Valley of the Ifirts

Roaring in anger Michael's dragon clutched his limp mate as his death sent everyone scattering. "Wow there death dragon," exclaimed Baqan. "What are you trying to do kill us all? Well honestly I'm not sure you can kill us, but I'd rather not test the theory."

"What have you done to my mate," roared Michael as he held her closer to his body drawling little comfort from her warm skin and beating heart.

Pointing at him Barqan shrugged as he stated, "I haven't done anything, but if you calm down enough I can see what's wrong with her."

"You are not getting anywhere near my mate again!"

"Oh, the two of you just stop," complained an older woman with dark brown hair and brown eyes who bravely entered the King's death to stand in front of him.

"Mother," shouted Barqan as the blackness gathered around her swallowing her whole.

"If we always leave things up to men we'd always be at war," complaned the woman who was now engulfed in flames and treding toward the King.

Her hair was no longer brown but had become flames. Flaming red hair as it danced around her long point ears snapping and popping in the wind as it blew. Her body was covered in a tan-colored fur while saiga style horns pushed up from the top of her head. Other then those slight changes the woman stayed the same in size and power level that Michael could feel. Deeming her a lower threat, if any at all, then the creature that took shape right in front of him Michael's dragon eyed him.

A cat-like demon now stood where Barqan had before. His body was covered in short black fur and atop his head were two massive sets of horns that put Michael's to shame hands down. His horns curled out from the top of his head right behind his long pointed ears. From there they spread out behind him a good four or five feet. His horns were a black and Michaels scales making the creature even more imposing than the flames that floated up from the eye sockets of his cat-like face. "How strange the Gods have cursed her," said the woman bringing Michael's anger and rage filled eyes down on her. "Don't look at me in that tone of voice. My people have nothing to do with that God and I would highly suggest that you didn't either," snapped the woman in a mother like tone as she placed her hands on her hip.

"I don't care who this Wep-" began Michael as everything went dark and collapts to the ground.

When Sky came to she found herself on a comfortable pile of brightly colored pillows. All of the Kings Guards and her own were gathered around her as a low conversation could be heard. "I don't know why the God has cursed those two, but I can tell you it's because they don't want them talking to someone about him. Whoever it is, your King and Queen will be the only ones in direct contact with them," said a woman that Sky didn't recognize.

"Then why make them pass out when they tried to talk to you about it," asked Jamie probably taking notes on the subject.

"That kind of magic is specific you can't say you can tell everyone except for so and so because there are loopholes. Say I can't tell you about this flower and its medical properties because of a curse, but I can tell the fire dragon about it. If I sat the fire dragon next to you and then tell him all about it, it would be the same as telling you without directly telling you. But if I make it where I can't tell anyone about it then there are no loopholes," informed the woman.

"But the rest of us know about it so why wouldn't we be cursed too," asked Eli as he glanced back at her noticing she was now awake. "My Queen."

Smiling at him Sky crawled out from the heaver weight on to of her. Hearing someone grumbled Sky turned to see that the weight was Michael. "How long was I out?"

"Only twenty minutes or so," replied Gregory placing his hand on her arm checking her health.

Freeing herself, Sky was happy that her wings were now gone making the extraction process a lot easier. Trying to join the others Sky yipped when she felt a sharp pain in her rear. Looking over her shoulder Sky frowned at the sight of Michael holding her tail firmly in his hand. "Man why is that still there," grumbled Sky trying to free her tail.

"Because that is a permit part of you, like the ears," answered the strange woman drawing Sky's attention.

"What do you mean perminate? Like it's never going away," asked Sky giving up and sat down where she was.

"Exactly that, your tail and ears will never go away. Like the manticore shifters in the south have their tail and wings out permanently," informed the woman.

"So you know what I am," asked Sky leaning toward the woman.

"You are a Kitling that I'm sure, but what kind is unknown to me but I have my suspicions," informed the woman.

"What is a Kitling," asked Kyle scooting a little closer to the woman.

"Kitling is a juvenile winged cat. Like a fledgling for you dragons," stated the woman.

"So I'm a type of winged cat," asked Sky trying to think about any myths that involved winged cats.

"Yes and no. No one will know for sure until your other half is strong enough to greet the world," replied the woman.

"What do you suspect she is," asked Kyle glancing between Sky and the woman.

"That I'll keep to myself. If she is what I think she is then it's not by happenstance you have come to this village. Now tell me about the dead army's I hear about in the south," asked the woman changing the subject.

"There isn't much to tell," grumbled Michael as he pushed himself up from the pillows. "What happened?"

"You're cursed the same as Sky. You can not talk about the God Wet Haired Pet," informed Eli.

"It's Wepwawet," corrected the woman.

"Who is this God anyway," asked Owen. "I've never heard of him in any myths or legions here or in the south."

"And you won't," growled Barqan as he shifted positions behind the woman as he snorted.

"As far as we know he doesn't have any ties to this world, and it's best if it stays that way," informed the Older man who'd remained quiet beside the woman until this moment.

"Why is that," asked Michael placing himself in-between Eli and Kyle.

"Wepwawet isn't like any other God we've ever met. Most Gods have jurisdiction of several things that correlate together like fertility and spring. Death and winter kind of correlation. This God is different. He is a War God, but he's also the God of the dead," informed the older man.

"Those two go hand in hand, so I can see how they correlate. Why do you find that strange," asked Michael.

Sitting there in silence for a while thinking the old man sighed. "This might be hard for you to understand since your people are monotheistic. It would be easier to explain to the southern dragons who are polytheistic but I'll try.

There are many different deities whose job it is to deal with the dead, but that's their only job. There is a Jackal god who judges the souls of the dead to see if they are worthy to ascend to the afterlife. Then there is a Gods who rule the underworld like the God Hades, but he is not the God of Death that titles belong to Thanatos. Then there is the Goddess Hel. She rules a section of the underworld in which her people go to when they die of natural causes. Wepwawet on the other hand is war, death, and God of the dead. Nothing good ever comes from where he treads.

Wepwawet is known as the "opener of the way" and is said to have split the sky and the earth. We all know that he has close ties to the creator, the one who creatures worlds. He's the man behind the chess boards of life. If he directed a war then there is no stopping it, but he's not like most war gods. They want udder discruction, death, and chaos, this War God wants total annihilation and genocide. He's destroyed planets just to get what he wants. On top of that most Death Gods only rule over and control their own people. Say, like you dragons. Your souls return to the mother and she decides when you are reborn and what you are reborn as. If he wanted to he could take one of those souls and move it to a different world. He could make it into something he see's fit. Like he was king of all of the undersworlds.

No one knows much about him other then he's allusive and stays in the shadows mostly. Not like any of us care because we don't want to get caught up in his game, because no one lives long in the games he plays. To put it plainly if the creator wanted to see a person and there were too many people standing in the way. This creature is who they would send to open the way and let that person through."

