A week had passed, and it was an ordinary day for Konoha.
"Come Tayuya-chan!" - roared Kushina so loudly that her cry echoed throughout the village - "I'm just going to cut out that sailor's tongue!"
"I AM SORRY!" - another cry echoed through the home.
Yep, a day like any other.
"Again..." - Temari sighed as she shook her head - "That girl seems to enjoy Kushina-san's punishments..."
"And what did she do this time?" - Shizune asked in annoyance.
"Talking obscenities in front of the children..." - snorted Hikari with a scowl - "What else could it be?"
"Can anyone tell me how many times they've gone so far this week? - asked Anko as he looked at the others.
"25... and it's only Wednesday," responded Kin as the others rolled their eyes.
"Tch! I already lost the bet..." - Anko murmured with annoyance - "By the way... Is Mikoto-san where Sasuke is?"
"Yes, she went to see her granddaughter" - answered Kurenai while reading her book - "She went with Izumi-chan"
During all this time, Sakura had finally given birth to a beautiful girl of black hair that they had called Sarada.
"It feels strange that Mikoto's granddaughter is from the same generation as her daughter" - said Anko while her lips were trembling because of how comical the situation was.
"I'm sure Mikoto-san doesn't have to feel so good about the situation," responded Kurenai as she looked at her friend. " I'm sure things won't work out if you talk about it when she's around"
"Tch, as if I was talking about it with her on the scene" - Anko replied as she rolled her eyes - "Anyway, we'd better change the subject"
"You were the one who started the conversation, Aneki," Kin said with a blank look.
"Details" - smiled Anko as she looked around but before she could say anything else, she saw how Tayuya appeared running in front of the group - "I just said it was a little... Bunch of love...!"
"Everything you say will only make things worse for you, Tayuya-chan~" - responded Kushina with a sweet voice on the verge of cloying - "Now... Why don't you just accept your punishment?"
"No way!" - exclaimed Tayuya in terror - "Last time I ended up with trauma so great that my memories disappeared but I still have a deep terror of ants!"
". . ." - The girls were silent when they heard this because they had gotten some unexpected information.
"Kushina-san... I think it's better that you end this joke, we still have a lot to talk about" - said Hikari as she looked at her clan sister.
"Ok, just give me a moment" - Kushina stopped her steps and extended her hand, only for countless chains to shoot out of her body in the direction of Tayuya.
"That's not fair! - roared Tayuya as she was caught and began to do everything possible to escape from the redhead's Kekkei Genkai.
"I'm sorry but there's no more time for games" - said Kushina seriously - "When we finish with the conversation it will be the moment where I will punish you, Tayuya-chan... now please I ask you to keep silent"
Tayuya tried to say something only to notice how her voice seemed to have disappeared.
"Well, let's get started," said Kushina calmly as she dragged the pink-haired girl to the others. "Just ignore Tayuya-chan"
"Okay... I don't get paid enough for this..." - Mei murmured as she shook her head - "We'd better start with the simple side of the situation... after you revealed the appearance of the [Hyperbolic Time Chamber], both Konoha and the other villages allied to the Uzumaki clan have been asking for quotas to use it"
"I understand... please continue" - said Kushina calmly as she looked at the former Mizukage.
"Ok, I will speak from my position as a former Mizukage" - said Mei seriously - "Kiri wants two days of training and as payment, they offer materials and maritime support at a low price for the reconstruction of Uzu"
"I don't have a problem with it" - answered Kushina as she nodded.
"Suna wants the same treatment and as payment, we are offering to use our architects and carpenters," said Temari seriously. "Don't look down on Suna's architects and carpenters because it is thanks to them that our buildings can withstand all those sandstorms in the middle of the desert.
"Ok, approved" - Kushina nodded as she looked at Yugao, the only non-clan girl who was also Konoha's 'ambassador'.
"Konoha offers her farmers" - answered Yugao seriously - "as well as a diverse variety of raw materials that can only be obtained in Hi no Kuni".
"Approved" - Kushina nodded again as he looked at Kurotsuchi.
