Disciplinary Committee

After the incident, despite being angry with me for a bit, Lumiere pretty much opened up to the two girls. It's really a wonder how females can make friends so fast.

Now let me fast forward the time a bit to the end of the week. Why, you ask? One, because it's not important.

Two, no one cares, and three, because a small event happens.

That friday, I ran into Inoue - senpai. She wore her uniform which only differed to mine due to the color of her ribbon. First years are blue, second years are red, and third years are pink.

With an armband that read, 'Disciplinary Committee' and another one that read, 'Vice President' on it.

"Good afternoon, senpai."

"I was just about to look for you, now that you're here I can save some effort."

"Hmm, looking for me?"

"Hatsume Haruhiro - kun, as the Vice President of the Disciplinary Committee, I would like to extend an invitation for you to become a member of the committee."

"Eh?!"

"Why so suddenly? Isn't the committee serious and all that? Doesn't sound like it'll suit me at all."

"Well actually, it's not an invitation but we are demanding you join. I heard that you caused an incident the other day, and the President asked me to use this excuse to bring in the trouble maker for reformation."

"The Headmaster was actually the one who sent out the order."

"..."

Futaba - san… Why though? I wondered. But since it's an order, I have no choice but to agree.

"Alright then, I'll come with you."

"Good, follow me."

As she said that, senpai turned around and started walking to the Disciplinary Committee room. Of course, I followed next to her, luckily it was during class time so not many people were around.

Now why is senpai out of class right now? Well, as a member of said committee, they are able to leave the classroom at any moment when they have a task to fulfill.

Hang on, if I join, isn't that a good excuse to go hooky? But then again, once I enter the dungeon, I wouldn't need to come to class until I leave.

For the classes that are missed, they could be made up at any time. Now why did I choose to skip this time? Well, I'm going to enter the dungeon of course.

Now you may be wondering if I will be going by myself or not. I considered for a few days whether I should bring the girls with me to help them get stronger early.

After thinking about it, I decided not to until I confirmed that the dungeon is still the same as it was in the game. After all, I don't want anything to befall on them.

Since I'm a little strong right now, I should be able to protect myself.

Knock! Knock!

Inoue - senpai opened the door, I followed her in closely without looking around too much. Now, it looks like I need to describe the fellow members here, sigh this will be a pain in the ass.

"Please stand in the middle of the room."

Senpai went to sit down in her seat right beside the president. It seems every member of the committee is here today.

Don't forget, in this game since its an eroge, a majority of the members of the Student Council, or Disciplinary Committee will be females.

In fact, in the entire part of this continent, the population of strong females outweighs males by many times over.

In both committees, which number quite a bit, there is only one male student who is in the Student Council. Now let's not talk about him for now.

With me here, I'll be the first male in the Disciplinary committee and the second in both groups.

Just remember that both groups work closely together.

In front of me, is the president of the disciplinary committee, Yagi Akeno. Being the president, she is a third year and also one of the five strongest students in the entire academy.

Next to her is Inoue - senpai to her right, while the other members sat around the horseshoe shaped table.

Ikeda Emi, a second year, Ota Miwako is also a second year, Ichihara Kaede, a third year and the last member is Matsubara Kayo who is also a third year.

In total there are six members in the Disciplinary committee. Of course all of them are female, while I will be the only first year once I join.

"Erm, hello."

I said while standing in the middle of the room while being stared at.

"Welcome to the Disciplinary committee, I Yagi Akeno would like to welcome you Hatsume Haruhiro - kun as a new member of our committee."

As she said that, the president stood up from her seat and put out her hand. Eh, guess I have to shake it.

I held onto her hand and shook it lightly before letting go.

"Please take this armband and wear it on campus at all times, I don't believe you need an explanation on what we the disciplinary committee do correct? After all, it was printed in the student handbook."

I nodded my head, everything there is to know about the school is clearly printed in each students' student handbook which also has their photo. It's also used as an ID card for entering the dungeon as well as borrowing books in the library.

"Now, I'm sure that everyone would like to know your abilities before you officially enter the committee, is it alright if I test you?"

"Sure."

I agreed to her request, after all, it would be strange if they readily accepted me without knowing my abilities.

Suddenly, the president started emitted her magical energy. It aimed directly at me in order to pressure me.

How does this test work you ask? Well, if I can withstand the pressure while not kneeling or even sending my own back then I pass. Should I be serious here though? I can't exactly control my magic here.

Even though my [Body Strengthening] magic is capped at five percent, my actual magic isn't limited at all.

I stood there as I took on the immense pressure from her energy. Seeing that I was still relaxed, she became more serious while the other members started doing the same.

To give you a visual idea, just imagine multi-colored lights being directed at my body. I'm sure you guys have seen the anime B*each right? Just imagine magic power as reiatsu it can't get any simpler than that.

Once all six of them started it, I started feeling pressured. I guess it's time for me to resist. I hope nothing happens to them.

I moved my body slightly. Dark golden-colored magic started emitting from my entire body. Not only that, the entire room started shaking as if an earthquake had hit.

The utensils, tables, and furniture started floating in the air slowly. My immense magic was being emitted. Of course, I haven't directed it at anyone yet.

Even then, the two second-year members beside Inoue - senpai started becoming pale. Their magic stopped as they fell down on their seats with beads of sweat around their foreheads.

I controlled my magic. Slowly, I became used to my own magic and could start to slowly control the output.

Staring directly at the president, I targeted her with my magic.

As soon as I did, my dark golden colored magic clashed against the president's light yellow colored magic.

My magic aimed directly at hers and started to slowly shatter hers. If you want a visual example, just imagine a yellow barrier being shattered like glass by a golden barrier.

Everyone including Inoue - Senpai became pale beside the president who only had some sweat on her forehead. She truly deserves to be one of the strongest in the school.

If I had unleashed my full magic at her, she might even explode and die on the spot, luckily I learned to control it quickly. After all, the strongest being in the world is the Demon King himself.

His magic is incredibly terrifying and could contend against the top ten strongest ability-users in the world by himself.

With my magic power that's even greater than his, it would be a natural occurrence if I accidentally killed someone if I had poor control.

Phew, I'm lucky I learned quickly and limited myself.

Anyway, that should be all for the test I guess.

Looking around, I could see the members staring at me, the president's legs were shaking, I could tell even while she was sitting behind the table.

The others could feel my magic even though it wasn't directed at them, it was quite fortunate that they didn't faint.

"Erm, president do I pass?"

"..."

After a few moments of silence, the president regained her composure and stood up. "Of course, I'm sure none of us here would disagree."

"But Hatsume - kun, did you know that your magic is scary? I've never felt anything like it before. It makes me hot and feel weird on the inside, I'm sure the others feel that way too."

Oi, oi, if others heard what you said they would misunderstand the situation. I didn't do anything lewd okay? Don't look at me like that!