"Man I'd hate to be that person having to walk across the dead bodies to get there," said Grant absentmindedly like he was envisioning such a thing.

Laughing the old man shook his head. "They wouldn't have a clue because nothing but ash would remain. His blue flames leave nothing standing, not even the rocks can escape it."

"That sounds like someone's fire that I know," said Michael looking behind him at Sky who was purposely not looking at him.

Nodding in agreement the group turned back to the old man as he stated, "Not many can wield the blue flame. A fire that burns to ash instantly or heal with its touch. No other has that duality. They are known as the devine flames and the will of God the creator of all things. If you can wield such fire then you Milady are a divine beast, which means a holy war is coming to this land. Barqan what exactly did the God say to the Dragon Queen. What exactly did you see?"

Rolling his eyes Barqan, "I don't really remember."

Whirling on him the old man's beast came out as he snarled at the man, "Barqan you are now King of the Ifrit! It is your job to see and know all! I can not ask the dragon Queen your she'll pass out again. Sit up straight boy! Act like the King you're supposed to be!"

Huffing Barqan sat up straighter as he glared at the snickering dragons. "Okay father, no need to get all angry."

With that Barqan told him about what the god had said almost to the letter. Strangley Barqan even noticed the black spots that had covered Sky skin, and how sad the God looked as he rubbed it. "I told you that those walking dead were trouble. I knew something vile had come here long ago, but you didn't want to listen," snapped the woman hitting the old man on the shoulder. "If Orcus is here, we're all doomed because Wepwawet will come to claim his head."

"Who is Orcus," asked Michael interrupting the couples spat.

Turning her attention back to Michael the old woman looked grievously at Sky before turning to Michael. "He was once a powerful God and King of an underworld. His underwood was over people who had broken an oath of any kind, being wedding vows, to an oath of loyalty. Like us he got greedy for souls and purposely pushed people to make and break their oaths. He became evil and something else completely. His taint began to corrupt completely consuming all souls whether good or bad. His evil shifted the balance to much and the Marshall was sent to right the balance."

"What is a Marshall," inquired Kyle asking the question everyone else wanted to know.

"Think of your military. You have people who keep the peace with a city known as the city guards. The guards belong to the military branch of that city. Well on earth they have the same thing but they are not members of the military. They are restricted to their city or county in which they work and reside. They have a leader which is the Sherif who presides over the entire county and is elected by the people. The Marshall is a member of that Force, but they have jurisdiction everywhere and is appointed by the reigning government," informed the older man.

"So they are a hired assassin," asked Owen seemingly understanding it more than anyone else.

"Yes, but they are bound by unbreakable laws unlike assassins who can kill freely," informed the woman.

"Marshalls are scarier then assassins. Assassins were raised and trained to kill. Marshalls are born to. They learn, evolve, adapt, and absorb everything. Believe me if they send a Marshall here the entire world will know it. You will feel him deep in your bones and you will shake in fear.

If Orcus is behind this dead army that plagues the south then Wepwawet will send a Marshall. He's been hunting him for a long time now, which means when he arrives Wepwawet will stake a claim on this planet. I hope your Goddess is ready for an invasion. As of now our hunters have returned and I must attend to them," stated the man as he pushed himself to his feet.

Looking at the man wondering why he would have to excuse himself Sky's dragon looked inside of him. Seeing all of the memories of him slaughtering people Sky was instantly on her feet and out the door. Racing toward the gathering of people Sky slid to a stop at the sight of a line of empty wagons. Expecting to see them full of people all she found were a bunch of Jinn's looking at her like she was crazy. "You have the divine sight as well I see," laughed the old man making his way past her and toward the waiting merchants who stood in front of the wagon train.

"I saw that you eat humans," snarled Sky as blue flames shot up around her.

"What," gasped several voices behind her.

"That's absurd," shouted another.

Shrugging his shoulders the old man took a bag one of the merchants offered him. The small leather bag was no bigger than a coin purse and as he opened it, it revealed little red crystals. Picking the blood-red crystal out that was too deep in color to be a ruby the old man walked back toward Sky. "Of course we eat humans. We are the Ifrit of the Jinn. We are the rulers of the underworld and the prisons of the damned. We feast on souls of the corrupt and the evil. Nothing tastes better than a sinner's flesh and soul," stated the man has he held the crystal out toward Sky.

Suddenly an man appeared terrified and crying. Looking around quickly the man instantly ran toward Michael and threw himself at his feet. "My King please save me," screamed the man looking between Michael and the people behind him.

"You've been eating people within my own city," roared Michael completely upset that he had no clue that these desert rats were eating humans.

"We visit every city at least once a year. Your city at least twice," laughed Barqan as if there was nothing wrong with what they were doing.

Michael went to respond back to him when everyone froze at the sound of Skys beasts aggressive knocking. "If you're going to kill him any way can my people at least have him. Between his flesh and his soul, he'll feed a family for at least a month. It would be a waste if you burnt him to ash for his sins," commented Barqan as he licked his chops.

Looking between Barqan, Sky, and the man he knew well Michael asked, "What is it that you have done Lord Leard?"

"I have done nothing, my King! Please save me from these demons!"

Turning his attention to Sky who was pushing herself to her feet Michael watched her picking the crystals out of the old man's coin purse and looking at them. "Do they die quickly," asked Sky handing him back the bag before heading toward the line of people holding the exact same things.

"A lot quicker and less painful than the cleansing fires," informed the old man ignoring the man who was pleading for his life holding onto the King's pants.

"Humph," replied Sky handing the last bag back to the merchant who held it as her flames went out.

Making her way back toward the King and his guards her tail swished angrily behind her. "Her ears are super flat. She's supper angry," said April as she leaned in toward Alivia

"Lord Leard is rumored to have a thing for little boy's, but no one has been able to prove it," stated Alivia as he dragon rattled in anger.

Shaking the human Lord off of his leg Michael asked, "Do you only hunt humans? An what exactly did he do to earn a spot on your menu?"

"We tried dragon once, but your kinds tastes burnt, and the flavor is horrible. So yes we only hunt humans. As for what made his soul black I have no clue, but it's defiantly pitch black and juicy looking," stated Barqan as several hungry growls followed causing Lord Leard to cry out again in attempts for Michael to save him."

Glancing over at his mate who was debating something internally by the pinched expression on her face Michael asked, "Sky what did he do to deserve death?"

Jerking as she came back from where ever her mind had gone Sky made her way to his side. Glaring down at the man her beast gave her version of a rattle. "He had done a lot. The most recent was the death of a little boy. He scalped the boy because he wanted to keep his pretty golden hair. The child died of infection caused by the scalping which took days. Within those days he raped the boy repeatedly."

