Extra 12: I choose you! (27)

"This is the most exciting battle of the entire competition!" - exclaimed the commentator excitedly - "The two contestants are on equal footing! Either one of them could rise to victory with a single decision!"

The crowd was screaming with excitement as they waited expectantly for the outcome of this clash of creatures.

Ash and Gary were sweating as they waited to see the smoke slowly disappear, showing how the two Pokémon were unconscious.

"Double K.O.!" - exclaimed the commentator in surprise - "We have a double K.O.!"

The crowd began cheering the result as they watched the two trainers walk to the center of the stage to pick up their teammates.

They were sure that this battle they would remember for a long time, they were even sure that it wouldn't be the last time they would see these two guys.

"What do you think, my beloved audience?" - asked the commentator as he looked to his sides - "Who do you think will rise to victory?"

The spectators began to shout out the two boys' names, though it seemed that they didn't seem to be paying attention to their cheers.

Kurama smiled when he saw this as a great pride grew within him.

He was not only proud of his son but also of his friend, more so when he had watched the two boys grow up and had trained them with all the seriousness in the world.

Kurama had taught them everything they needed to grow as trainers.

"I see you are happy for the two boys" - Ivy said as she gave her man a small smile.

"Of course" - Kurama replied as he took her by the hand - "How can we not be proud of Ash and Gary?"

Ivy smiled, even more, when she heard this as she held Delia's hand to join them.

Delia still had her heart in her hand after seeing the result, though she quickly calmed down when she felt Kurama take her hand lovingly.

"I know you're nervous about Ash, but you have to understand that he needs this," Kurama said as he shook his head, "This is part of growing up, Delia."

The three adults at the moment were alone because Daisy had gone to see her older brother so she could get to know him better, something that sincerely pleased her parents.

"I know, but at the same time I can't stop worrying about how it will all end, after all, this is the first step for my baby to fulfill his dream" - Delia said while looking at her husband, to then look in the direction where their son was, only to notice how serious his expression was.

"Look how our little boy is growing up" - replied Kurama with a huge smile - "He is strong, Delia, he can continue to move forward without fear because he knows that we and his Pokémon are supporting him."

". . ." - Delia took a breath before nodding weakly - "My baby has grown up, and now he's a man now."

"I wouldn't be surprised if one of these days he comes with a girl" - Kurama said as he let out a laugh.

"Let's just hope he's not like you, honey" - said Delia as she gave her husband a serious look.

"In my defense, I only just recently found out that I had more than one wife" - Kurama replied as he folded his arms - "I've always been loyal to you."

"Nurse Joy from Saffron City sends her regards." - Delia said as she narrowed her eyes - "She said she'd come after she took a medical leave."

"Medical leave?" - Kurama asked as he raised an eyebrow.

"To be more specific, maternity leave" - Delia said as she folded her arms.

"Oh" - Kurama was surprised when he heard this because he honestly didn't expect this kind of answer - "Wait?! Did you say Saffron City?!"

"Exactly" - Delia replied as she narrowed her eyes - "Anything I need to know?"

"In my defense, she had huge breasts and you know I have fetishes with nurses" - Kurama replied as he averted his gaze.

Delia blushed when she heard this because it was true, she had lost count of how many times he had knocked her unconscious after she cosplayed Nurse Joy.

"Now that's honesty," Ivy replied as she cocked her head to the side.

"I have nothing to gain by lying to my wife" - Kurama replied as he shook his head - "It's just that it had slipped my mind because we had said it would be a one-night stand."

"According to her it was two" - replied Delia as she rolled her eyes at him.

"You know very well what I mean" - replied Kurama while shaking his head - "But if she really is pregnant, there's nothing I can do about it but to take responsibility, not to mention that I was still thinking of going back to Saffron City to see her"

"Didn't you say it was a one-night stand?" - Delia asked as she frowned.

"What can I say? I was thinking of repeating that night, she's good" - replied Kurama while scratching his cheek - "The funniest part of the story is that she had no previous experience, it's all innate talent."

"You still won't tell us what that nurse's name is" - Ivy said as she crossed her arms.

"Isn't her name Joy?" - Delia asked in surprise.

"Not many people know about this, but Joy is her last name" - Ivy replied as she shook her head - "This information is only known to the professors, the nurses' family members, as well as some higher-ups in the league."

"Oh, it makes sense now that I think about it carefully" - Delia said as she nodded - "I mean, I don't think it's very comfortable to call them all Joy when they are so similar"

"She's called Lira" - replied Kurama calmly - "Lira Joy".

"That's a nice name" - Ivy said as she nodded - "I guess there's 6 of us now."

Kurama nodded weakly as he remembered Lusamine and the image of two beautiful women appeared in his mind, one of them had blue hair and a knockout figure while the other had purple hair and wore glasses that made her look much more sensual, not to mention that her body was just as well shaped as the first woman.

The two women were the very definition of sensuality, and their breasts were so large that they could compete with, and beat Ivy's, and that was saying a lot.

"Contestants, release your last Pokémon" - said the referee of the fight as he looked at the two young men.

"I didn't think things would end like this, Ash, but now I'm happy it happened" - said Gary as he closed his eyes for a few seconds, then snapped them open and showed a serious look - "Thank you for being my rival, Ash, thanks to you, I was able to constantly improve, thanks to you, I was able to meet my father figure and become much stronger while feeling the affection of a whole family."

Oak felt a little bad to hear this, though at the same time he was happy that his grandson's childhood wasn't so bad despite the death of his parents.

"That's why I'm going to fight with everything I have and show you with my strength how important this rivalry is to me" - Gary said while releasing his Blastoise.

"I think the same thing, Gary" - said Ash as he looked at his friend and rival - "Since we were kids we have been like a couple of Gyarados, always fighting despite our friendship. I always wanted to beat you, but it was difficult because you are smarter than me, but now I will show you that I have not only caught up with you, but I have surpassed you!"

Ash quickly threw his Pokeball, releasing his Charizard, who saw his trainer, then looked at his opponent as the flame on his tail glowed brightly.

Blastoise gave his opponent a serious look as he could sense that despite his type advantage, this battle would not be as simple as he thought.

"Charizard of participant Ash Vs. Blastoise of participant Gary!" - The referee exclaimed as he looked at the two boys with a twinkle in his eye.

"Are you ready, buddy?" - Ash asked as he raised his arm, showing off the strange bracelet on his wrist.

"Zard!" - Charizard roared as he launched a powerful fire attack.

"I'm counting on you, Blastoise!" - Gary exclaimed as he struck the same pose, showing that he too possessed the same bracelet.

"Blas-Toise!" -Blastoise roared as he squirted a stream of water from the cannons over his shoulders.

"[Mega Shinka(Mega Evolution]!" - exclaimed the two boys at the same time as their bracelets glowed with enormous intensity.

Quickly the bodies of the two Pokémon were surrounded by a powerful multicolored light.

The people could do nothing but cover their eyes to block the intensity of the light that covered the battlefield, only for it to disappear after a few seconds, revealing the new appearance of the two Pokémon.
