『Unto the Ebon Hawk』

Ento had sensed nothing behind him, even as he turned to see what made her so hesitant, he saw nothing. Pursing his lips, he quickly hurried after the two Jedi Masters of Legend.

Rhand of course was just an illusion and when the Jedi Exile had turned away, it had vanished.

Stepping over the root sewn grounds of the forests, the planet of Dromund Kaas seemed to enjoy to play with the eyes of the Jedi. The things they never wanted to see, to feel, it was bound to happen right in front of them.

However after a thirty minute run through the forest, the three of them finally arrived before a ship that had been sitting on this world for over three thousand years. From all the rain, the wear and tear was excessive. The landing gear on one side had long since broken, and the starboard side of the craft was sinking into the ground itself. All while the portside had been broken open, revealing the dormitory that had been made home to creatures.

"This is hardly salvageable..." Uttered Ento, continuing to follow the two over to the exposed interior of the vessel. Peering inside, it had been clearly abandoned by what had once lived within it.

The center of the ship was well more preserved, as they could see some of the lights flickering inside. Which was strange considering it was about three thousand years old.

The three used the force to leap on inside and being their stroll through the interior. Patchwork was used inside, they could see that much. It appeared the portside had been once covered by a half decayed tarp which was now sitting over what used to be the holoprojector of the main hold.

Ento's gaze drifted about inside the ship. It was rather luminous enough so he had no hard time seeing about without the force. "This place is so... Wicked..." He was now understanding why they called what he perceived as the corrupted as the Dark Side. It was cold, dark and unfeeling. It was like nothing he had sensed from Palpatine and Darth Maul. Plagueis had more of a human aspect than this world would ever have, as it was tainted in pure evil. He could hardly call this the passion the Sith claim the Darkside allows.

As they closed in on the cockpit, passing the communications room along the main corridor, it seemed all the doors have been removed. Someone had definitely stayed here at one point, a conclusion all three of them had drawn.

As they were a few feet away from entering the cockpit itself, Revan turned to a panel within the lopsided hallway. Reaching over, he tapped the console and it came to life, series of code started running down the screen before all the other ship systems came online.

Revan was rather surprised to see the ship was still operational, this meant whoever had been sleeping and living here, had been repairing it. His eyes drifted to the Jedi Exile and the two nodded to one another.

Meetra went to the cockpit and went to retrieve the black box containing the ship's sensor recordings for the past three millenia. It would be interesting to see who or what had been staying here.

Revan on the other hand started forwarding files from the mainframe over to the communications room.

Ento remained between the two, feeling a bit awkward as the two of them worked on the same wavelength. Despite the danger it would've been for her, he was somewhat wishing he brought Vaylin along for the ride. However, just as he was thinking that and looked down the corridor, there she was... Standing there with this strange look on her face, her eyes had gone black.

It wasn't Vaylin, he could sense her still back at the Phantom.

"Who are you...?" Ento uttered under his breath, calling two of his lightsabers to his hands.

The duplicate stepped forward eerily, a grin forming across its lips, black ooze dripping from its mouth. Whatever it was, this thing was not Vaylin, no matter what it wanted him to think.

"What are you..." Ento was not afraid, but he was extremely confused, though not stunned.

Whatever it was, this being kept walking towards him, but he couldn't feel anything from it. Was this thing another illusion or was it a creature immune to being sensed by the force?

Could this be a Sithspawn? His father had spoken of these things before, encountered remains of them even. He rolled his jaw and used the force to propel a lightsaber directly at the target.

The weapon passed right through it, and as he pulled it back, he activated the weapon, sending it into a spiral. Once more it passed through the non-corporeal form, causing it to vanish.

Creasing a brow as he caught the weapon in his hand, he glanced up and down the small corridor before peering over in front of him again.

Revan peered out into the hall, staring through his Mandalorian visor toward Ento for a few seconds before turning his head and looking down the hall. "What just happened?"

"Nothing," Ento huffed nervously as he walked towards the mainhold of the lopsided vessel, passed the Jedi Master. Once he entered the common area of the ship, he crossed his arms as he holstered his weapons.

Revan remained in the door way for a short period of time, before going back into the communications room and finishing his work. Sending a transmission to the Phantom for the T3-series unit which was attached to the mainframe of the ship.

Once he was done, he met with Meetra who had removed the black box from the ship's primary systems. The computer screens were now all black with white text, empty of programming.

With the things they came for in hand, the two wandered down the corridor and joined Ento in the main hold. They both looked around, the eerie feeling of being watched came over all three of them simultaneously.

"There is someone on this planet... Or an entire group. We should leave," Revan doubted there as any pure blooded sith on the planet. This meant that they would surely be a group of demented dark sider, twisted by the planet's nexus.

Meetra nodded to her friend and informal Master during the old times. "Understood."

"Roger, roger," Ento snickered as the three of them made their way towards the exit within the destroyed portside of the ship. Using the force to leap clear of the vessel, the three knowing the way back, used the force to enhance their speed.

Thirty minutes it had taken to reach the Ebon Hawk, but when they did this, it now only took a few minutes to reach the Phantom. Though as they arrived, there were people in the mist, the fog that surrounded them in the forest.

They wore dark cloaks, that showed the pattern of the stars above, they seemed almost like dark mystical sages. All three of the zealot lightsabers pulled from his sides and began rotate in the air, igniting with their yellow hues.

Ento then drew his blue bladed lightsaber which emitted frost from the base of its emitter.

Revan drew his own purple saber, while the Exile drew her own as well.

"Leave..." This one word drifted on the wind, warning them harshly with a hiss.

It was time to go, it was no time to fight. These darksiders, they may been here for centuries or perhaps even several millennia. If they were left here alone, they will continue to stay here.

The three of them deactivated their weapon and rushed inside. Though Ento was sure they could wipe them out, it didn't seem as if the Masters were all that patient to do so.

Almost immediately after they boarded through the main boarding ramp, the ship began to lift into a hover. Once it was above the treeline, the ship rocketed into the sky.

Ento quickly rushed over to the door of the Captain's Quarters, finding it locked, he used the force to unlock it. The door wooshed open and he stepped inside, finding Vaylin laying on the bed curled into a ball. A small smile formed over his lips, he could sense her there.

Revan made his way over the door frame and peered in behind him, looking over the two, before stalking to the bridge of the vessel. Soon enough the ship was breaching its way out of the atmosphere and into the vacuum of space.

"T3-M4," he gestured towards the black and gold droid. "It is a pleasure to see you again old friend, like the new body?"

The droid whistled happily, the previous droid having been overwritten by the files Revan had sent over to the Phantom from the Ebon Hawk.

Meetra wandered in behind him and smiled, having heard the name that her friend addressed. The very droid that had distracted the Sith Emperor with flamethrower, giving her enough time to throw her saber at the Sith's weapon to spare Revan from death.

"I do believe our next stop should be in the D'Astan Sector as previously planned. The Count should be awaiting our return by the time we arrive." Revan spoke of Jedi Master Dooku who had gone to his homeworld with the Scimitar in order to claim the title of Count.

"Indeed," Ento said as he entered the cockpit, Vaylin directly behind him looking timid.