Instantly Michaels dragon was out as he tore apart the man in front of him. Smoke billowed from his nose as he panted with the rage that filled him leaving only little bits of the man behind. "Well that was a waste," complained Barqan. "You could have at least let me harvest his soul before you went and tore him into bits. Just saying," added Barqan when Michael snarled at him.

"I hate to change the subject," said Gregory making his way toward the front of the group of Guards. "Is that why you send merchants out? They are your hunters. While they are selling your goods they are hunting for really bad people like that man? The dragon blood medicines, resins, and incense are just a ruse?"

Sighing at the sight of carnage on the ground Barqan shook his head no. "No actually that's our one source of income. That how we can afford the carrots and potatoes to go with our suppers. We don't just survive off of humans and their souls. But it is our means to enter all of the cities and stay for a bit."

"With as rare as your stuff is it should sell quickly," said Jamie puzzling everything out in his head. "I'd say you could sell everything in one day. How long does it take you to hunt?"

"We normally can find a corrupt soul within a day or two of arriving. No longer then a merchant passing through would stay on any given day," replied Barqan. "I take it after this we are no longer going to be allowed within your cities?"

Gaining some composure over himself Michael pushed his dragon down enough to hide his scales. Looking at his mate who was off again in her own world Michael shook his head. "That is out of my realm of expertise. I will leave it to my mate."

Without acknowledging what was said Sky walked up to Barqan, grabbed his face and kissed him fully on the mouth. Power bloomed out from her causing Michael to choke on his growl as Barqan screamed in rage as he pulled at a set of Golden armlets. "What the Hell," shouted Barqan as his demon form tried to chew the armlets off.

"What was that," snarled Michael with his dragon back on the surface.

"A contract," informed Sky like she hadn't just lip locked another man. "He can reside here within our lands continuing to do what they have all these years without interference from us. These lands will belong to the Jinn as long as they want it. The can continue to harvest the truly evil people as long as they stay unnoticed and undiscovered by anyone else. They can only harvest evil people. In exchange, they help us whenever we are in need of them. If at any time they harvest someone who isn't evil or refuse to help the King it will be considered a breach of contract," said Sky smiling at her upset mate who was trying really hard not to kill the cat like demon who was attempting to chew off his arm.

"What's up with the armlets," asked Eli cringing at the sight.

"They are the bonds of our contract," informed Sky whining as Barqan managed to chew his arm off only for it to reappear again along with the armlet.

"You're going to get us all killed," growled Michael eyeing all of the shocked faces around them.

"No, I'm not. He can't kill me because he's bound to me and it would be a breach of contract. If they attack me then they will have to also attack him because he's bond to me under the contract, and they will not fight or kill their King. If the King dies then so does the magic and then so do they. They draw their power from earth, but since they are not on earth any more they draw their power from the King who is bound to the earth," stated Sky cringing at the site of Barqan's blood-covered face as he snarled at her.

"Why did you do this," roared Barqan as he held up his golden armlets.

"So that I can sleep better at night knowing that you aren't eating normal people," stated Sky in a mater of fact tone of voice. "I also know why you are here. He just told me," added Sky pointing at something no one else could see.

"He just told you about the contracts and you listened to him! Why," roared Barqan as his flames grew higher and hotter with each passing second.

"Because it seemed like a good idea at the time," replied Sky.

"You naive Kitling. We are immortals! We do not grow old like you do. Do you know what happens to me when you die of old age! I can't save you from that! You have domed my entire race," screamed Barqan beyond furious at this point.

"I can release you from the contract before that happens," replied Sky like that solved everything.

"You will release me from it right now," said Barqan practically frothing at the mouth.

Watching her shoulders sag as her ears flatten Sky replied sadly, "I'm sorry I can't."

"And why not," growled Barqan.

"He didn't tell me how to and he won't until Orcus is dead."

"It's easy all you have to do is-," with that Barqan passed out and hit the floor without telling her how to end the contract.

Shaking her head the older woman huffed, "I told you no good would come of this. I told him this morning trouble was brewing and it would walking right passed our wards and into our homes. Now the most terrifying war god ever known has sway on this tiny world and we are all in trouble. At least we don't have to worry about the High dragon discovering us and destroying us all. If he dies at the King's hands then so does his mate," grumbled the older woman before walking away.

"What," roared Michael as obsidian black eyes whirled on her only to receive a sheepish look in return.

"So I didn't know that part until after I made the contract," replaced Sky sheepishly.

"I can't believe you woman! What possessed you to do that," snapped Michael.

"Well Wep-," with that the world turned off for Sky as well.

When Sky awoke this time she found herself back in her room at the castle. Through her bond with Michael she could still feel how angry he was with her. She could also feel him chafing again the bond she now had with Barqan. It felt like his dragon was inside her clawing at it like a cat clawing at a tree. The sensation was strange considering his dragon didn't react this way when she was carrying the bonds to all of the Metal Dragons. Then again they weren't mates at the time either. Her bond with Barqan was different compared to the dragons as well. It felt foreign, not of this world, then again they weren't.

Honestly she couldn't believe she'd listened to the wolfman, but it wasn't like she really listened. No it was more like he said and she did. Her body just kind of acted on its own and until everyone got angry at her she didn't see the harm in it. Up to that moment, her brain was telling her it was the best idea ever. Now she wasn't so sure. Poking at the bond that felt warm and smelled of fire Barqan growled as he suddenly appeared beside the bed. "What woman!"

Screaming in surprise Sky shout out of bed as her dragon instantly cloaked them in invisibility. Michael was instantly in the room and before Barqan could react he was being slammed into the wall. "What are you doing here Barqan," demanded Michael suspending him above the ground by his throat.

"Your mate summoned me. It's not like I want to be here and then she just left," growled Barqan when his eyes turned to flames.

"I'm sorry," replied Sky as her dragon dropped the camouflage. "I didn't mean to. I was just poking at our bond."

Grumbling Michael dropped Barqan before he passed out due to lack of oxygen and growled at his mate. Watching her pull the camouflage but up around her Michael grinned wickedly. "You can't hide from me, my mate. I can see you as clear as day even with your camouflage."

"Really," asked Barqan earning a growl from Michael. "I can't see her at all and I can see through almost all camouflage magic."

"Why are you still her Jinn," asked Micheal as his horns pushed through his skin.

"Leaving now," replied Barqan right before he disappeared.

Turning his attention back toward Sky, Michael marveled at how he could still see her as plain as day even though she wasn't standing in a shadow. She glowed as brightly as the moon within the night sky. "We need to discuss this new bond of yours," growled Michael as he prowled his way across the room toward her. "I don't like it."

"I know," said Sky in a whisper. "I can feel you clawing at it."

