Roberto wasn't a tech guy. He was the muscle—his primary skills included taking people out and intimidation. So if he wanted to try and figure out who his boss's weak point was, he would need to get Ray to cooperate.

Ray was the resident hacker but he was a spineless wimp who feared Mr. Gold more than anything. This could get tricky.

He casually leaned over the back of the desk chair where Ray was working on hacking into the police's records to see what they knew about their business in the port. "Hey there, Ray. Remember how you owe me a favor?"

The hacker looked up at him warily. Having someone of Roberto's standing want a favor from you was never a good sign.

"…yes. What do you want?"

"Not much. I only want you to figure out where the boss has been hiding."

Ray's eyes went wide and his fingers stopped flying over the keyboard in shock. "You want me to what?!"
