Early morning, when Margarita woke up. She went out of her room to have breakfast. She asked the servant about Angel and Edward. 


James heard her asking and answered her.


James: Young master and the young lady were out for the young lady's monthly prenatal check-up. They went to visit the doctor Serrano to ask for new vitamins for the young lady.


Margarita: Oh, is that so??? Margarita said before she continues to eat her breakfast. Little did she know that Angel and Edward is indeed in doctor Serrano's clinic. But for a different reason. The baby is gone


Edward decided to keep it from Margarita for a time being, He knows that Margarita would be hurt once she finds out. But they can't afford to let her know about it yet. 


Maybe, tomorrow when they get back. He would tell his aunt about it, he wanted to make sure that he is around to comfort his aunt when she learned about it.


Margarita: I'll be at the drawing-room this morning after breakfast, do call me when they get back home. Margarita said as she stands up after she finished eating a little.....


Angel is still sleeping soundly inside the clinic. Beside her bed, Edward is sitting on a stool.


 The doctor told him that Angel is heavily sedated due to having miscarriage she had to undergo a surgical procedure to remove the dead fetus. 


She is allowed to go home when she woke up but she needed a complete rest for a few days or even a month because having a miscarriage is different than giving birth to a child. 


Giving birth to a child is risky but it is much safer since the collar of the uterus is already open. 


But during a miscarriage, the uterus collar is still close and the baby is still weak.


 Sometimes if the baby doesn't come out and bleeding occurred they have to take the baby out by performing surgical procedures to save the mother.


Edward is a little pale too due to lack of sleep and blood loss when he gave his blood to Angel.


Doctor Glen Serrano: Edward, I have a bed inside my office. You can go lie down in it and take a nap, Angel will probably be still sleeping till noon.


Edward: It's okay doctor, I'll stay here. I can sleep later back at home. I already called James to pick us up later.