"Good," growled Michael as he came to a stop right in front of her. "You are mine and I don't share what's mine. This is mine," growled Michael as he cupped Sky's sex roughly and squeezed. Stepping into her Michael lowered his head until his lips were lightly brushing hers before adding, "And these are mine," before he bit her bottom lip pulling a moan from her."They only belong on my body and no one else." Growling at the smell of Sky's want Michael brought his free hand up and squeeze her breast kneading it before tugging roughly on her nipple. "These are the only thing's on your body I will share," continued Michael causing Sky to cry out as he bent down to pull her taunt red nipple into his mouth and sucked at it greedily. "But I'll only share it when our babies. Have I made myself clear," asked Michael as he ripped the underwear from Sky's body. When Sky didn't answer quickly enough he threw her down to the floor quickly. Her body hit hard enough for her to know he wasn't playing with her, but he protected her head because he didn't want to hurt her. No, he just wanted to dominate her. He wanted her to know that he was the alpha male, and he was in charge. He was the King and he shared nothing!

Roughly tossing her legs over his shoulders Michael position himself at her entrance. Spearing her instantly he didn't give her time to adjust to him instead he growled, "I said have I made myself clear," as he drove into her ruthlessly.

Even if Sky wanted to answer she couldn't. There was no way her brain was making coherent words at the movement. It was currently having a hard time remembering how to breathe. Grasping her hips firmly Michael brought himself into a kneeling pission lifting Sky's ass out of the floor leaving only her shoulders holding her weight. "Maybe I didn't make myself clear enough," growled Michael as his body drove deeper into Sky's needy one causing her to scream loader.

After he found his release Michael flipped Sky over on her belly. Pulling her rear up as she shuddered in the thrall of her latest orgasm he pushed himself into her swollen, hot sheath. Sky's body was covered in a thin sheen of sweat as he worked her body over with his. She was so hot and sexy spread out in front of him like this. This glorious body was his and he wasn't sharing with anyone. Watching himself sliding in and out of her soaked and love reddened pussy he groaned. Just that sight alone almost made him spill his seed inside of her, but not yet. She wasn't done learning her lesson yet. Reaching around her Michael grabbed her clit pinching and rolling it, before digging at it roughly making her buck underneath him. "This is mine. I want you to say it," growled Michael cupping her again, feeling himself sliding in and out of her between his finger.

Bringing his finger back up he began stroking her sisitive bundle of nerves pressing down roughly with his thumb. He continued until she was screaming at him that she was his and that her pussy belonged to him too. Smiling to himself Michael looked back down between their bodies enjoying the view. Feeling her insides began to tighten around him with her next impending orgasm Michael watch her tail stiffen. Watching it raise up high on her body her back began to arch Michael released he'd missed something in her claiming. Smiling like a cheshire cat Michael laughed, "An just so know, I own this too."

Before Sky could even wonder what Michael had meant she felt something pushing into her ass. Her body tightens further on the invader causing Michael to groan and pause in his claiming of her body. Looking over her shoulder Sky could see the invader was his finger as he slid it out of her just to push it back in again. Shuddering at the new sensation Sky moaned as Michael began to move again fucking her in time with his finger. Enjoying the new type of pleasure he pulled another moan from her as he inserted a second finger inside of her. Swirling his fingers she could feel him pressing down inside her assaulting her slick walls from both sides. Screaming incoherently with her release Micheal roared his release right behind her. Chuckling above her Michael nibbled at her shoulders, neck, and ears before scooping her up and packing her to the bathroom. What started as a simple bath turned complicated as they both wound up panting on the floor with most of the water having splashed outside of the tub.

By the time supper came around Michael finally let Sky slide into a set of modified clothes so she could eat. Purring to herself as she devoured everything in front of her everyone watched her tail swish happily. "I guess it's a good thing you're heading to the Land of Wind next. Maybe the Library there will have something on Kitlings," said the High Lord drawing Sky's attention. "Are you still planing on heading out after the ball?"

"You're having a ball," asked Sky pausing in her eating just long enough to speak.

"It is customary to send the King off in style meaning a lavish ball with lots of drinking and dancing," answered the High Lord.

Frowning Sky's nose wrinkled in disgust as she said, "I don't know about drinking, but dancing sounds fun."

"Drinking is fun as long as you know your limit," growled Tanner's father glaring at him down the table.

Setting her fork down Sky thought about it. She didn't own any fancy dresses which meant she'd need to go buy one. Frowning again she grumbled at having to go shopping and worse than just shopping it was dress shopping. Seeing her displeasure Michael rubbed her hand as he asked, "What is it?"

"I hate dresses," grumbled Sky causing everyone to laugh.

From there the conversation turned toward the preparation of the ball including what the King would like to eat down to the music he wanted. Leaving him to it Sky turned in early. She wasn't sure how long she'd been asleep when a growling woke her up. Looking over her shoulder in the direction it came from she found Michael's dragon staring down her with a predatory look. Sliding her eyes down his naked body her eyes stopped on his fisted hand that held himself almost painfully tight. Watching him stroke himself a couple of times Sky looked back up at his face as his horns pushed out of his head and his wings from his back. Pushing herself up from the bed on the verge of protesting how tired she was Sky met a sold wall above her. Wondering when Michael had moved the thought disappeared as he sank his teeth into the back of her neck. Instantly her body was awake and wet as if his teeth were directly connected to her sex. Pushing her legs wider with his knees he settled himself behind her as he held her in place. Sky began to purr at the feel of his weight on top for her. Something deep and primal within her reveled in the feel of him on top of her as he slowly slid inside of her. Sky hadn't noticed her dragon was fully out until she reached out to grab the headboard. As her scale covered hand wrapped around the rail to aid in pushing back to meet Michael's thrusts she moaned. A large black wing swung out over her smaller feathered one pinning it to the matteris securing her in place as his dragon claimed hers. Suddenly her dragon began to make the strange chirping like sound she made in the arena. The sound seemed to put Michael's dragon into a frenzy. He brought his arms up and under her holding onto her shoulders tighter as he drove into her harder and faster. His dragon growled and rattled in response only to downgraded into grunts and groans as he lost him. His thrusts drove her into the headboard with the force he was putting into them. When he came Sky screamed out with it. It felt like liquid fire was pouring into her and the orgasm it created was earth-shattering. Every muscle in her body seized, her eyes touched the back of her skull, and a sun supernova'd behind her eyelids. By the time she came down from that high, everything was sore including her teeth, but she was blessedly sated.

Yawning Sky closed her heavy eyes as her mate chuckled behind her. Rolling off of her Michael pulled Sky on top of him laughing at her half hearted protest. With her small body draped across his, his dragon rattled in pleasure as Sky fell asleep. When she awoke the next morning she found herself still asleep on top of her mate. All though at some point he'd rolled over and she was now sprawled across his back. His dragon was still up from last night, his warm ebony scales a stark contrast to her pure white fur. Even their wings were complete opposites. Her wings might have been longer than his but his were twice a board and engulfed her completly. Her's were white and fluffy compared to his hard, black leather wings. His were leather to her lace, thought Sky smiling to herself.

