What does it takes for a civilization to evolve, nothing but just energy .Human civilization began with the age of fire , industrial revolution and the current nuclear era all begun when humans saw the means to harvest new form of energy .

Might it had been the call of gods or sheer coincidence that a certain individual was born on Earth and he had the means that would take Man far beyond they could ever imagine towards a leap that crossed stars.

In a bright room filled with screens , there were several simulations running , a tall woman was sitting is a chair , she was busy dreaming whatever was on her mind, every a few minutes there would be a brightness over her face and then gloom followed as if she were dismissing her own thoughts. even with the dark tone of her skin one could clearly guess that she had not seen sunlight for ages, a white coat draped over, someone knocked "come in " she roared

A man in white coat entered her office cum laboratory, with a panic on his face he reported

"mam i have something to report, after the last fluctuations we directed our search toward the possible location and what we found is something you will have to look into ,its either our machines are going crazy or"

professor Matil Da Roza was what you would call humanity pinnacle of intelligence when it came to cosmology ."my babies are never wrong send me the report and do not miss anything ".

After checking the report Roza's mind went short circuit she was moaning with pleasure and laughing hysterically because the report showed the possible existence of exotic matter ,the matter that interacted with normal matter outside the current known forces .Roza went straight to her phone "jonny jonny jonny jony i need your help we are going to change the entire world hahahahaahhaa come to my office ASAP " and then with slightly serious tone " you need to check something out its very important ".

Meanwhile

Shaan was still in his thoughts[ i ll wait ] he had just made dinner,then he heard a knock .

when he opened the door he found a dozen or so people outside his apartment ,due to their stern gazes he asked hesitatingly "how may i help you ".

"sir we may need some more open space and some where with none of the possible leaks, its very important for the country".

Shaan was not a die hard nationalist but he still felt that if he could help his nation anyhow he would,so he asked"with so many of these guys behind you i dont feel much confident if you may be inclined to,you can come inside alone and we are not going anywhere else." with a smile he added

"you should consider my peril here"

"ok sir if you think we may harm you "

at the next moment the guy was all naked but underwear

"see sir no weapons nothing"

.Shaan was shocked ,it was clear to him that this 5 foot scrawny man could do no harm to him by himself so he allowed only him to come inside.

"sir if you dont mind i would like to bring a signal jammer inside "

well the signal jammer was huge [like 200L refrigerator].

"you wont like to take any chances would you".

meanwhile Shan had activated all hidden cameras he had on his home, he paranoia has finally paid results and he had not worry everything was jammer proof but internet if something was not done the video will be released on his social media when a active internet was available.

the stranger smiled,

"sir you can call me Abhay and yes no chance that i would risk a matter of national security"

Unbeknownst to Shaan the entire area within 1Km radius to his residence was under heavy surveillance as if the president of the nation were to come there.

"Oh you can call me Shaan , though i think you would already know that, won't you?" to that Abhay smiled

"if you are still thinking i gave you my fake identity ,no Abhay is my real name and i am surprised at how calm you are "

calm was not the wrong word Shan was taking everything as if it were daily routine, making the most rational of the decisions.

Abhay received the call on his earphone that the information regarding the exotic matter was correct the jammer was not just a jammer it was also doing its main job analysing the surroundings and sending the appropriate data.

"so again how may i help you"

Abhay kept that smile on his face

"first of all this place you are living in may as well become the place from where humans can evolve .if this case is true then you will have to be silenced and second case is that if its you ,

who will lead us in future then you will have to abandon everything ,your family and every dear friend of yours ,on the plus side its 21st century so the world has matured from torture and forced table experiments ,so you wont be dissected in a table ,but if you have made something that we are trying to find and if our analysis goes the way its going ,i think you may very well become one of the most important personage on Earth."

Abhay has received stern order to not intimidate the subject and act as friendly as possible, there had been several incidents in the past that governments tried to force out knowledge from scientist and ended up dead bodies and burnt knowledge.

"i am clearly not following you" .

"don't worry here i am connecting you to our lead , he will address you on the issue and will tell all the important details"

the for the next hour or so Shaan was informed that he may have some connection to exotic matter and if this information were to be leaked all the nations of the world were going to converge on him and he was also informed the possibilities that it may bring ,from the emergence of warp gates to various frontiers that humanity could dive into but he also knew he in no way had developed something of this importance.

After the session Shaan knew he had to go with these fellows still he asked "will i have to leave with you guys" .

Abhay smiled

" can't have a no to that sir ,Americans Chinese Japanese Russians french germans and all others may have already started their search for this place, and we will be having a swarm of diplomats and spies all around the country for some time"

"can't i say good bye to my family "

"you will have to wait for a week for few of the tests to be over "

Abhay took Shaan to a bunkerish research facility " ok sir follow up with me, for the week i shall be your assistant ".

For the next week various test were performed on Shaan's residence and he was asked all kinds of question ,but it was evident to the other party that Shaan knew nothing about the know hows of the things that they were expecting.

Abhay's superior meeting

"so explain your findings "

"sir we concluded that as soon as we left with the subject ,the residence became useless ,no further possible readings were found, on the other side we found that the reading on the subject increased compared to previous , reasons still unknown ,and major finding was that the exotic matter seems to be following the subject as if it were haunting him, further analysis is required the detailed reading and statistics are in the report".

"Abhay we have someone else we need you to take care of ,miss Roza will be joining us in the research, and GOE will be following her ".

"sir ,those GOE(gaurdians of earth ) guys!! i Don't like working with them they treat us like some second class civilians "

"endure Abhay endure, with miss Roza's help we may as well become the new rulers of earth"

Abhay scoffed in his mind [ruler my foot ,GOE will just swat them like flies once the work is done]

Next day,

"Jhonny ,oh lala ,my precious rat is handsome "

jhonny flinched "mind your manners he may as well be the only being on earth that is making this possible so, i request you to hold your horses. we dont want to make any drastic changes in the mind or body of subject"

roza scoffed " you are no fun "
