In the hospital,

Mrs Dive: Now what are you waiting for? Even our daughter is married now.

Mr Dive: She has just got settled..

Mrs Dive: All of these are just excuses..Why don't you understand? If she comes to know about all this from someone else..I don't think she would be able to take it..

Mrs Dive could no longer hold her tears, how was she supposed to hold her tears especially when she knew her husband was on the verge of dying. Her daughter was back from her honeymoon and would come to meet them in a few days then how would this break this news to her. The last wish of Mr Dive was to walk her daughter down the aisle, he promised her that he would tell her as soon as she would get married. They have been married for nearly over one month but he didn't fulfill his promise.

The Doctor: Hello, Mr and Mrs Dive....So Mr Dive how have you been feeling?

Mr Dive: Alright Doc.

The Doctor: I hope the nutrition is being taken care of...

Mr Dive nodded...

Mrs Dive: Doctor..are you sure there's still no treatment..

The Doctor: Mrs Dive, I have been telling you this since so long...There is..there is no..no hope..

Mr Dive placed his hands on Mrs Dive's hands.. He knew she was still hoping a way for him to get well, but nothing could be done this was a truth that no one could deny.

Upon receiving the message of Mr Sigan, Jerry went to meet him..

Mr Sigan: Where have you been? I see you have become really lazy, you don't even come to work anymore I have to call you.

Jerry: No Sir..It's just that.. to..

Mr Sigan: When a man makes excuses before coming to work, it means only two things...either he wants to leave the job or he has someone important now to give his time so tell me.

Jerry: Actually the second one and I have invested in some organisations...

Mr Sigan: For future planning, so does that mean you are getting married..

Jerry nodded..

Mr Sigan chuckled: Now that you have found yourself a fine lady why would you concern yourself with an old man like me?

Jerry: No sir..

Mr Sigan: Let it go but do come whenever I call you, we work with dangerous people being late can cause loss of life..

Jerry: Yes Sir

Jerry left in order to continue to find a suitable ring for his would be wife..( Yes self acclaimed wife)

As soon as he left, Mr Sigan sat on the sofa, he thought about the past if only he would gave this much consideration to his own daughters then maybe everything would be different today.

Raina( Mrs Jind): Dad...how are you?

Mr Sigan: Fine dear..

Mrs Jind went and sat near him, he saw Mr Jind approaching him as well.

Mr Sigan: You guys got something to tell me?

Mrs Jind: Dad, actually in a month it's Kiara's birthday so we are thinking about organizing her birthday, you are the elder in our family that's why we are telling you about this..

Mr Sigan: Yes that's such a good idea....we should call that lad..

Mrs Jind: Yes Dad we'll call him in some days, right now we are going to see some locations..

Mr Sigan: No we have our own hotel so..

Mr Jind: Father we actually wanted to host this on our own.

Mr Sigan: Then aren't I your own?

Mr Jind: No..you are..

Mr Sigan: Then..so it's decided it will be held in our hotel. Let me call that useless lad.

In the evening,

Jerry returned home dejected, he was so disheartened not even one such store was there that had a good ring.. He only sat on the chair.

Mrs Garcia: No nice ring was found right .

Jerry: Yes Mother, there is no good ring at all... wait...erhm what are you talking about?

Mrs Garcia placed her hand on his cheek,

Mrs Garcia: Mothers come to know about everything.

Jerry: Mom...

Mrs Garcia sat in front of him with a jewelry box.. She opened it, Jerry widened his eyes, it had such a beautiful ring in it.

Mrs Garcia: This is our ancestral ring your great grandmother gave it to me your grandmother, your grandmother gave it to me and I want to give this to my daughter in law so..do you like it?

Jerry: Mom..this is perfect..

Mrs Garcia: I am glad you liked it...

Saying this Mrs Garcia got up and turned to leave...