Sliding off of his back and to the foot of the bad Sky was pulled to a stop as something grabbed her tail. Turning around she looked into two galaxy filled eyes. Within them she could see her reflection as if she was the moon within his night sky. Grabbing her own tail she smiled and him and gave it a slight pull. "What's up with you and hanging onto my tail?"

"What's up with you and hanging onto my horns," chuckled Michael.

"They make good handles," joked Sky as Michael pulled her closer by her tail.

"Well, yours makes a good leash."

Pulling her into his arms Michael nibbled at her neck making her laugh and squirm in his arms. "Quiet I've got to go pee," protested Sky trying to free herself from her mate's clutches.

Feigning heartbreak Michael flopped back onto the bed, "Fine if that's how you feel just leave me then."

"You're right that's exactly how I feel and I don't feel bad about it," laughed Sky rushing off before Michael could stop her again.

With the morning routine behind her Sky smiled to herself as she practically ran down the halls toward the front door. She'd woken up with Michael several times, but today was the first time it felt natural. They got up together, laughed, and played together. They even had a normal conversation while they both brushed their hair. It was like they were really a couple. Well it's not like they weren't, they were mated after all, but most of their time so far was in season. This was their first true morning where mother nature wasn't requiring them to jump the other one's bones. Not that she didn't want to, because the sight of him getting dressed this morning was oddly a turn on. Then again everything about the man turned her on even the way he bends over to put on his socks. Which caused her to walk up behind him grab his hips and thrust into him. All this got her was a smirk and a raised eyebrow from him. She on the other hand almost died of embarrassment because she couldn't believe she just humped the King. Hence why she was practically running down the hallway to get out of the castle.

Making it all the way outside Sky stopped as all of the people outside stopped to bow to her. "My Queen is there something I can help you with," asked one of higher ranking guards as he made his way toward her.

Looking at him strangely on why he was asking her if she needed help Sky looked behind her to say something to April when she realized that she was alone. "Nope I'm good," commented Sky turning around to go back inside just as April, Alivia, and Gregory came charging out of the door.

"Are we having breakfast out in town today," asked April slightly winded.

"Oh that sounds lovely. How about that one pancake place right off the square," asked Alivia.

"Umm," siad both girls together as they turned excited faces toward Sky.

Looking at the two women Sky turned her attention toward Gregory who was giving them a strange look. "Have you ever eaten pancakes, Greg?"

"No My Queen I have not," replied Gregory shaking his head.

Spinning back around on her hills Sky pointed toward the front gate. "Pancakes it is then."

"Does my Queen need a carriage," asked the doorman stepping forward.

"No, we'll walk thank you."

With that Sky and her small group headed off. It wasn't until they got several blocks away from the castle that Sky really noticed all of the stares they were getting. Passing by a storefront Sky paused to look inside at all of the gawking faces. As her eyes adjusted and looked at her reflection Sky cringed. "What's wrong," asked April stepping up next to her and looking into the store.

"I forgot I got permanent ears and a tail," said Sky realizing why everyone was looking at her like a freak. "No wonder why everyone is staring at us."

"Oh, and I thought it was me and my nice new digs. I make this uniform look sexy," said Gregory inspecting himself in the glass.

Laughing all three girls turned and looked at the man who was strutting around like a peacock. "What kind of healer did you accept onto our team," asked Alivia as Gregory blew a kiss at the people inside the store.

"One who's way to vane it seems like," stated Owen emerging out of the crowd of people. "What are you doing My Queen?"

"Hey since we're out here do you think we can ask Sky to get some pancakes," shouted Grant from somewhere behind them all. "Hey Owen where'd you go?"

"Grant over here," shouted Sky looking for him in the middle of the crowded street.

One would think Grant would be easy to spot with his milk chocolate colored skin within a sea of toffee and olive-colored skin but he wasn't. Finally sporting him Sky waved enthusiastically until he spotted them and joined the group. As soon as he was closer to them he smiled really big making his light green eyes sparkle and asked, "Pancakes?"

Tossing her arm around Grant's neck Sky chuckled as they continued down the street, "Why, that's the best thing I've heard all morning."

"No, the best thing you heard this morning was Michael growling out your name as you woke up half the castle at like two o'clock in the morning," complained April.

"What? What that what time he woke me up? Why was he up so late," asked Sky dropping her arm so she could turn to look at Owen and Grant.

Shrugging their shoulders Owen replied, "We aren't in the inner circle. They were having some sort of pow-wow with the High Lord last night."

"Which included drinking because Jamie for whatever reason crawled in my bed last night. Then yelled at me for sleeping in his bed this morning," complained Grant.

"Whatever you enjoyed your snuggle bunny," laughed Alivia slugging him playfully in the arm.

"Jamie is way too small. I'm afraid I'll crush the poor guy. I don't sleep for crap," complained Grant.

Out of the three, now four earth dragons Grant was the biggest. He was a well-muscled man like the rest, but he was just double the man Jamie was. Then again earth movers tended to be the draft horses of the earth dragon community while the healers were all dainty little show ponies. The only one of the King's guards who were broader than him was Kyle, but Kyle was a walking barn compared to most people.

Continuing their teasing everyone stopped when the reached the market square. Everyone eyed a nice specimen of a man as he pulled off his shirt and used it to wipe the sweat off of his brow. Setting the shirt down beside him he began to hammer out whatever he was working on. "Ugg none of you came here for pancakes. You only came here to ogle the smithing guilds newest recruits," complained Owen rolling his eyes. "My Queen you are a mated dragon."

"I'm not a dragon and I'm not dead. You can't tell me that doesn't look nice," replied Sky picking her jaw off the floor.

"Looking is fine as long as she doesn't touch," stated April practicing drooling.

"Yeah no touching," said Grant seconding April as he held onto Alivia's shirt stopping her from heading his way.

"Alivia you're practically a mated dragon what are you doing," grumbled Owen.

"Doesn't mean I can't go flirt," laughed Alivia before rolling her eyes at Owen and saying. "Your such a killjoy. Next time we come to town lets leave Owen at home."

"After today I do not know if leaving the Queen unsupervised in your hands is a good idea. Grant fix yourself you are in public and a representative of the King. You three are a bad influence," snapped Owen at the three grinning women who were currently forming a wall around Grant.

"Good thing he wasn't there with us in the Land of Earth huh," joked April. "Do you remember that one day at Madisons house. When we walked into the kitchen and-"

"Okay April that's enough," snapped Owen. "I don't want to know. You three can keep it to yourselves. It is not proper to have such a conversation in public."

"Ugg you are a killjoy," grumbled Sky before smiling at him and continuing on to the shop that served pancakes.

