Extra 19: Change the World (66)

"Are you still thinking about what Irasue-san told you?" - Izumi asked as she looked at the dog boy.

"Yeah, I still can't believe that it was because of a man's jealousy that my mother and I had to be separated from our family" - Inuyasha said as he gritted his teeth.

"Do you want to talk?" - Izumi asked as she sat down next to the boy.

"No, I just want to keep training and become stronger" - replied Inuyasha as he drew a long breath - "I want to be so strong that I don't want to lose my loved ones again."

"Then I have no choice but to help you" - smiled Izumi as she put her hand on the boy's shoulder - "Come on, it's time for me to teach you something new"

"What are you planning?" - Inuyasha asked as he raised an eyebrow.

"I need to make some preparations, I want us to meet in an hour near that big tree" - said Izumi as she pointed to the biggest tree in the forest they were in.

"Ok" - nodded Inuyasha, still confused because he didn't understand what the girl was trying to do.

Izumi quickly disappeared from the place and reappeared in a nearby clearing, before taking the seal she kept and used it to return home.

"Huh? Izumi?" - said a familiar voice - "What are you doing here?"

"I came to talk to Tousan" - Izumi replied, though her expression changed as she saw that the familiar appearance she associated with Tsunade, had changed drastically - "Tsunade Kaasan, is it really you?!"

"Of course it's me" - Tsunade replied as she frowned slightly - "Do I look that different from my normal appearance?"

"You're not that different, it's just that the changes are quite apparent" - Izumi replied as she frowned and noticed these slight details, the first one being, the blonde woman's clear increase in size, as well as the enlargement of her breasts, hips, and the appearance of strange red pointed horns on the woman's forehead, she could even notice that Tsunade's silky hair now seemed to be much more bristly - "Tousan succeeded?"

"Yes, the experiment was a success" - Tsunade replied as she nodded - "I am now learning to master my new abilities, though as you can see from the destruction I have caused, the result of my training is not so favorable."

"Does that mean we can give chakra to Inuyasha and the others?" - Izumi asked excitedly.

"I'm sorry, but that's not possible" - replied Tsunade with a frown - "Chakra is an extremely dangerous energy that must not be spread to other worlds"

"But we are already spreading it by appearing in this dimension, one more person won't make much difference" - replied Izumi with a frown.

"Izumi, I know you like that boy, but this is serious" - Tsunade said seriously - "We can't just give this power to a person we just met, not when the history of our dimension taught us how cruel people are when they acquire this level of power."

Izumi was silent before letting out a sigh - "I'm sorry..."

"You don't have to apologize, I'm sure you said this while thinking of what was best for your boy, though I want you to remember something... You are a daughter of the Uzumaki clan, and as such, you can't just ignore your family for the benefit of a person you just met, even if that's the boy you like" - Tsunade said seriously - "Remember the first rule of the clan."

"Family always comes first" - muttered Izumi while nodding - "I understand, please don't tell Tousan that I mentioned this."

"Don't worry, I don't plan to" - nodded Tsunade as she pondered - "As for your request, I think Kurama might accept it, although that will have to wait until all of us go through the conversion process".

"I understand, I'll ask him later" - Izumi nodded as she went to the mansion - "Is Tousan free?"

"Yes, though the others have to be pestering him to be transformed as well" - said Tsunade while shaking her head.

"I hope they're not convincing him the way I think" - Izumi said with disgust.

"I'm not promising anything, I mean, they haven't seen your father in months" - replied Tsunade while smiling slightly.

"Did you do it while you were working?" - Izumi asked in disgust.

"Not in the least, your father was all the time focused on his experiments even though I sent him clear signals that I wanted to have some personal time with him, I guess that shows how serious he was about increasing our life span" - Tsunade replied as she shrugged - "Anyway, I guess I better get back to my training or things might get out of hand when I go home and try to hug my babies."

