Joshua understood where this was going and stepped forward instantly, taking the lead. "Major Meyers, did you find anything that might shed light on the type of trigger mechanism used in the bombs you detonated the last few days?"

This answer was crucial. It would decide how substantial the losses would be.

"Yes." Ethan nodded. "They had a software that was triggered active over the Internet."

Joshua couldn't suppress his lips from arching up slightly. It was good news. They still had hope.

Ethan saw his strange expression and he looked at the three men in wonder. "Is something wrong?" 

"Major Meyers, I might have a solution to the problem. But I'll have to study the type of software that has been used to trigger the bomb," Joshua explained and Ethan looked at him for a moment before realization dawned upon him.

"I presume you are good with computers?" Ethan's words came out as a question.