Pulling a couple of tables closer together Sky and her group put their backs to the wall and looked at the passer by's as they ate their breakfast. Since it was summer and the temperatures were sweltering everyone was enjoying the view. Fire dragons had little modesty due to the heat and the hotter it got the fewer clothes everyone put on. Because of their nature they didn't have to worry about getting sunburnt. They thrived in the heat and the sun and enjoyed the weather on the hot blistering days. Sipping her juice Sky pointed toward a partially good looking man and said, "To the left."

Instantly all eyes went to him. April agreed with Sky, Alivia, disagreed, Grant was indifferent and Owen was just lost on the conversation. Five people into the game Owen asked, "What are you talking about left, right, or middle?"

Instantly all three girls laughed as Grant sat quietly drinking his coffee. When no one answered him Owen rattled at the group. "They are discussing everyone's dicks on if they hang to the left, right, or center," informed Gregory making Grant choke on his coffee. "An that ones is definitely to the right," added Gregory as someone stepped up to their table blocking their view.

"I'll play your game. Does the carpet match the drapes," asked Samuel looking at Gregory's blonde hair and then down at the table that was hiding his neither regions.

Instantly Grant was out of his chair choking as coffee shot out of his nose. "Are these some kind of Land of Earth games? What kind of question is that," asked Owen confused still on what was really going on.

"What's up Sam," asked Sky smiling over her glass of juice.

"The King wished me to inform you that you are broadcasting everything this morning and to ensure you're season is over," chuckled Samuel as Sky's face went bright red.

"What do you mean by broadcasting," asked Sky almost dropping her glass.

Picking up Sky's hand Samuel inspected her condition before grinning. Whenever you mate with someone you can constantly pick up their thoughts and feelings. You also have an open line of communication with them. From what he's said it seems like that bond just kicked in. He also stated that unless you want everyone in the town to die you better conclude your business quickly and return to the castle. He also said he can show you what he can do with a hammer. And no, I don't want to know," informed Samuel letting Sky's hand go.

"You were having dirty thoughts about that blacksmith weren't you," roared April in laughter.

Watching Sky's face turn red everyone else erupted in laughter except for Owen who was always way too serious.

Finishing up their drinks quickly, Sky headed toward the dressmakers, the real reason she was in town. Picking out their styles and colors all three women get their measurements taken, before turning to look at Gregory who was taking to Samuel about this that or the other thing. Feeling the eyes on him Gregory turned around to see everyone smiling at him mischievously. "What," asked Gregory not sure if he really wanted to know the answer.

Turning her grin from Gregory to Sky April asked, "So what color?"

"Definitely a hunter green," replied Sky.

"One with a slit all the way to the hip," added April.

"Are you really going to make him wear it," asked Alivia.

"Yep," replied Sky and April together.

"The Ladies in waiting are required to dance when their Charge dances and by custom they will dance with Lords guards. That's why typically the Ladies-In-Waiting are the mates of the Lord's guards. So that means Gregory will have to dance with Jamie or Grant since Samuel is mated," stated Sky with a devilish smirk.

"What," exclaimed Gregory as his face began to heat up.

"There was a reason why I had the stipulation that the person had to be female or they had to look good in a dress. You are my wolf in sheep's clothing," informed Sky.

"But I'm a guy!"

"Who won a competition to piss off his father because he disagrees with your lifestyle," informed Sky. "Everyone has informed you by now I can see into memories right?"

"Yes."

"Good, now get fitted for your dress," informed Sky watching Gregory's ears turn red as he left to get his measurements taken. "Hey, Grant help Samuel pick out a good color for him that befitting a King's guard."

"And where are you going while they are doing that," asked Owen raising a question brow at her.

"Across the street to see if they can custom tailer me some new pants with a slight modification," stated Sky grabbing her tail and swinging it around in a circle.

Half an hour later the guys were joining her in the other shop with their task completed. Finishing her order of three new sets of pants with modified rears to accommodate her tail the group were on their way back to the castle. Entering into the study where the King and his guards were lounging, Michael's green eyes shifted to black as soon as they landed on Sky. "Hello, my wayward mate. Did you ever figure out if Gregory's carpet matches his drapes?"

Instantly Jamie was choking on air, Eli burst out in laughter, Tanner looked at Sky mortified, and Kyle shook his head. "Earth dragons plan some strange games," murmured Kyle before returning to the book he was reading.

"No, but I figure I'd find out later. He's got to shift at some point I'll figure it out then," replied Sky not missing a beat as she crossed her arms over her chest.

Setting his book down Michael stood up so slowly it was lethal. Knowing she was in trouble she instantly bolted from the room. Hearing the door crash behind her Sky ran faster while she laughed in the face of danger. A danger that was gaining on her rapidly. Sprinting to her room Sky entered it and spun around just in enough time to close the door an inch before Michael slammed into it. Holding her hands up in front of her defensively Sky laughed nervously. "Are you getting a little too angry at this. It's not like I touched anyone or anything."

Shutting and locking the door behind him Michael prowled across the bedroom stalking his mate. "No, but it seems you have unfulfilled fantasies and I can't leave my mate wanting now can I," said Michael as voice became low and gravelly as his eyes took on a heated look. "If you want to keep that outfit I'd take it off if I were you."

Knowing better than to argue Sky shucked her clothes instantly, including her underwear. As it was, he'd already destroyed half of what she had and they were almost just as expensive as her pants. When Michael began to slowly peel out of his close Sky purred in satisfaction. Watching him strip was like pulling the paper off a present. A present that was all hers. Giving her a predatory smile his eyes filled with desire as his voice rumbled, "Oh I am definitely all yours my mate, and I don't mind unwrapping myself whenever you want."

"That's no fair," complained Sky dancing around him as he tried to grab her.

Running from him again Sky giggled as she ran toward the bed. Catching her easily Michael growled as he nibbled her neck and shoulder as he asked, "What is not fair?"

"You can hear my thoughts but I can't hear yours," complained Sky before fighting back a moan as Michael nibbled at his mating mark.

"I can hear more than your thoughts," growled Michael as his hand slide down Sky's body. Dipping his fingers into her he rattled, "I can also feel me touching you and how you're body is reacting."

"Uhm," purred Sky as he swirled his fingers deep inside of her.

Digging and exploring her insides with his figures Sky jerked when Michael's finger hit something exquisite inside of her. Instantly he dug at it causing Sky to scream and jerk in his arms. Her system was to overwhelmed by his assault she desperately tried to flee from it. Crying out, tears flowed from her eyes as her body came down from the most intense orgasm in her life. "By the Goddess," breathed Michael as he panted on top of her like he'd just ran a marathon. Pushing himself up off of her Sky could feel the sticky wetness that was left behind. Looking over her shoulder at him Sky turned her attention to her backside. "That was mind blowing. Are all of your orgasms that intence," asked Michael grabbing his discarded shirt out of the floor.

"Not normally no," answered Sky watching Michael as he cleaned her up with his shirt.

