"I missed eating your food, mom" - said Kagome with a smile as she felt her body relax after so many battles and adventures.
"I was a little worried because I hadn't heard from you, but seeing you here makes me fill with relief" - sighed Kimi as she shook her head - "How has your stay been in the past?"
"At first it was a bit complicated because the general conditions are much worse than in the present, but after a few weeks I started to feel much better, even with the inconveniences" - replied Kagome while shaking her head.
"It's impressive how much you have matured, my dear granddaughter" - said grandfather Higurashi as he looked at his granddaughter and nodded - "Even with my little holy power, I can feel your growing power, I couldn't be prouder."
"Thank you grandfather, by the way, your talismans saved me more than once, so I'm the one who should be proud of you, after all, the spiritual power of the present is minimal, which means it must have cost you a lot to create even one of the talismans, and you gave me ten" - sighed Kagome as she looked appreciatively at her grandfather - "I regret not understanding your actions when I had not yet traveled to the past, now I understand that you are much cooler than I thought you were"
Grandpa Higurashi smiled slightly, after all, no one minded hearing other people give them praise.
"Oh, grandpa, I was forgetting, you won't believe what happened in the past" - Kagome said while explaining the general situation.
"Wait a second, are you saying that Kurama-dono is actually the Daiyokai Nurarihyon!" - Grandpa Higurashi exclaimed as he felt his heart stop for a few seconds.
"Yes, and my mothers are Tamamo no Mae, Shuten-doji, and Sojobo" - added Izumi as she shrugged her shoulders.
"The Kitsune Beauty, the Tyrant Oni, and the Guardian of Mount Kurama!" - Grandpa Higurashi exclaimed as he fell into a sitting position while letting out a big sigh - "Wait, is that the reason why Mount Kurama is called that?"
"Not exactly, but it's not that far from reality" - replied Izumi as she shook her head.
"I didn't think Kurama-dono was someone so famous..." - Kimi said while covering her mouth with her hands - "So all the stories about that Yokai are real?"
"Yes, or at least I think so, I haven't read them enough to confirm it completely" - replied Izumi while shaking her head.
"By the way, where is Kikyo?" - Inuyasha asked as he frowned.
"Oh, she has to be studying at school, honestly, I've been wondering if she's really you, Kagome" - said Kimi as she looked at her daughter.
"Huh? Why?" - Kagome asked in surprise.
"Because she's a lot smarter than you were" - replied Kimi as she walked to her room and came back with the priestess' notebook.
Kagome let out an indignant gasp, though her expression changed when she saw how the notes from her past life were nearly perfect - ". . ."
"What does that number mean?" - Inuyasha asked, confused by the situation.
"It means that she's very smart" - Kimi answered because she honestly didn't know if this boy would understand what she was trying to explain.
"Oh, Kikyo was always known for her intellect, though Kagome isn't that far behind" - replied Inuyasha as he shook his head - "It's just that her intelligence is different"
"Ho ~?" - Kimi looked at her daughter, who was embarrassed by the dog boy's kind words - "Really?"
"Yes" - Inuyasha nodded as he explained the situations in which Kagome's plans had saved their asses.

"I didn't expect you to come back to the present so soon" - said the Kurama of the present as he looked at his other version.
"I thought you would know this day would come" - replied the original Kurama as he shook his head.
"I'll be honest with you, I don't mind remembering things that happened so many years ago" - said the second Kurama as he shook his head - "Anyway, I want to know the reason why you called me, and I don't think it has to do with me having been in contact with that Succubus."
"The truth is, I do mind you having contact with her, at least for now" - said the original Kurama as he shook his head - "It gives me a similar feeling to the idea of using the clones during our intimate nights with our wives."
"Oh, you have a point, I didn't think of it that way" - mused the second Kurama as he started to think - "Anything else?"
"Yes, I'd like to know a few things, though I'm sure you won't answer me this" - said the original Kurama as he looked at his future version.
"Ask away, you don't lose anything by trying" - said the second Kurama as he let out a laugh.
"What happened to Naraku?" - Asked the original Kurama while frowning slightly.
"He died" - answered the second Kurama while shrugging his shoulders - "That fate is impossible to overcome, I know it, you know it, no need to ask stupid questions to test me, get straight to the point, that's something we've always done."
"The destiny of the pearl" - Kurama said seriously.
"Ho ~?" - a small smile appeared on the Kurama of the future as he thought a bit about his words - "Why do you want to know about that?"
"Why don't we get straight to the point, and you answer me?" - The original Kurama asked as he glared at his other self - "That's something we've always done."
"Using my words against me, I didn't think you were so spiteful" - said the second Kurama as he shook his head - "Anyway, it's not like this is a secret.... What happened with the pearl is also obvious, I destroyed it after I made Kagome release the captive person inside it."
The original Kurama was silent for a few seconds before nodding - "I see."
"Anything else?" - The second Kurama asked as he created a plastic chair and sat down - "Because I have some things to do, such as starting to create a connection between our home with the mansion you created near Kagome's family"
"Yes, I want to know one last thing" - said the original Kurama while moving his lips.
The second Kurama was silent as his expression froze - "You shouldn't have said that."
"I didn't say anything, so I didn't risk it, although from your reaction it's obvious that you're not going to answer me" - sighed the original Kurama while frowning slightly.
"It's obvious, you didn't ask any questions" - replied the future Kurama, though it was obvious to both of them that he wouldn't answer his other self.
"That might affect my plans, it might even change our future, that's why I took the risk to ask you, although it seems I'm overthinking it" - said the original Kurama while shaking his head - "Thank you for answering me, even without saying a single word."
The second Kurama smiled slightly before shaking his head - "You don't have to thank me, as you said yourself, I didn't answer you."
"True, but your attitude is more than enough to answer, so I'm going to continue with my plan" - replied the original Kurama before turning away.
The Kurama of the future shook his head before disappearing from the place, after all, he didn't want to risk more than necessary and say something he shouldn't, something that could change the past, and consequently, his present.
"Did you hear everything?" - The original Kurama asked when he saw that his other self had disappeared.
"It was impossible not to when you were the one who told me to come" - said Hitomi as she shrugged - "I didn't expect to meet a time traveler, much less one who had enough power to interact with his other time self, I guess this proves your enormous power, dear ~"
"I'm sorry for not revealing anything about my true self" - Kurama said as he shook his head - "But now that I'm coming to the final preparations of my plan, I won't be able to return to the present."
"That's a bit annoying, more so when I was enjoying our relationship" - sighed Hitomi as she shook her head - "I guess that's why you want your present self to take care of me?"
"The two of us are one and the same, he is me, and I am him" - replied Kurama with a small smile - "And seeing how active he is in trying to contact you, I guess our little encounters left a huge mark on me."
"What can I say, I'm a Succubus of the highest level, any man I touch, becomes a slave to my touch" - replied Hitomi while letting out a small laugh - "Ok, I understand what you want to do, and I'm going to try, although I'm not promising anything because you're the one who conquered me, both physically and sentimentally."
Kurama's lips arched upwards when he heard this as he took the Succubus by the waist and gave her a kiss on the cheek - "I didn't think my presence was so important to you."
