Part 7

The frail female would nod and brush a few strands of her purple locks away from her hair. She shuffled across the blue carpeted floor as she followed the police officer down a few halls to an office. The man in front of her would pull out a chair for her before going around to the other side of the table to sit next to his partner. The other officer was a woman, which honestly relieved some stress off of Roza.

"My name is officer McClellen, and this is officer Anderson. We're here to help you. So, tell us, when did the assault occur again?" the bald one said.

"Friday, June 23, 2049."

"And the time of the assault?"

"I-I don't know, around 10:00/10:30 p.m."

"Ma'am, we need an approximate time."

"I can't recall."

"Okay, where did the assault take place?"

"The alley behind Upper Floor."

"And what did the two men look like?"

"I don't have much recollection. One was blond and brunette."

"Hmm," Officer Anderson would start, "Maybe we should try the memory analyzer. It would be a good option. With the tests that have been run, it's 99% accurate." Officer McClellen would nod.

"That's not a bad idea," he would then turn to Roza, "How would you feel about doing something like that?"

"If it would help find who raped me, I'm up for it."

It would be another few days until Roza would be able to get her memories exposed. She and Samora would climb in the car.

"How're you feeling," Samora would start as she looked over at her best friend, "It must be hard, ya know, dealing with something like that."

All the purple haired woman could muster to say was a slight "Yeah," as they were on their way.

It was a thirty two minute drive until they had arrived, Roza only knew because the only thing that she could focus on was the bright green numbers on the panel in front of her. Once there she had previously been directed to go through the hospital's emergency room entrance. She would meet Officer Anderson at the doors. It took a few forms of paperwork before she would be called in by a blond male. He looked familiar to her, she just couldn't put her finger on from where. He brought her down a few halls with a right turn every now and then. The man would give Roza a hospital gown before going to grab some anesthesia. She had to be under for this process. She removed her piercings for the time being because metals weren't allowed into the machine.

Once she had been prepared, the nurse came back with a cup of something pink. It tasted like an artificial strawberry milkshake. That's when her eyelids began to grow heavy. With a slight yawn she would lie down on the table underneath her. As soon as she was fully asleep, that was when the process began.

The blond man wore a tag, "James" was plastered under a photo of himself. He had another nurse with him. This nurse was a brunette male, he was somewhat muscular. The tag he wore said "Travis." Once in Roza's memories they would rewind until they were back a week and a half.