"I felt it. I felt it build and then I felt my finger inside you make it build. Then I felt you explode. I want to do it again this time I want to be buried deep inside you," grinned Michael like he'd just discovered a new toy.

Flopping back down onto the bed Sky groaned, "I don't know if I can physically take any more like that."

Laughing Michael rolled her over onto her back before stepping between her legs. "Lets found out shall we," said Michael biting back a groan as he pushed his already hard cock into her.

If Sky though the first release was earth-shattering then the multiple more that followed was the birth of a new solar system. They were so destructive Michael had to bring his dragon up to protect himself as she clawed at him. Of course, that brought with it his horns in which she hung from and yanked along with his hair.

This new bond had it's upside in the sex department that was for sure, but as for everyday life not so much. For the most part Michael seemed to know everything that passed through her mind. It's not like she was trying to hide things from him, but she felt more naked in front of him now. Everything about her was laid out bare for him to see and she couldn't see or feel him at all. Everything was defiantly one sided and it didn't make since to her. Then again a lot of things didn't make sense to her. When she tried to reason things out and tried to make sense of the world around her he was there helping which was a plus. He brought things to a level in which she could understand. If she ever had a question but didn't want to ask it for fear of sounding stupid he answered it. It didn't matter if it was a mundane question or a super complicated one he always gave her his answer or opinion. When her thoughts went to a darker side that it some times did he was instantly there by her side. He would constantly reassure her of his affection and her place by his side. When she worried about him not finding her attractive any more when her creature finally surfaced. He'd bend her over their bed and prove to her how wrong she was. If she felt subconscious about her tail he'd pull her to a stop by it and rattle. Then he would tell her how turned on he was as he stroked it as if stroking his own member. Because of the bond, he knew exactly how to handle it while hitting her new erogenous zones.

By the end of the week, Sky had settled into her new reality of Michael being within her head all day. Even the sting of not being able to fill him lessoned as she crawled out of her tub and dried off. Pulling on her underwear Sky looked at an irritated Gregory as he stormed into the bathroom holding a pair of pantyhose wearing only a small pair of shorts. "I am not wearing this torcher device," snapped Gregory holding them up.

"Well then don't wear them and shave your legs," stated Sky as if the problem was that simple, then again to her it was.

"Why couldn't you just choose a dress that didn't have a slit up to the hip," retorted Greg slightly paturbed watching her slide into a shirt.

"Well you're the one you chose to win the competition," laughed Sky sitting down in a chair so that one of the servants could dry her hair. "There was a reason I made it a stipulation. Here sit so I can brush your hair," added Sky pointing down at the ground in front of her.

Glaring at her, Gregory growled before stomping over to her. "I can brush my own hair. I'm not a child."

Picking a bush up she looked into his agitated and swirling strings. Memories of his mother brushing his hair floated at the surface seeming to add to the oddly misplaced frustration. As soon as he flopped on the ground in front of her Sky leaned in and buried her nose in his hair. "What are you doing," growled Greg leaning forward quickly before shooting her a dirty look.

Picking up a hairbrush Sky began running it through his long sandy blonde hair. "You're coming into season. Is this your first one," asked Sky running the brush through his hair.

"I am not coming into season," snapped Gregory shifting uncomfortably.

"You are being angry for no reason and you smell of clove," stated Sky bluntly. "April and Alivia are the same way. They get super moody too, but they haven't come into a full season yet. But if the dress is bothering you that much then you don't have to wear it."

Huffing at her Sky could almost hear him rolling his eyes. "It's not the dress," growled Gregory.

"Okay so something else is bothering you, or a lot of somethings. You're memories are flashing all over the place and to be honest, I can't make heads or tails of them," complained Sky.

"I'm done my Queen. Do you need anything else," asked the servant who was drying her hair?

"No thank you," replied Sky as she continued to brush Gregory's hair. Once the woman was gone she asked, "Okay now what's really bothering you? I saw memories of practice mating with women. There were too many emotions there for me to string together. The fight you had with your dad when he found out that you won the competition. Several of you in dresses around town, so I know it's not that, but falls in line with that some how. Since you're going to be my trusted doctor who I'm to trust fully with my body and secrets then trust me a little okay."

Heaving another sigh, Gregory's shoulders began to sag as sadness washed through him. Leaning forward Sky rapped her arms around him and pulled him into a hug. "None of us would care if you wore a dress every day and called yourself Grace. We would never call you a freak or make fun of you. Hell, I've got a tail and a set of big ass white ears, and my mate kills people when he climaxes. Come on now, we're all a little weird in this group," laughed Sky.

"You're mate is the King and his death goes hand and hand with his emotions. We all know this and a climax is the appitamey of emotions. It comes with being the King. Maybe a tail and ears come with being Queen. No one knows anything about the mate of the King. It's new territory for everyone. I am just a mental disorder," finished Gregory almost in a whisper before pushing to his feet. "I should go."

"Sky I've got your dress for when your ready," came Grant's voice as he made his way toward them. "Where do you want me to put - Why is Greg in the Kings bath practically naked," asked Grant glaring at him.

Tossing Gregory a towel as his face turned bright scarlet Sky laughed as he quickly wrapped it around himself as if he was naked. "He came over to discuss the issue with the pantyhose and then I told him to sit down so I could brush his beautiful hair," replied Sky taking the box out of Grant's hand.

Watching Grant's eyes move slowly from Gregory's feet up his shapely legs he replied simply, "His legs look fine. I don't see the need for them."

"Sky you have to do something," shouted April storming into the bathroom glaring at Grant. "You knew didn't you!"

Dropping the box she was carrying on a table April stormed over to Sky and snatched the box out of her hands. Slamming it down on top of the one she'd just slammed onto the table she growled, "You know you could have said something when I handed you the box you know. Sky I'm using your tube to bathe."

Watching April storming over to the bathtub Sky was surprised she didn't rip the handles off with the force in which she turned them. Making her way back over to Gregory, Sky took up his hand before he fainted from embarrassment with as bad as he was shaking and how red his face was. "Oh Hey April, I didn't know you were in here too? Oh are you taking a bath too? Can I join you," asked Alivia packing in her own box.

Pausing briefly to look at Sky and Greg Alivia noted their hands before setting her box on top of the one April already packed in.

"You have a roommate too," snapped April glaring at Grant again who just rolled his eyes and crossed his arms over his chest.

"What in the world is going on," asked Sky watching as the two women stepped out of their clothes and climbed into her bathtub.

"Greg have you had a bath yet," asked April still glaring at Grant. "If not you mind as well climb in because you probably aren't in the same room anymore either."

Glancing between everyone, Sky turned to Grant as he returned Aprils stair in kind. Crossing her one arms over her chest Sky asked again, "What is going on?"

