he and the two other individuals came walking around the courier. "He feels much stronger than his father..." He uttered under his breath, he could see the force swirling around the boy. There was no chaos.

Feeling for his emotions, Dooku only felt tempered steel. Ento was in complete control of his emotions, this was something that he had never sensed in even a Padawan before.

"Boy!" The Jedi Master called out as he strode towards the trio.

Obiwan turned his head hearing the Jedi Master's voice and blinked, looking towards Dooku. "Master Dooku... What can we do for you?"

Dooku glanced the Padawan over once for a moment before flickering his eyes to Ento. "I would like to speak with this youngling here, if time would permit." He wasn't asking for permission, his tone was that of a demand.

Obiwan bowed his head towards his respected senior, "Of course Master." The Jedi Padawan would step through the door to exit the hangar, "I'll go ahead then and report to the council."

With the Jedi Padawan gone, this left Padmé and Ento along with the Jedi Master.

"Dooku... I've heard that you were one of the people who trained my father," Ento narrowed his eyes on the taller man. He looked to have seen many years in the Jedi Order. Powerful he could sense this Master was.

Padmé kept her eyes locked on the two of them, choosing to stay close to the one she perceived as a friend and savior. Though she was also aware that the Jedi Temple was not a place open to the public, and so, believed it be best to stay near him as not to be thought to be a trespasser.

"That is correct," Dooku didn't feel the need to kneel to the boy's height, he already had admiration for the boy's rumored skill, but more so with the power he could sense in him.

As the boy was now, trained yet untamed, he saw he needed improvement in a glance of how he stood laxly in front of him. While he couldn't say the boy was reckless or at risk of falling to the Dark Side, he wasn't paced, so he was at more of a risk of burning himself out.

"I can tell he looked up to you," Ento drew the hilt of his lightsaber from his sleeve, revealing it once it was in his hand. "His focusing crystal resonates... In a way."

After seeing the weapon, Dooku showed a subtle smile that hardly contorted his face.

Through the force he could see the boy's future, his own future and the possible future of the galaxy. As the Jedi decline from the rise of the Sith and destruction plagued by war rained onto planets across the cosmos, this boy brought Justice and Order. He stood on top with the force at his back.

"You... Are going to try joining the Jedi Order?" Dooku sounded inquisitive, a hand rustling his beard. He wanted to know the boy's intentions before knowing to pursue any further.

He was sure this boy would soon realize the Jedi Order is not what it was made out to be, what it was supposed to be.

Ento could sense the man's discontent with the Order, that he was disillusioned with it. The young teen felt that it was strange for a Master to be so. Now he began to wonder how many there were just like him...

Pursing his lips, "Yes. Should it be the right fit," he told the man something different than what he had told the girl standing beside him. For the time being, he wasn't going to tell everyone that he had intentions to eventually leave the Order after joining in the first place.

Ento was unaware that his father had been kicked from the Order, and Yoda neglected to speak of such acts. It was likely he was invited to meet with the council in order to be evaluated, as a threat, a potential Jedi, or just another force user.

Dooku nodded slowly, "I would like to attend this... Meeting with the Jedi High Council." He knew he was trusted, especially by his former Master. Part of him believed that was the reason Yoda had told him of the boy.

Nodding, the boy's lips grinned to one side.

Their traditions, their religion, he wasn't really interested in them. Ento was more interested in their techniques and relics, their preconceived duties of a dreamer from Tatooine, Warriors who protected the oppressed. Jedi were looked up to by the denizens of the Galaxy at large. Known for their 'indifference' and objectivity, it was something to have on one's resume.

If the Jedi did not help Naboo, if the Senate did not help Naboo, there would be some serious rethinking on his part. Though for some reason inside of him, he figured that neither would want to help. The Senate practically had control of the Jedi Order and the Chancellor had no say with his backers being so few.

Padmé reached out, lightly taking Ento's arm. "Would you be able to lead us to the Council Chambers?" She spoke up, though she knew it would be some time before the others arrived planetside.