"What? - Kurotsuchi asked with a scowl - "Oh, right... I'm the one who should negotiate the terms..."
The women could only roll their eyes at the Iwa girl while feeling that the Village Hidden by Rocks would get the least benefit.
"Ahem! Iwa offers the black rocks, the same ones we used to build our defensive perimeters" - answered Kurotsuchi seriously - "And I recommend you not to look down on these rocks because they are as resistant as the wood that Konoha uses for its defenses"
"Konoha uses the wood from the trees created with Senjutsu: Mokuton from Hashirama-sama" - said Yugao seriously - "As far as I know there is nothing more resistant than that".
"That's where you're wrong" - Kurotsuchi snorted - "I'm not going to go into technical details about how those words are false because it gives me a headache to think in so many terms, so I'll just give you a test".
Kurotsuchi quickly took out a small black stone and passed it to Kushina, only to be surprised by how heavy and dense it felt - ". . ."
"Those black stones are not only strong but also heavy, which makes it simple to arrange them to create a barrier," Kurotsuchi said seriously. "If you use some kind of method to attach them, and if you use Hashirama wood, then you will have virtually unbreakable defenses.
". . ." - The girls were silent when they heard this but what surprised them most was that Kurotsuchi seemed to know what he was talking about.
"I feel that you are thinking of something rude but I will overlook it" - snorted Kurotsuchi - "Well?"
"You have a deal though I'd like to know how much you plan to donate to us"
"Enough to create a wall around Uzushiogakure no Sato" - answered Kurotsuchi calmly - "Oh, I forgot... these black rocks are of a rare material that cannot be controlled or moved with Doton, so the defenses are much stronger"
"Ok, that thing is broken" - said Anko as she picked up the little stone.
"Kumo plans to use thunder tree seeds as payment" - answered Mabui seriously - "Because of the rarity of these seeds, we can only offer 10 but that will be more than enough".
"You got a deal" - Kushina's eyes shone at the mention of the thunder trees that were only possible to see in Kumogakure no Sato. The function of these trees was that they could bear fruit that facilitated the feeling of Raiton Energy, making them coveted by all Shinobi who can practice that element - "Well, now that we've made that clear, it's time for us to give the orders. Konoha will go first because they were our first allies, Kumo will go second because of its current situation, Kiri will go third, Suna will go forth, and finally, Iwa will go fifth..."
"Why us last?" - asked Kurotsuchi with a scowl.
"Because one, you were the last ones to ally with us, second, because of all the villages, you are the ones who need it the least" - answered Kushina seriously. She was not lying about this, Kumo needed to strengthen its forces, Konoha was possibly the next target with the Uzumaki clan and Yugito in place, and the others had gone through a weakening phase, with Iwa being the only village that had not suffered serious damage apart from the sacrifice of its two Jinchurikis.
"Ok, you have a point" - murmured Kurotsuchi while nodding - "Ok, Iwa accepts the order of turns"
"Suna/Kumo/Konoha/Kiri, accept the order" - answered the 4 representatives.
"Pay when you're done using the [Hyperbolic Time Chamber]," said Kushina as she nodded. "Now if you'll excuse me, I have to punish a certain foul-mouthed girl.
"Wait! Let's talk things over first!" - exclaimed Tayuya as she was dragged out of the room.
"I don't feel sorry for her," said Anko as she shrugged.
"No one would feel sorry if they knew this had happened so many times that you'd get used to it," responded Kin as she rolled her eyes at her big sister.
"Right... and now with Orochimaru out of the game, we can access Ryuchi Cave" - Anko murmured seriously - "I'm sure we can come to a good agreement with them..."
"Right," replied Kin with neutrality as they thought of using every possible method to become stronger, including using the same methods that the man they hated most had used.
"Yugao-san... better go tell Kakashi-san that he can send the Shinobi whenever he wants but remember that they are a maximum of 100" - said Mei while looking at the purple-haired girl who was not from the Uzumaki clan.
"Okay, I'll let you know right away" - replied Yugao before she disappeared from the room.
