Oh, those were bad words to say in front of a female pirate.

"Where have you been in all my life!" - Alvida exclaimed as she jumped on top of Kurama and gave him a passionate kiss.

"Get away from my man, bitch!" - Hancock roared as she grabbed the other woman by the hair and yanked her with all her might.

"Let go of my hair, bitch!" - Alvida exclaimed as Hancock's eyes widened in surprise as her hands seemed to have grabbed something slippery - "Okay, you asked for it, bitch!"

"You wanna fight?" - Hancock snorted as her eyes flashed with malice - "Come on, I've been wanting to kick that bitch ass of yours for days."

"Oh? Jealous that my ass is bigger and rounder than yours?" - Alvida asked sarcastically as she turned around and began to seductively wiggle her glorious ass - "What do you think, honey, do you want to give my beautiful ass a bite ~?"

"Okay, come on now!" - Hancock exclaimed as she imbued her fists with Haki - "Come bitch, today I'm going to show you what happens when you mess with a woman from the [Grand Line]!"

Kurama watched as the two women started fighting, only to let out a sigh and watch silently as it all unfolded from the tower window.

The albino was watching as Crocodile had appeared and taken Cobra, the King of [Arabasta] after having defeated Luffy, although it was obvious that it hadn't been enough because the boy again had stood up and after a rest was ready for the second clash, a pity he didn't know where his opponent was.

"Maybe I should give him a hand?" - Kurama muttered as he started to think - "I'll do it after he recovers, after all, I don't want a guy with so much potential to die because of a mistake of mine."

Kurama kept watching everything unfold, only frowning as he watched the boy fall to the ground - "Why?"

The albino quickly disappeared from the scene, something that didn't surprise the women because they were still focused on their little fight.

"Poison?" - Kurama muttered as he noticed how the boy was with a pale face - "Did I make a mistake?"

Kurama pondered.

"W-Who are you!" - A female voice exclaimed.

Kurama slowly turned around, looking with surprise at the pretty blue-haired girl.

"Huh?" - Vivi blushed when she saw the albino's handsome face, but her expression quickly changed to one of fury when she saw how Luffy seemed to be on his last legs.

"Relax, I wasn't the one who left him like that" - Kurama said as he stopped looking at the woman and focused on Luffy again - "Poison, a potent one, possibly it will take him quite a while to recover naturally seeing as his body is unconsciously leaking the substance thanks to his rubber biology, interesting"

"Luffy!" - Vivi exclaimed with tears in her eyes.

"I recommend you not to move him, the poison is accumulating in only one part of his body, his right arm" - said Kurama as he looked at the girl again - "If you move him, the poison will start to spread through his body, causing it to be much harder to treat."

"Can you help him?" - Vivi asked hopefully.

"I can, but I don't see why I should" - replied Kurama seriously.

"I can pay you with whatever you wish!" - Vivi exclaimed as she knelt in front of the albino - "Money, equipment, ships, women, even myself, but please cure my friend!"

Kurama smiled when he saw this, plus the conviction the woman was showing for helping a boy he hadn't known for a long time.

"No need, I'll help him for free, just tell him to be careful because his life may be much shorter than it should be" - Kurama said as he put his hand on Luffy's head and used some of his energy.

Vivi watched with surprise as the color returned in her friend's face, more when she noticed how he was now snoring - ". . ."

"There, with that, he'll be safe, and his life won't be shortened, I even used some of my energy to strengthen his heart" - Kurama said as he looked at Vivi before shaking his head - "By the way, I wish you wouldn't tell anyone that I was here"

"Ok, thanks..." - Vivi said, but fell silent when she saw how the albino had disappeared without a trace - "That was weird."

Vivi quickly shook his head when he saw that there was no one around, so he walked to his friend and gave him a firm punch in the face - "Wake up, Luffy!"

"What, how, when, where!" - Luffy exclaimed as he looked around in surprise - "Why did you hit me, Vivi!"

