Guy was not surprised when he saw the green light sppear before him. Daniel had already told him that the seven colors were the colors of the rainbow in order. That each color looked into your soul and saw the most relevant part of you.
Red was your passion, Orange your creativity and yellow your sense of order. Guy could not help buy laugh that his sense of order was the mathematical chaos theory. Green would be his overall health. The scene passed before his eyes in a moment. He was only average in terms of health. He was not overly sick not healthy. He was of average height and weight. Physically he was average.
The fifth light column to appear was a person's spirituality. His guess was that this color was represented by a person's wisdom. For most people they would see a church or their religious icons appear before them when they entered this light column.
Guy did see something when he entered the The blue column of light. But it was not a religious symbol. It was not a church or a person. What he saw was the vastness of space, and a giant black hole in the center of it. The galaxy in front of him ever so slowly being sucked into oblivion. It's not that he was an atheist. He could not say for sure if there was a God or not. He liked to think there was. But what he had faith in was science. In hawking and Einstein. It was no surprise to him when the image of a massive black hole appeared before him in the fifth column of light.
The sixth column of light was indigo, and it had different meanings for different people. Guy had no idea what he would see when he entered this column, as it was often linked with occult abilities. He himself had no belief in such childish things. For him what existed existed, what did not exist did not exist. He knew that this was likely to limit him a lot in this game. His chances of getting a magic class were low, as the tutorial had explained the correlation between this particular test and the appearance of magical abilities.
But that was ok, he did not need magic to be the best. He would work hard at whatever class he obtained, he would work until he could stand above all others. He did not pause as he entered the indigo column.
The world he arrived in was not a memory, nor was it a simple flash as he entered and exited. What he appeared in was a house of mirrors. He stood at the very center, around him were distorted reflections of himself. There were seven mirrors surrounding him, each of them a different color. In the mirrors that were colored the same as the columns of light he entered he saw a reflection of himself, Though something was off about each of them. They were either too tall or too short. Too skinny or too fat. Regardless of the shape they were still him, and they stared at him with hungry eyes.
Six images stepped put of the mirrors, each of them a different color. The only color missing was Violet. The mirrors slowly disappeared, leaving only seven different colored reflections of the same man in the void. 6 of the figures had a mathematical algorithm rotating around them. The final figure did not, as he stared at the final column of light in front of him.
The column of light in front of him was a deep violet color, slightly different than the dark color of his own skin. He knew the meaning of both shades of the color. His own dark shade represented his own sorrow, where as the deep color of the column was the peak of imagination and spirituality. He sighed as he shook his head. He was not spiritual. He could be call agnostic at best. His obsession with escaping his old fashioned father had been his driving force for so long he did not have time to think of much else. He had completely gotten rid of any trace of imagination.
Guy sighed as he entered the final column of light. No matter the result his avatar would begin to form after this column was created. The darkness faded into a bright violet light. The shade of the world caused everything to appear purple. Six figures stood outside the column. Staring expressionless at it, waiting for the appearance of their brother.
Guy found himself laying on Dark purple grass as he stared up at the violet sky. Several cloud floated above him. He stared at the clouds as they passed by, looking at the shapes that formed. he couldn't help but chuckle to himself as he chewed the piece of purple grass that was hanging out of his mouth. a cloud floated past, reminding him of a dolphin swimming thr the ocean. He could not help but smile at the thought. It seems my imagination is not as dead as I thought. Time passed as he stared at the ever changing images of the clouds. Bears, gears, motorcycles and guns. He saw everything appear in the clouds. slowly the world around him once again faded to black and he found himself in the void, surrounded by the different aspects of himself.
The void shifted, it was no longer pitch black, rather it seemed like the sun had rose on this empty space as the world turned white.
