The Dixons

John Abramson had been approached by multiple people asking for autographs while waiting for his flight to board. It was both flattering and annoying.

He hadn't realized his book would become such a big deal when he wrote it. He had only wanted to delve into the mind behind the chaos that rocked his hometown. The way he saw it, digging into the Blade's past and seeing the warning signs was the best way to prevent things like this from happening again.

He would never forget how his neighbors had been found dead because a coworker had gone by the house to check on them after the husband hadn't shown up at work for three days without notice. Their four-year-old daughter had been found covered in dried blood from clinging to her parents bodies.

She had been too young to know to call 911 and had been too terrified to even go outside and yell for help after it happened. Police speculated that she had seen the whole thing happen but they couldn't get a word out of her.