"Because if I didn't, you would have died!" - Vivi roared fiercely - "Do you happen to not remember what happened before you lost consciousness!"

"Right, I was fighting Crocodile!" - Luffy exclaimed as he stood up abruptly and started wiping the sand off his clothes - "Where is he, by the way?"

"He went to the desert" - replied Vivi with concern - "He took my father".

"Oh, sorry" - murmured Luffy, only to frown as he noticed how his body was not only in perfect condition but had gotten a little stronger - "Strange, Crocodile told me that his hook had a potent poison in it. Why don't I feel bad?"

"I gave you an antidote, I guess it was potent enough to save you from that poison" - Vivi lied awkwardly, after all, Luffy's real savior had told her not to reveal his participation.

"Really?! You're great, Vivi!" - Luffy exclaimed excitedly - "Come on, we have to save your father!"

"Sure!" - Vivi nodded as she followed Luffy into the desert, only to stop halfway.

"Huh? Why are you stopping, Vivi?" - Luffy asked in confusion.

"We don't know which part of the desert they went to" - Vivi replied while frowning.

"I think I can help you with that" - said a female voice that Vivi recognized immediately.

"Hello" - Robin said with a smile as her eyes narrowed - "It's good to see you're safe, princess, by the way, you can call me Nico Robin."

". . ." - Vivi was silent as she saw Crocodile's right-hand woman on the spot, but at the same time she was confused as to why the woman's actions - "Why?"

"Let's just say that my desires and Crocodile's don't align" - Robin replied as she walked over to where the duo - "Our little business relationship ended."

"I still don't get it" - Vivi said as she continued to shake her head - "Why do you want to help us defeat Crocodile?"

"Because I know how it feels to see your home being destroyed by some bastards" - Robin replied as she narrowed her eyes, only to return to normal - "I know it's hypocritical of me since I helped cause all this chaos, but I did it for my dream, after all, there's something in [Arabasta] that I need"

"What?" - Vivi asked as she looked at the woman with conflicting emotions.

"The [Poneglyph]" - Robin answered seriously - "That's what I need."

Vivi's eyes widened in realization, she finally understood the reason behind all this chaos - "Crocodile wants the [Poneglyph] too!"

"Exactly, but he wants it so he can find [Pluto]" - Robin said seriously - "Instead I, I want the information about the dark century. I want to know about the past, so I can find out why my people were destroyed by those men."

Vivi felt her heart stop for a few seconds as she listened to Robin's revelation.

"Now the question is, are you going to let me help you, or not?" - Robin asked as she looked at the duo.

"Come on" - nodded Luffy earnestly, only for a huge smile to appear on his face - "You're a good person, Robin."

Robin paused when she heard this, only to smile with amusement - "Me? A good person? I don't think you know me well enough, Mugiwara-kun."

"I know you well enough to know you're not a bad person" - Luffy said stubbornly - "Come on, we've got some sandy ass to kick."

Robin gave Luffy a look before smiling slightly, that guy was someone interesting, though not as interesting as the man accompanying the [Pirate Empress] - "Come to think of it, I don't even know his name."

"Are you guys done yet?" - Kurama asked, only to see how the two women were still fighting, though far from being a battle where they used force, they used insults, hair pulling, among other things - "If so, then let's go to the harbor"

"Weren't we going to watch [Mugiwara] fight that [Shichibukai]?" - Alvida asked with a frown, only to yelp in pain as she felt her eye bruise - "You're such a bitch, Hancock."

"You're not far behind" - replied Hancock with all her hair in disarray and her clothes slightly destroyed - "But I share the surprise with this bitch, why are we leaving?"

"Because I've seen more than enough" - Kurama replied while shaking his head.

"Where shall we go now?" - Alvida asked while asking Kurama for an ice pack.

"I don't know, we'll find out when we're sailing" - replied Kurama calmly.
