"Are you out of your mind, Lyon!" - Gray exclaimed in fury as he saw his former brother in all but blood, the same one he hadn't seen since his teacher had died - "Are you about to destroy everything Ur tried to protect on a mere whim!"
"It's not a whim, with this I will prove that I finally surpassed our teacher!" - Lyon exclaimed as he took the small bottle that had a strange liquid inside it - "With this, the [Moon Drip], I will be able to free Deliora and do what our teacher never could, kill that monster!"
"Imbecile, Deliora is immortal!" - Gray roared as he ran against his former friend - "The moment he's released, he'll start to recover, and soon we'll have an unstoppable beast again!"
"No, I'll stop him!" - Lyon exclaimed madly - "With this, I will prove to our teacher that things could be solved in another way!"
"You idiot, I'm not going to try to talk with you anymore, I'm going to stop you because if I don't, everything Ur did for us, will be erased by your fucking stupidity!" - Gray exclaimed angrily as he watched his former friend seem to have lost his mind.
"It's too late now, I've accumulated enough energy to be able to concentrate the [Moon Drip], and now I'm going to use it on Deliora!" - Lyon exclaimed as he hurled the vial at the huge frozen beast - "Be free Deliora, be free for us to fight to the death!"
"No!" - Gray exclaimed in terror, only to see the jar stop in midair - "Huh?"
"Who's there!" - Lyon exclaimed in fury as he saw that someone was interrupting the most important moment of his life.
"Who would think that one of my little brothers, would end up being a madman?" - Asked a female voice that Gray recognized immediately.
"Who are you!" - Lyon exclaimed with a frown as he saw a silhouette that brought back memories, appear in front of his eyes - "Ur!"
Lyon stared at the girl, only to frown as he noticed some details - "No, you're not her!"
"My name is Ultear Milkovich" - Ultear said calmly while watching how Lyon's expression was getting more and more twisted, as if he was fighting against something in his head.
"Impossible, Ur said you were dead!" - Lyon exclaimed as he refused to believe the woman's words - "I don't know who you are, or what you desire, but neither you, nor Gray, will stop me! I'm going to finish what Ur started!"
Ultear sighed because she could see that the level of obsession Lyon had for her mother, was very similar to her own before she met Kurama, that's why she had to do something to stop this madness.
"I'm sorry, but I'm not going to let one of my brothers fall much lower" - Ultear said while taking out her strange crystal ball - "I've walked that path, and what's in store for you is not pretty."
"Silence, imposter!" - Lyon roared as everything around him froze - "I'm not going to let someone like you, a person who mocks the connection I had with my teacher, get in the middle of my business, now die!"
"I'm sorry, but I don't plan on dying until I'm reunited with my mother" - Ultear said calmly as if silhouetted disappeared and reappeared at a safe distance - "Not to mention that with that level of skill, I don't think you'll manage to defeat me!"
"Impossible, Ur is dead, she died trying to beat that thing!" - Lyon exclaimed angrily - "Now, hand over the [Moon Drip] to me!"
Ultear was about to refuse again, when she heard Kurama tell her to follow his instructions - "Ok, here."
"Ultear!" - Gray exclaimed in terror as he saw how his teacher's daughter, was helping Lyon.
Lyon was confused as well, but decided to ignore it and focus on his target, he quickly threw the vial against Deliora as he watched the ice begin to melt - "I knew it, the [Moon Drip] can undo any spell, even the eternal ice of [Iced Shell]!"
"Why?" - Gray asked in despair as he walked over to Ultear - "I was sure you would understand that this was not supposed to happen, you destroyed Ur's last effort!"
Ultear bit her lip when she heard this as she kept a serious expression, after all, she trusted Kurama's words.
"Am I not aware of something important?" - Gray asked, confused.
"I don't know either" - answered Ultear as she watched the ice start to disappear from the huge demon's body - "But what I can assure you, is that Kurama asked me to do it, and I trust him."
". . ." - Gray was silent for a few seconds before looking in the direction of the demon, who was about to break free from his prison completely.
"Finally!" - Lyon exclaimed excitedly as he watched Deliora move its hands, only to freeze when he saw the huge demon's body begin to fall apart - "No! NO!"
"What's going on?" - Gray asked in confusion as he watched all this.
"A side effect of [Iced Shell], I told Ultear to deliver the [Moon Drip] to that man because I didn't feel any sort of vitality in that thing" - Kurama replied as he appeared in front of the group, only to walk in the direction of the demon with a serene expression on his face.
"Who the hell are you, and what did you do!" - Lyon exclaimed, completely upset because he couldn't believe that his greatest wish, had vanished as quickly as he had managed to complete his plan.
Kurama gave him a glare before completely ignoring him and continuing to walk over to the demon.
"Don't you fucking ignore me!" - Lyon exclaimed as he created countless ice creatures.
Kurama snorted in disdain before making them disappear with a wave of his arm.
"Impossible, what kind of monster are you?" - Lyon said, terrified because he could feel the white-haired man's latent power after he made his move.
Kurama continued to ignore him until he reached the remains of Deliora with a serious expression on his face and see how the fog, produced by the ice surrounding the demon's body, started to increase.
"I see, you kept fighting even after sacrificing yourself, you are someone worthy of praise" - said Kurama while looking carefully as a female silhouette appeared in the middle of the fog - "Truly, this level of beauty is impressive".
The woman did not respond, she just watched with surprise not only her students, but also the woman in the distance - ". . ."
"You know, I made a contract with her" - Kurama said as he brought his hand closer to where the woman made of mist - "And as Uzumaki, I have a duty to keep my promises"
The woman didn't answer, she slowly felt something grab her.
Kurama quickly used a strange sphere he had taken out of his storage seal, and prepared for the next step - "Fuin!"
The female silhouette was surprised when she saw her body being absorbed by the strange sphere, only to disappear along with the rest of the mist that covered the place.
"What was that?" - Gray asked as he walked over to the albino with a serious expression because he could feel a huge sense of familiarity for the female silhouette that had appeared.
"That, was your teacher's soul" - Kurama answered calmly, surprising everyone present.
"S-She was Ur?" - Lyon asked with surprise and terror because he could feel the look of disappointment of that strange woman - "Did I make a mistake?"
"It's obvious you did, you idiot!" - Gray exclaimed as he gave his former brother a firm punch in the face - "Did you not think of the consequences of freeing Deliora?!"
". . ." - Lyon ducked his head as he bit his lip.
"I just wanted to show Ur that I had succeeded in avenging her" - Lyon said as tears ran down his cheeks - "I just wanted to tell her that I finished what she started, so no one else would have to go through what we went through losing our families to that demon."
"And if you didn't make it?" - Gray asked as he gritted his teeth in fury. He could understand Lyon's desire for revenge because he too wanted to kill that demon, but he also understood that if he failed, not only would he end up dead, but so would many more people because Deliora was a beast that only sought destruction.
". . ." - Lyon said nothing in response, he just let his former friend yell and insult him because he now understood that he had acted like an idiot.
"Why did you take her soul?" - Ultear asked as she walked to her master.
"Because this is the only way to bring her back to the world of the living" - answered Kurama calmly.
Ultear's eyes widened in fear as she quickly grabbed the albino's hands - "Don't do it, reviving someone is a taboo, one that caused Zeref's birth!"
"Relax, that's one of my innate abilities, there's no way I'll suffer for doing something I've done at least 10 times" - Kurama replied as he tried to calm the girl down, not noticing the change in the two boys' expression.