Growling at April, Grant turned this attention toward an irritated Sky as Alivia climbed out of the tub and snagged Greg by the arm. "With the ball happening tonight the castle is going to be over full. Since there are so many of us here we are all bunking up together. Jeffery was placed in Alivia's room. Kyle and his two guards are bunking up in the same room. William is crashing with Tanner. Samuel is bunking up with me, and Gregory is sleeping in Jami's room," informed Grant.

"And what he didn't tell you," snapped April as she forcibly stripped Gregory of his towel before yanking him into the bathtub with them. "Is that they stole my couch from my room to put into Kyles since they say he's going to need it!"

"And," asked Sky still not seeing why she was so upset about everything.

"Eli is her bunkmate," informed Grant as his dragon closely watched the tiny pair of shorts that Alivia tossed out of the tub.

"He's not just a bunkmate," snapped April tying her hair up onto the top of her head. "He's my bedmate! They stole my couch and gave it to Kyle. I am not sleeping in the same be as Eli!

"I don't see why not. At least Eli doesn't snore like Jamie does, and he's not all furry like Samuel. You could have one of those two as bedmates," informed Grant not taking his eyes off of the bathtub.

As if he could feel Grant's eyes Gregory was sinking further down into the water as his ears grew redder. Making her way over to the tub Sky sat on the side of the overly massive tub behind Greg leaning into him a bit in silent support. "Then you can sleep with him," bit out April as her dragon colored her eyes.

"I don't understand what the problem is. It's not like you're being asked to mate with him or anything. It's not like you haven't slept in the same tent with each other before," retorted Grant as he turned his dragon eyes to meet hers.

"It's not proper for a servant to stay within the same bedroom as the son of a High Lord! More or less in the same bed," snapped April getting to her feel snarling as her dragon pushed her way toward the surface. Tiny horns pushed from her head as multicolored blue scales covered her body's vital spots. "You know maybe I should leave," said Gregory as he attempted to climb out of the tub only for Sky to push him back down.

"Well it is also not proper for a servant to be bathing in the King's tub, but yet there you are," grumbled Michael making his way into the bathroom. "What in the-" pausing when he finally made it all the way into the room he glanced from Grant to Sky who now had her feet into the tub with a leg on either side of Gregory. "Why are all of you in my bathtub?"

"Because you filled their rooms with men," answered Sky smiling at Michael before turning her attention back to Gregory's hair as she began braiding it.

"An that is a reason because why," growled Michael getting aggravated over the fact that his bathtub was full of people.

"I can't in my right mind get naked and take a bath with Eli in the room," snapped April still livid over the entire thing as she balled her fists and her wings slid suddenly from her back.

Falling over backward to avoid a wing in the face Sky hit the ground while Gregory jumped into Alivia's lap. Realizing what he'd done only after having a face full of cleavage Gregorys face deepened to a scarlett color as he backed up quickly shouting, "I'm so sorry!"

"Well you seem fine standing in my bathroom all naked in front of us so I don't see the problem," snarled Michael as his patience grew even thinner causing his death to swirl around him suddenly sending both April and Gregory to the other side of the tub.

"Surely you're snot snarling at Sky for standing in your bathroom naked," laughed Eli as he and Tanner made their way into the overcrowded bathroom. Dropping the shampoo bottles that he'd just picked up Michael shot across the bathroom as Eli's dragon burst out of his skin. Slamming into him he sent both of them sailing from the room as Tanner rushed after them. "Stay in here," growled Grant eyeing Gregory one last time before closing the door behind them to the sound of roars.

"What was that about," asked Alivia looking at the group who appeared to be just as confused as herself.

"Can I just skip the ball and never leave your bathroom," asked April as her dragon buried herself deep within her ghostly white skin.

"April sit down before you fall down," stated Gregory helping her to sit quickly. "You are really pale. What happened? Does something hurt?"

Placing a hand on April's head Gregory glared at Alivia and Sky who burst out laughing. "She's fine," laughed Sky as she rolled on the floor in laughter.

"I am not fine," screamed April as tears rolled down her face before a loud crashing could be heard from the bedroom. "He just saw me completely naked with my dragon out!"

"Okay, I stand corrected. She's mortified, but she's fine," amended Sky before she roared in laughter again.

"It probably didn't help that Greg had his arm wrapped around your legs with his hand between your inner thighs either," said Alivia as she snorted before erupted in laughter again.

Hearing a roar everyone turned toward the door bringing silence to the group. "You think I should go check on him? I wonder what set his dragon off?"

"Probably Aprils naked body," giggled Alivia trying to reign in her laughter but failing.

All laughter instantly stopped when Michael threw the door open and re-entered the bathroom in his dragon form. Storming over to the bathtub he grabbed Gregory by the hair and yanked him to his feet causing him to cry out in pain. Instantly three sets of dragon eyes were on Michael as their dragons rattled in warning. April and Alivia's dragons knew better than to touch the King and kept their distance. Sky on the other hand was full dragon with one hand on the arm that held Gregory and the other on Michael's throat. "I didn't mean to hurt what's your," growled Michaels dragon turning his attention from Gregory toward Sky. "We need to verify something."

Slowly Sky released Michael and stepped back from the terrified Gregory. Loosening his grip slightly on Gregory, Michael leaned into him so close his nose was practically touching his neck. Panting Gregory's face began to grow red again as Michael took in his scent. All three dragons watched Michael closely ready for action should Michael hurt him. The smell of cinnamon grew stronger as Michael growled and released his hold on Gregory's hair. "Great just what I need more drama," snarled Michael turning around quickly to gather up his shampoo bottles. Pausing at the door briefly Michael turned his dragon black eyes on Sky. "Get your Ladies-In-Waiting ready. I expect you to be downstairs in four hours, and I'll get everyone ready to deal with that," growled pointing in Gregory's direction. "Horrible timing to come in season," grumbled Micheal to himself as he left. "In the middle of a ball! This is going to be a logistical nightmare."

Hearing the bedroom door close behind him Sky lowered her odd dragon back down. Grabbing a chair and three wash rags Sky made her way back toward the tub. Tossing the rags at the occupants of the tub Sky flopped down in the chair. "I'm sorry," apologized Gregory out of nowhere.

Shrugging her shoulders Sky kicked her feet up on the tub before reeling, "For what? Being turned on by my mate pulling your hear and turning you on. Or the dirty thoughts that went through your head while he was in your personal space?"

"You saw those," gasped Gregory mortified.

"No I saw memories associated with those thoughts, but I don't care. You are not the first to have fantasies about sleeping with the King and you won't be the last. Hell, April has those same thoughts from time to time," laughed Sky earning her a glare from April.

"Don't bring me into this," complained April lathering up her rag before handing the bar of soap to Alivia.

"You do know that Eli sleeps in the buff right," said Alivia giving April a mischievous grin.

Throwing her hands up in exasperation April shouted, "Seriously! Why did you have to bring that up!"
