『He who Lives』

Once on his feet, Ento lightly pat the top of Vaylin's head, causing her to lightly push him away.

"Stop petting my head!" Vaylin laughed as she put her hands on her head, "It feels weird."

Dooku who could sense that Vaylin was actually enjoying the touch, just shook his head at the young teenager. He couldn't help but smile when no one else was looking at his face.

Smirking at her as she had said this, he shrugged, before giving everyone else a once over. "Help me get that heap inside the ship and into the infirmary," Ento gestured towards the deceased Sith Lord at his feet, "I'd like to test my new 'techniques' on it." He was going to bring someone back to life for the first time, using the power and techniques he had just stolen from the Muun.

Revan frowned as his hands fell to his sides, he wasn't amused by the idea of bringing back a Sith Lord, let alone one that could very well be considered the current Dark Lord of the Sith. "Didn't you just kill him for a reason?"

"Yes, I did. In order to see if I could actually use his knowledge to my advantage..." His head cocked to the side looking over the former Sith Lord, then his eyes darted over to Dooku.

His Master slowly nodded his head lightly and raised a hand, Plagueis's body telekinetically lifted from the Naboo Palace grounds through the use of the force. Levitating the corpse, Dooku then maneuvered the dead up the boarding ramp, following close behind.

Vaylin lulled her head back slowly, looking towards the starry sky above. A small smile formed over her lips as she saw what might have been a ship jumping into hyperspace, or a falling star. She then dropped her head back down and began walking after Jedi Master Dooku.

Revan sighed, watching as Ento made his way back onto the starship, before reluctantly following.

It didn't take long for them all to convene in the Infirmary.

The Muun's body was sprawled out on the medical bed, facing up. The lights were brightened, allowing Ento to see without using the force all that often for better sight.

"So... What did you find out about returning the dead to life?" Dooku asked curiously.

"Plagueis used the technique known as Midichlorian manipulation," Looking over the dead body that was laying before him, he was starting to notice something different about this particular Sith Lord. As he went to use the ability to manipulate the microorganisms that acted as relays to the force itself, he felt something different inside of him.

"This is unnatural..."

"What do you mean?" Revan raised a brow looking the boy over with skepticism.

"These aren't normal Midichlorians... It's as if his connection to the force was being corroded," It was explained why the Muun hadn't foresaw his danger at this point in time. He was curious, what exactly were these?

He could feel the darkness in the corpse, as if something else was living within him and slowly dispersing, dying. "His Midichlorians have been changed into something else... Manipulated by the darkside, intentionally." Taking in a deep breath, Ento narrowed his mind and his focus, this thoughts moving to one particular task.

A burst of incorporeal force energy emitted from Ento, causing the lights to increase in their brightness for a brief instance. A scream of fear and anger could be heard by all four of them, one of an alien, but clearly not the Muun. He continued to repetitively release such a burst, until a spirit of a Bith Sith Lord appeared briefly before evaporating into oblivion as it screamed in agony.

"That cause has been removed, didn't see that coming..." Revan exclaimed as he stared at the vacant area of the room that the Sith spirit had been destroyed in.

The former Sith Lord and Jedi Master was knowledgeable of possession through the force, as well as the inhabiting of other people's bodies. It had been done by Sith over and over again in his time and centuries both before hand and well afterward. However, he never heard of a Sith inhabiting alchemically modified midichlorians.

Vaylin leaned over the bed before looking over towards Ento, "You fried his brain, right?"

"I can fix him," His gaze narrowed on the Muun for a moment before he closed his eyes. This time he narrowed his mind once again, followed by his focus and thoughts.

Revan watched as the boy's presence became little to nothing, microscopic, to the point that he himself couldn't even sense him without getting closer. However there was one thing he noticed rather quickly, the boy, he was fixing the damage to the Muun's body.

Using the force, he removed the Transpirator from the Muun Sith Lord's mouth, revealing a lack of a jaw and a trachea. However soon they were unable to feel the dark presence of Hego Damask's corpse as Ento was using Art of the Small in order to edit his molecular structure, and Force Alchemy to morph it further into what he needed.

A transparent lower jaw and trachea began to form, taking bits of material from other molecules throughout the Muun's body.

The Maxichlorians, the creation belonging to the Sith Master who trained Darth Plagueis the Wise, were quickly done away with during this process. They were subsequently replaced by the naturally occurring Midichlorians.

Several hours would have gone by, and everyone remained in the room, watching Ento as he diligently went on to repair the Sith's body. It was strange seeing him so sucked into what he was doing. Even Revan didn't understand why the boy was trying so hard to make this work.

Ento had touched Hego Damask's memories, he remembered the last words of the man's father. He knew of his childhood, his siblings, the cutthroat world that was of the Damask Holdings.

He became 'strong' in order to survive.

As the exterior was repaired, he had given him some remodeling, superficially changing his species on the molecular level due to the amount of structural loss from his previous actions of reallocating molecular material.