Izumi shivered slightly because she had heard of Tsunade's superhuman strength, so she didn't want to imagine the level of power she had reached now that she had become an Oni.

After saying goodbye to Tsunade, Izumi walked towards the Uzumaki mansion and let out a sigh of relief when she saw how her mothers were all chatting in the living room.

"Izumi-chan?" - Mikoto said with a smile - "What are you doing here?"

"I came to see you and talk with Tousan" - replied Izumi as she looked around - "And where is he?"

"Kurama?" - Mikoto said while checking the surroundings - "I think he went to his room, so he could rest, I mean, he's been locked up in the lab for over two months..."

"I guess that makes sense" - nodded Izumi as she let out a sigh.

"What did you want to talk with him for?" - Mikoto asked as she looked at her daughter.

"Actually, I just wanted to ask his permission, so I could enter the hyperbolic time chamber" - replied Izumi as she looked at her mother.

"Is it for your boyfriend?" - Mikoto asked with a frown.

Izumi nodded weakly as she noticed the change in her mother's expression.

"Daughter, I think you're giving too much and getting nothing in return" - Mikoto said as she looked at her princess - "I support you in your decision to date him, but this can't go on like this, after all, we are not a community service."

"Why do you all say something like that to me?" - Izumi asked with annoyance.

"Because we can see beyond your rose-colored glasses" - replied Mikoto while looking at her daughter - "I don't ask him to give you something of an equivalent value, I, as a mother, only ask him to give you something that shows his love for you, but he hasn't even given you a flower."

Izumi tried to say something to defend Inuyasha, though the words got stuck in her throat. Yes, this time was far less advanced than her dimension, however, that didn't mean Inuyasha had his hands crossed to give her a nice gesture, an affectionate gift, even if it was a measly flower.

"I see you understand what I'm talking about" - Mikoto said as she looked at her daughter - "Honestly, if it wasn't that I saw his mind and that Ino can confirm it too, I would feel that boy is trying to take advantage of you."

"Inuyasha would never do something like that!" - Izumi exclaimed almost immediately.

The other women of the clan looked at Izumi with a frown as they noticed how the girl averted her gaze.

"What's wrong?" - Kushina asked as she looked at the mother and daughter duo.

"It's nothing, we were just talking about my daughter's boyfriend" - replied Mikoto as she shook her head - "Though I see I spoke out of turn."

Izumi bowed her head before letting out a sigh - "I'm sorry for reacting like that, Kaasan."

"Don't worry, this means that your feelings are in the right place" - Mikoto nodded calmly as she looked at her daughter - "It doesn't change my opinion though."

Izumi again looked up and observed the seriousness in her mother's black eyes - "I understand... I guess I'll have to leave for now"

"Aren't you going to stay for lunch?" - Kushina asked as she looked at her best friend.

"No, I still have to prepare a training area" - replied Izumi as she shook her head.

Kushina frowned slightly as she connected the dots, so she quickly tossed a bag to her friend's daughter.

"What is this?" - Izumi asked in surprise.

"It's a gift from me, though I recommend you not to use it all" - Kushina said while shaking her head.

Mikoto looked at Kushina with surprise, though she quickly let out a small laugh - "I see..."

"¿?" - Izumi looked at the two women who took care of her and trained her all this time, before quietly walking away.

"Why did you give her those pills?" - Mikoto asked as she looked at her best friend.

"I don't know what you're talking about" - Kushina replied while feigning innocence.

"You know very well that those pills are still in the experimental stage, and so far they have had strange effects on the test subjects, such as excessive energy increase" - said Mikoto with a frown.

"Don't you feel like it will be fun to see that kid doing all kinds of strange activities to try to reduce the amount of energy inside his body?" - Kushina asked with a huge smile.

"What if they use another method?" - Mikoto asked neutrally as she made it clear what she was referring to.

"Oh... I didn't think of that..." - Kushina muttered with a pale face as she imagined what the child between Izumi and the dog boy would look like.
