Lies Upon Lies

Hazel stopped drawing when Will woke up for real because he needed to print the documents and she wasn't about to let him go off on his own. Not now when she wasn't sure what he would do.

She needed to get her hair dyed anyway and so did he. They could go together.

Putting her iPad down, she took off her pajamas and re-bandaged her wounds. Once she was dressed she stared at herself in the mirror. Dark circles were under her eyes and they had a haunted look to them.

She looked both scared and exhausted. That about summed things up.

Hazel's hair was in need of a touchup anyway; her roots were starting to grow in. The hairstylist should be able to see the natural color and change it back easily enough.

She was going to miss having colored hair. It had been a part of who she was since she graduated from high school. At this point she hardly remembered what she looked like as a blonde aside from it being incredibly childish.