Plagueis was no longer a Muun, but now resembled something that looked like a Pureblood Sith with alabaster skin and chin tendrils.

He then moved onto the brain. It wasn't active, but it was severely damaged. He continued to heal it, in the sense that he was trying to revert, back to what it once was. It didn't take him as long, it was almost an automatic process as it was all neural tissue.

It was almost unnatural as his body was already dead, and yet it still grew.

As he completed this task, he moved onto the next.

Using the technique he learned from the Muun, by stripping it from his brain forcefully,

Seeing what Ento had done to the Sith Lord, Revan narrowed his eyes on the boy. "You're changing identity so that he is no longer a known face... Though I would've preferred you didn't make it look similar to a Pure Sith."

Dooku stared down at the newly sculpted appearance, "That's what a Sith look like? They are intimidating by design it seems..."

Ento didn't respond, just continued working as he began the reanimation, duplicating the knowledge he had taken from the Muun and returning bits and pieces of it. He wasn't going to have Plagueis be another blank slate, it'd be annoying..

That's when the renewed being's eyes shot open, his mouth gasping for air. Heaving heavily, he brought his hands up in front of himself, noting the change in pigment. Then as his gaze took in his surroundings, Plagueis sat up, looking from person to person.

"What is..." He narrowed his eyes on the mirror behind Ento, his body had completely changed. The man no longer had yellow irises, but instead had violet. Plagueis dropped his gaze down onto the boy before him.

Ento was about half focused by the time this was done, his eyes lazily looking up at the Sith Lord. "Like your new face...?" He asked rhetorically, clearing his voice.

Plagueis's eyes searched the boy, before narrowing on the lightsabers at his belt, it seemed the boy had added his own lightsaber to his collection. "What is the point of doing this...? Compassion is a weakness for the Jedi, passion is a strength for the Sith, but you... What are you?"

Revan's gaze now remained on the Sith Lord, his lightsaber in hand and at the ready.

"I'll answer that, with a question of my own." Ento tilted his head up at the man, keeping himself steady and balanced as he stood there. "You've been given the option of a fresh start. You have your memories, your knowledge, but not a name. You're not longer Hego Damask the Second, Plagueis the Wise. What will you do?"

Plagueis reached out with the force, the boy's very presence hadn't changed at all. The Darkside perverted and changed its user of the force, yet the boy remained uncorrupted by its influence.

The plans he had created with his Master, and then his apprentice, the former Muun found them in ruins as he was outed as a Sith. As the boy's words repeated in his mind, he closed his eyes as he recalled his own words he had shared with his apprentice.

'You must begin by gaining power over yourself; then another; then a group, an order, a world, a species, a group of species… finally, the galaxy itself.'

There were three things that Plagueis pathologically feared most, Losing his power and his own untimely death, which was why he wanted to obtain immortality. Yet now as he stared at the boy, he was two of the things he loved the most. Arcane and Otherworldly, he was an abomination, the purest form of the force in the shape of a human being.

"That staring of yours is getting really creepy," Ento flexed his gaze at the alien.

Vaylin walked up beside Ento, tilting her head towards the man curiously. "I think he's admiring you like some sort of precious gem or something..."

The Wise Sith Lord could see visions once more, near-identical to the ones that Dooku had come across when he had first met Ento. He closed his eyes partially before sliding off of the bed and brushing passed the two teens until he stood in front of the mirror. He touched the tendrils along his chin and jawline, admiring his lower jaw and trachea. "I want to continue studying the very nature of the force, and accumulate enough power to become immortal in the force."

Revan raised a brow at this, "The Sith Lords and many talented Jedi of old could retain their spiritual forms after death." It was clear that in this era, that wasn't quite the case.

Plagueis turned to look at Revan, his lips parting slightly, before noticing how much shorter he had gotten compared to the two Jedi Masters. "..." Used to towering over humans, he'd have to get used to being a tad below the human average height of 1.7 meters.

"Now that we know this works," Revan turned his gaze towards the boy, "It's your turn to bring forth my old friend..."

Ento nodded as he spoke.

Dooku raised a brow at Ento's immediate acknowledgement of Revan's words. He was surprised the boy didn't ask or demand a breather after what he had done.

Vaylin, looking over her friend, frowned and shook her head. "He's too tired, he won't be ab--"

"He only needs to bring her back and resurrect her, I'm not asking him to give her a makeover." Revan palmed his hand onto the area of his mask over his mouth. "But I understand..." The former Sith Lord bitterly looked over the alien, then towards Ento once more. "We'll do it in a few hours... Get some rest, boy."

Plagueis turned and looked to the two teens, but was cut off as he went to speak.

"You can stay in the Crew Quarters, there may be some clothes in there that can fit you." Vaylin immediately snapped as she caught his gaze. She then proceeded with hooking her arm around Ento's before dragging him haphazardly out of the infirmary, toward the Captain's quarters of the Phantom.
